Not knowing if I even needed an attorney I spoke with Attorney Benner on the phone, he was aware right away that I did not need an attorney, however that didn’t stop him from going out of his way to continue to explain a lot of information to me about my situation and actually educate me about it. I do not usually leave reviews, however it was refreshing to be treated respectfully by an attorney. He was actually a really nice guy.

Some time ago I lost my job, my apartment and my way of life. I was despondent and in debt that I could not pay. The creditors were calling and I had no answers it was beyond stressful. Alejandro was a pleasure to work with. My fathers case was very hard and no one wanted to take it. Alejandro was very upfront and honest about the case which I appreciated. I decided to take a chance with him since he was the only lawyer willing to work with me. Alejandro always communicated well with both me and my father about any information he had to tell us. David is a different breed of attorney. He is a human being first. Attorney Rittershaus is not only a rare find, but also a delight to work with. I first hired him in 2015, after I exhausted myself with the search for an attorney. When I first met him, I was overwhelmed by his warmth and graciousness, and after that with his dedication to my case, his skillfulness, understanding, and going more than an extra mile for me. Attorney and guardian Angel is golden combination, particularly when it comes to settlements that are not respected by one party. I trusted my ex-husband when it came to a divorce and went to a mediator with him. Hoooowever Ex-husbands with a new wife can have a tendency to not respect alimony settlement, that are done through only a mediator. That is particularly so, if they have their own company and can maneuver money around. Ethan produced exactly the result I wished for, even though the case ended up more difficult than originally expected, and my ex had hired an attorney who had far more years of experience than Attorney Rittershaus. My particular wish was to have the case conducted with love and respect. That was the main reason I was not able to hire another attorney. Well, I got all that I wished for and even more.
I hired attorney Rittershaus again recently, and he surprised me even more. I was not in the US and needed Documents in Germany, and I needed them fast. He did the impossible and in the most speedy manner. I also needed a letter stating a certain Law in the US. Attorney Rittershaus composed that letter with elegance, and in a most excellent manner. The letter was written as if he is both an American and a German Attorney. He provided even references in the German Law system, that corresponded to my Case! What was even more surprising, was the speedy manner in which the Documents arrived in spite of all the obstacles that the outbreak of Covit 19 brought about.
Now I am hiring again, for yet another case, and so very appreciative to have him as my attorney again.
I know the praise I sing for Attorney Rittershaus may be hard to believe. However, once you meet him in Person, you will see that I have hardly praised attorney Rittershaus Enough!

I ran into financial trouble a few years back and was so scared I was going to lose my house. I had no knowledge of the bankruptcy process, didn’t know what to expect, and was scared to lose everything. (not to mention the embarrassment).
I hired Kate Nicholson and I’m so glad I did. First of all, she made the process so easy for me. She explained everything in terms that I could understand and calmed me down when I panicked a little. She is extremely knowledgeable about the process and I felt “safe” with her in charge.
I really felt like Kate genuinely cared about my case and worked hard to get the best outcome for me. My outcome was so much better than I expected and I think Kate was almost (if not as) happy as I was.

About a year ago, my wife and I purchased our first home - a new construction condo. When it came time to choose a lawyer for the closing on our side, the builder pushed us towards a specific individual. This made us uneasy, so we did some research and instead chose Michael Khoury. This ended up being a fantastic decision. He went over and above even the highest expectations, combing through every word of the closing documents and having multiple calls to walk us through it. Upon realizing that there were a multitude of portions of the closing documents which were detrimental to our interests, Michael expertly negotiated with the builder to change the language of some of this parts and to completely remove others. In addition, when there was in issue with a portion of the property not meeting the agreed upon specifications, he delayed closing and also obtained a small amount of money for us from the builder as recompense once we realized the issue couldn't be fully corrected. To top it all off, when we had an issue finding care for our dog on the day of the closing, he let us bring her into the office with us! This all doesn't even mention his paralagel, Nancy, who was amazing to deal with - quick to respond to all of our inquiries, extremely nice, and amazingly knowledgeable. I can't recommend using Michael vehemently enough - he is a genuine, hard-working, and knowledgeable attorney who sincerely cares about his clients. If you need a lawyer in his areas of practice, you won't be able to find anyone better!

I am a business man dealing with the public for over fifteen years, and I can honestly that it took me some time within those years to figure out how to keep my customers happy.
I can't say I have any experience working with this firm, but I had a problem having to do with a building lien which my attorney (who does not work for Madoff and Khoury LLP) couldn't handle. I needed another more experienced attorney's expertise. After speaking to a member of the staff at this company, they connected me to a gentleman named David Madoff. Mr Madoff, after speaking to me for three minutes asked me to call the attorney I was using before and have him call Madoff & Khoury so David can coach him on what to do. I am amazed and shocked that an attorney would take the time to do such a gracious thing.
I believe that any "decent" business can give good service, but it takes a special business (or person representing a business) to shine or go above "decent", and that can only be done when something goes wrong in a transaction, or when there is an emergency. I called Madoff and Khoury because something went wrong with another attorney (out of Boston) which created an emergency situation involving a deadline court date (on a holiday weekend). Mr. Madoff took the time to help me when it wasn't even his problem. I can't be more honored and pleased to be able to witness and experience first hand, within five minutes time such high CHARACTER in any type of business. I'm so glad I made the call.
