If there were 10 stars I would absolutely give her the full 10. I found Mina on Google and it was our lucky break because we worked with 5 attorneys that charged a fortune and were completely negligent with all of our legal needs. We worked with her for the last 2 years on a family estate case and she was effective, worked hard, and was aggressive to get to the finish line. “In short, I was represented.
Robert Borsky pulled it in, got control, then got it done, instead of taking me for a ride. My only regret besides having to go through this travesty called “Family Law”, is not engaging Robert Borsky from the very beginning.”
My divorce took 6 long years to finish from February 2008 to January 2014.
Seven attorneys later, it was the divorce from hell that would not end.
Having to thank the corrupted “Industry” of California Family Law for that, too much time, energy and all of my resources were completely wasted, only to see my entire family become the victims.
I’ve experienced the “super attorney” who was only super at keeping me on the clock as they dragged their feet with delay after delay, only to satisfy their own financial interests, to the attorney who was very hard working and honest but lacked courtroom savvy/experience and the ability to get things done.
The other five attorneys were everything else in between.
My case was a train running out of control because of bad and/or dishonest representation (or lack of).
I met Robert Borsky at a workshop he was heading in 2008 that offered assistance to those who wanted to educate themselves on the subject and process of divorce.
I liked his workshop and message and decided to give him a call after being betrayed and abandoned by attorney number 6.
My brief experience with Mr. Borsky was a very positive one.
Besides being very accessible, he was always well prepared in our meetings both in and out of court and would exercise his ability to collaborate and contribute good ideas which complimented his knowledge of family law and my case.
Always fair and honest and fully engaged, he also shared a sensitivity level that really helped me rebuild my confidence towards a resolution to my case especially after six laborious years of litigation.
Additionally, he had no problem exercising his bravado in court or asserting himself when dealing with the rouge antics of opposing counsel.
In short, I was represented.

The best! I was involved in a car accident and got injured. After interviewing a few attorneys I decided to go with Joseph based on his knowledge, patience and responsiveness. He was great throughout the process and helped me within a few months to get the maximum that my policy allowed for (the other driver who hit me didn't have insurance). Knowing that he was handling everything himself made me feel much better throughout the process. Hopefully this will be my last accident but I won't hesitate to use him again in the future.

I was rear ended by a pickup truck pretty badly and was injured. I was recommended to attorney Joseph by a friend who used him in the past and gave him a call. Joseph was very patient from day one and throughout the process, who took about three-four months. After hiring him he sent me to his chiro and dealt directly with the insurnace. When the insurance wanted a recorded statement from me, which got me a little nervous he coached me through it and made it easy. We met face to face just once, when I came to pick up my check. He did a great job and I would highly recommend for someone who was involved in an accident.

Fred Voigtmann reviewed my case, obtain all relevant facts, researched and won my case. He explained everything he would do to obtain a positive outcome but also what step he would take if the outcome was not favorable. He crosses his T's and dots his I's. I had two cases -- one in State Court, and one in Federal Court.
I consulted with several attorneys and couldn't get a straight answer from any of them.
A friend referred me to Mr. Passanante. I could tell right away that he was very experienced -- and after I explained my situation to him, he quickly came up with a plan.
Not only did he get my sentences to run concurrent, I only had to serve less than a year in jail.
