I had the unfortunate experience of using this attorney for my divorce. Divorce is hard enough, but this attorney was unorganized, documents not filed in timely manner and rude. I wish I would have done more research on her.

I went through what woud have been a really nasty divorce if it wasn't for Patricia. Recommended to me through my employer, she sat me down and listened to what was happening with me, took notes and then came up a fair agreement. She was straight forward and to the point on all aspects of my divorce and worked out a very resonable agreement which made our split clean and without a lot of drama. She kept me in the loop every step of the way and made this difficult time much easier to bare, without stress. Patricia is professional, organized, honest and let me know exactly what to expect. I noticed a local “OC Legal Self-Help Center” near where I work (been there for years but I never thought I would need them). So, I walked in, and it was the best thing I could have done. I was greeted by a friendly, intelligent woman named Sylvia Garcia, a Legal Document Assistant. Within fifteen minutes, she won me over! I won’t bore you with the details, but the final outcome was: my divorce was just finalized and in less than a year (would have been sooner but the courts didn’t have enough staff). She was easy to talk to, knows what she’s doing, well skilled and she will definitely get your job done! You will not be disappointed! Next step, I am hiring her to complete my new Living Trust and the cost is very affordable and I have no doubt that she will do a wonderful job for me again! Thank you Sylvia!

Wrong information on documents. Husband took out illegal loan against Honda Accord, had proof from bank.Husband claimed I made the phone call. Nothing was done. Kept referring to my inheritance. Had nothing to do with divorce, had not been paid out. Gave her info as a courtesy. Debts allocated to wife wrote loan against 2015 Hyundai Accent. Husband and daughters car! Wife paid all back taxes 2016,2013,2018 and 2019. Husband was to make equalization payment, 15,169.47. Was same amount as Hyundai car loan. Later Hyundai was changed to his debts. Equalization payments a joke. Ms. Klump did not instill confidence in me. First mistake was not filing my waiver of fee, am disabled. Was corrected. I do believe bankruptcy is her forte, not divorce.

I first met Attorney Aalok Sikand a little over 2 years ago when my wife and I had to file for bankruptcy. He had been working for another law firm and was assigned to our case. About 3-5 months into it, we received a letter from the firm (and a separate letter from Aalok) stating that he was leaving and we needed to make a decision to either stay with them or continue to have Aalok represent us. We chose Aalok because from the beginning it felt like he was on our side. Even when things began to look bleak, Aalok contacted us to make sure we were OK and that we kept up to date on any payments, appointments, etc. When things weren't going the way we wanted them to, he didn't just take our money and abandon us. He's had our back throughout the whole ordeal. I haven't had many dealings with attorneys, but Aalok doesn't fit the negative stereotype. He's done what's expected of him and more, going beyond to assist our family through this trying time. Would I recommend him? That's a no brainer!

Bank of America was foreclosing on our home. That we had built 10 years ago. Mr Sikand and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in our situation. He helped us explorer all the avenues, be it a remode or short sale. B Of A refused The offers in The short sale. Leaving my wife and I no Out except For bk. We were Not happy. And when something went sideways, he guided ud thru it. We had to refile and he knew we were Out Of money . He covered The refile fees. I have never heard Of s Lawyer doing such a thing. So we made it thru with Mr Sikand help. He is first rate in our book.

Very disappointed overall. Everything was ok until after the hearing. A couple of weeks past and I reached out to Mr. Hedtke by phone on 08/06/2024 concerning the fact that I had not and still as of today 08/14/2024 have not received any documents from the court hearing. When I reached out to Mr. Hedtke his first response was that "Someone must be stealing my mail!!!???" How he jumped directly to that conclusion I frankly have no idea. When I informed him that due to the neighborhood mail box lock being broken we have been picking up our mail at the post office for over 3 weeks, his next line of reasoning was that I must have not been paying attention and threw it away by accident. He verified my correct address and then said, "I don't know what to tell you." When I asked if there was a number I could call at the courthouse, he seemed to me from his tone of voice to get upset and finally said his office could email me a copy of a paper they had. It's now been 08 days and I've received NOTHING. I texted him a reminder about it yesterday and the only response I received was a text asking me "Who is this?" When I responded with my name, I received no reply. Very, unprofessional and callous. I would not recommend. I can only assume his office offering a $30.00 gift card for leaving a 5 star rating helps tremendously to raise his ratings.

