As if coming from New York to Little Rock,Arkansas wasn’t pure dedication, so was their dedication to my daughter’s Federal case and our family. Have nothing but good things to say about Karen. All the ratings listed reflect the highest standard, in my opinion. I switched to Karen, after being disappointed with my previous attorney and it was, by far, the best decision I made. The things I found out from her, suggestions and directions I was given made me feel both protected and confident in my representation. Divorce is a traumatic experience. Mary Katherine and her entire firm provided me with such excellent service that I had time to focus on my mental state. Mr. Kassman is a great attorney backed by an incredible staff who work really hard. We had a horrible tenant that had to be evicted in Suffolk County and Mr. Kassman laid out a plan and executed on it flawlessly. He took dozens of phone calls, and so did his staff from us and reassured us throughout the entire process. We are really grateful. Looking forward to using him for other needs that we have because he’s full service. We got the eviction and we got our lives back and we owe it all to Mr. Kassman and has a great team. Shout out Mara - she is incredible. Highly recommend using them don’t even hesitate. Greg Salant was straightforward beginning with the consultation through what was a very long and trying negotiation. I'm glad that he was recommended to me, and that I hired him. I had an urgent legal matter that needed immediate attention. Without any delay whatsoever, on the day of the issue arising, Russ was able to strategize on the correct actions providing multiple options, and we selected the optimal strategy moving forward in order to deal with the problem. I was terminated by my employer and I thought I had a case. I was either ignored or turned away because of "conflicts of interest." Russell came by way of a referral from a Labor Rights website and I am so grateful. He really looked into my case and listened to me. When Russ believes in something, he's passionate about it. I don't know anything about law and he made sure to explain each phase and had multiple courses of actions so I always knew all my options and was fully involved in each decision. At first, I was so worried. My employer had a team of legal professionals and a lot of money to pour into litigation and I definitely do not. Throughout a long, drawn out case, Courtney has been great. She dealt with the insurance carrier and one of the largest international corporations ably and deftly including last minute demands from the company for which she extracted additional compensation. Excellent advice at every turn. When we finally settled, she obtained for me a larger settlement than I had expected. Easy to work with and talk to, but a real pit bull for you when needed. My former wife and I worked with Joy after we decided to take the Mediation path for our separation. Our situation was simple in some areas, but remarkably complex in others. My ex-wife and I chose collaborative lawyering, but the "collaboration" turned out to be extremely challenging. Joy brought first rate lawyering skills as well as emotional intelligence and wise judgment. She also demonstrated a ton of patience and an ability to address the human-side of conflicts in equal measure with the legal and material aspects, a rare quality in a lawyer (or any other human being). Hands down the best lawyer around. I had previously hired another lawyer for my divorce and adoption of my son, and after 5 months and several thousand dollars, nothing was accomplished. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is so attentive and assertive in what she does and takes her job very serious. During my custody case, my son was being majorly abused being in the company of his mother and her associates. The home was a very negative environment and toxic to my son and the custody case was only brought about because of his constant running away from home and ending up at my doorstep. I had no experience in the transitional phase of obtaining custody but Mrs. Mandel made it so easy for me. So easy that on the first court appearance Veronica was so prepared and was so determined, I got temporary custody of my son on the first go!! As a dad I didn't think it was possible that quickly.
