My wife and I had a horrible experience using this law firm to prepare legal documents for us prior to our marriage. Their drafts are extremely sloppy with inaccurate data and misspellings all over the place. They likely offshore the preparation work because honestly who would misspell "Home Depot" or the name "Michael" multiple times in a legal document (and where is the review by a paralegal???). The most ridiculous part is they charge the clients for revisions to these careless mistakes. Sorry, but why are WE paying for YOUR mistakes??!?!?
After our legal documents were finalized we had to chase them around to get a refund of the retainer. Again they charged us for the time it took for them to email us back (again why are WE paying for YOUR internal issues?). FINALLY after 3 months of the documents being finalized we got the final refund and we are at the point where we don't even want to bother arguing with them over the frivolous charges.
We don't mind paying for high quality service, but their lack of quality and difficultly to deal with doesn't justify any price. STAY AWAY and watch your invoices because they will ROB you blind.

Over a four-year period of unfortunate incidents, we found ourselves being swallowed by our overwhelming finances. We never wanted to have to resort to filing bankruptcy. It wasn’t something we wanted to do, but it was inevitable. Sometimes bad things happen to good people.
Two different attorneys affiliated with my brother’s firm recommended Michael Hoffman and said he was the best bankruptcy attorney in South Florida. From my first call to Michael I knew he was a consummate professional with an excellent knowledge of the federal bankruptcy laws and the Florida statutes as it relates to them. He was accessible, professional, patient, and advisory. When we met with Michael in person he explained the process and took the time to answer all our questions, and concerns. The plan to file Chapter 13 was realized and the process began. Going forward Michael, and his staff were available to assist us with any question related to the documents they required from us, so they could prepare the petition to the bankruptcy court. Once Michael filed with the court, about a month later we went before the Trustee, accompanied by Michael, and all went as Michael had described.
Recently we received notice our Chapter 13 has been accepted by the court. Since receiving that news, we feel like we can breathe again, free from the worry and uncertainty of our financial future. This all happened without a glitch thanks to Michael’s professionalism and expertise, along with his qualified staff. He knows the court system and how this works. He didn’t let us down. Michael Hoffman’s legal expertise and strategical intelligence gave me my life back.
I never thought I would ever have to file bankruptcy – especially at my age, but after a few bad business decisions, there was no other option. My daughter and myself were in an accident with a truck. He slammed into and took off. Afterwards the truck company denied our injuries and claims. We hired Mr. Bilu to help us get out of a contract with a large custom homes builder. We had entered into a purchase contract with this homes builder about a year ago. As required, we had put down a large deposit. The home was built and it was time to go to closing. However, we has still not sold our current home. Therefore, the builder wanted to cancel the purchase agreement and keep our deposit. We did not have a contingency but we did have a VA Addendum with the builder. Mr. Bilu communicated with the builder on our behalf. He was able to obtain our deposit back from the builder. At first, I was a little hesitant to work with Mr. Bilu merely because he was going on vacation. However, he maintained open communication with me regarding the updates provided from the builder's attorney. I was very pleased that he would take the time to answer my emails promptly during his vacation. Mr. Bilu was direct and made everything simple. Thank you! Also, for the record we had consulted another attorney regarding the same case before Mr. Bilu and we were not happy since he didn't really take time to even take a look at our "case". He dismissed us saying that the builder had the right to keep our deposit even though we had an addendum that clearly stated the builder could not keep it.

I've just lost my business and everything else, and yesterday my car that was free and clear got taken away by the sheriff due to a writ of execution for a credit car debt. I called a lot of attorneys, and they all said pretty much that couldn't get my car back, that filing bankruptcy will not help to get it back. Most of the conversations were handle by the paralegals and very few attorneys themselves will take the time to talk to me. When I called Mr. Bigge's law firm I left a message, within an hour Mrs. Rodriguez, Bigge's partner return my call. She really listened to me, was very honest, compassionate and showed me their law firm is really there to help. She helped me and made calls in my behalf with out even knowing me, called me back several times to mantain me informed, until Mr. Bigge was able to call me. When I spoke with Mr. Bigge, because of the emergency of my case that I was trying to get my car back, he scheduled me in the morning of the next day, even though he was booked for the day. Before I went to his office he had already talked to the plaintiff councel and could get my car back. When I met with Mr. Bigge at his office, and he started asking me questions I thought everything was so chaotic in my life, but Mr. Bigge guided me in the right direction, showed me the light and made me realize my priorities. He explain that he's not in my plan until a year from now, that really showed me he's not there to get client's money, instead that he's there for the client's best interest.