I'm not one to write reviews but I felt I had to save someone the time and money. I'm a single mother and hired Mr Morris back in October 2023. When I called he immediately answered but told me he was at church and would get back to me. He did indeed got back to me. I told him I really needed help and I needed an aggressive attorney dealing with my Childs father for my child custody case. I decided to go with him because he seemed trustworthy and he was the only lawyer that allowed payments towards the retainer fee. I felt so relieved to have an attorney and someone to represent me. After my contracts were signed he was so difficult to get in touch with. He never asked me questions about my case and I never heard from anyone unless I called them. He has a call center answering once you become a client and he has 2 paralegals named Amy and Kristina. I always spoke to Kristina and she said I needed to relax and that my case was a simple case. Implying that it was going to be smooth and I had nothing to worry about. When they finally filed the paperwork for me to serve my daughters father I had to keep calling them in regards to that matter also. It was a week before my case and I still hadn't heard anything back from Kristina or Mr Morris.. Coming to find out she had a death in her family and Mr Morris was on vacation in Belize. Since he was gone my daughters fathers attorney managed to get the case moved to the Whittier courthouse when we filed in LA and had them served. So now I'm the recipient and he's the petitioner. He let this other Attorney walk all over him and call the shots. Btw The judge in Whittier was a nightmare. She has terrible reviews and is bias. But At this point my anxiety is through the roof because I can't get in touch with anyone, we don't have a case to present because they still haven't asked or guided me on anything to do. He didnt tell me to start documenting anything or pulling up text! Nothing. I had to have my mom call from her number because once you become a client they screen your calls. She pretended to be interested in hiring him and guess what! He called her back. After a month of not speaking to me at all. So he finally gave me an appointment to meet him at his office to go over my case. He never wrote down any notes of asked me what the other party could have against me. Nothing! Finally court, Mr Morris showed up 30 minutes late to court! He didn't register us, when we were in front of the judge he didn't know my case. The Judge asked him what was the status quo and he turned and asked me. I almost got contempt of court because he wasn't saying anything of substance out of his mouth that I told him. They judge kept asking him what was his point. He was talking circles. It was completely embarrassing. He had no fight in court! He didn't take notes at all in court either. You are better off representing yourself. After that horrible experience, I was so distraught. I fired him the next day. He still proceeded to tell the third party who I was going through to pay for him that he rendered all my services and I still owed him 4000 dollars. I will be suing him and reporting them to the bar. He's a money hungry lazy attorney that uses his faith as a front. He doesn't care about making sure you keep your family together.

Joseph Tse and his wife work together. Tse took my case without understanding the whole situation, he then charged me a high rate, I later found out that he charged me way too much for the case. He is very unresponsive, inpatient, unorganized and irresponsible. Once your money goes to him, he'll never return a call. it's just a waste of time and efforts for you. When he shows up in interview and court, he doesn't even talk a word. He's not capable as an attorney, and he's just a kid playing hide and seek.

Mr. Spencer is simply the best, he closed out a class action lawsuit that he took on 5 years ago for me and my family. This man took his time and educated me and my girlfriend and remained honest and sincere through everything. He told us everything he did and most of all didn’t judge us. Let me just say this there is not enough words to express my deepest thank you’s and gratitude to The Spencer Law Firm, He settled us out in class Action Lawsuit which just ended this year and when he first took on the case me and my family were homeless and a mess, he took the case and walked us through every step of the process, remained patient with us and never judged our situation just always remained professional and we were able to contact him by phone or email and he responded promptly. Worst experience, i told them my case I am a homeowner and every week they had me confused with others asking about my landlord and my lease agreement when i own the home and told them over and over. They are a waste of time sent over 100 emails and his staff is completely incompetent.

I do not want to share at the time . Worst experience that turned out due to ending relationship with Bui and Ilya. My advise is as follows : Go with big firms even if they do not say they they will do contingency -there are exceptions. We paid 400 for initial but it was waived and the other partners all agreed and voted to accept case, the new firm that is. Research everything you are told and question....bad attorney will Lie about statutes and time limits and say you have a bad case so take the low offer just to avoid working it.

Mr Graham's performance on my case was shocking. He repeatedly demonstrated a dangerous lack of attention to detail generating error ridden discovery documents and a frustrating inability to comprehend simple financial transactions. Despite enormous fees, Mr. Graham achieved little to nothing on my behalf.

He’s a nice guy but he does not have a productive bone in his body. His paralegal and him would charge for opening emails and not respond to opposing counsel. You would do much better setting out of correct without Andrew representing you. He will collect $19k in two months without making any progress on your case.

This clown works for his daddy and sues and goes after anyone that rents an airstream from the family company (Roam & Board). They also sue for bad Yelp reviews. They claim the same damages over and over with every renter no matter what. We have a group of us that have come together and we are currently putting together evidence and a plan to expose them for bad business practices and strip this clown of his law license.

My first experience, he took a completely botched personal bankruptcy and for a fraction of the cost I had already paid to the "high-powered" BK attorney...who messed everything up.....Bruno was able to fix it, file it, and get my BK cleared. My second encounter with Bruno was even better. Out of the goodness of his heart, he assisted me in fighting a wrongful termination lawsuit when the attorneys attempted to re-open my BK in order to get out of paying the settlement. Not only did he work tirelessly to fight the incompetency of the employment attorneys, he was able to get me a small settlement...of which he took less than his costs as compensation. I consider Bruno a friend and a champion of the underdog who is not afraid to fight other attorneys. I would recommend him without hesitation to ANYONE who is faced with a BK or foreclosure. I cannot thank him enough for what he did for me and my family! It's just too bad he isn't licensed in Nevada where I now live!!!! There needs to be more Bruno's in the legal profession.

My wife & I wanted to take the time to say that if you are looking for a very thorough and excellent lawyer in San Diego county then look no further than attorney Bruno Flores. My wife & I were very stressed out with debt and garnishments and we were in need of a bankruptcy attorney. After speaking with many different lawyers, some of them made us feel belittled due to our circumstances but attorney Bruno Flores had such professionalism and made us feel comfortable from the moment we spoke with him. Attorney Bruno Flores really takes an awesome "human approach" to his legal profession which will make you not only feel confident that your case will be handled perfectly, but also takes away a lot of stress that you may be experiencing. I could go on and on however bottom line is that this is by far the most efficient, professional lawyer that gets the job done right. By the way, during the meeting of the creditors I witnessed many cases not getting confirmed due to the clients lawyers seemingly appearing unprepared to answer the most common questions any trustee would ask and this is where Attorney Bruno Flores shines in that not only did I receive confirmation without any hiccups, he was prepared to resolve any potential questions the trustee had regarding the case. Clearly, the most thorough and well prepared lawyer in the court room on the day I went to court, and I could just sense others looking at my attorney as if they were thinking to themselves, gosh how come my lawyer isn't that good.

So after 4 months of thinking my case involving a infestation of mice & rats(caught 15)was being worked on, I found out that my case was terminated almost immediately after accepting my case because I answered no to one of the criminal background questions that mentioned having any recent criminal activities etc which is true, over 6 years plus is not recent so I guess they don’t trust to represent us because of that I feel it’s discrimination because what does having a criminal record have to do with us needing the help?! It shouldn’t have even taking me reaching out to find this out. Very unprofessional for a law firm & they don’t have your best interest obviously.. like how you can’t sympathize with a family that obviously needs representation & justice from & very inhabitable situation if that’s your job?!
