Absolutely recommend these attorneys. I was literally speeding way to fast. I was to receive 3-6 months jail time. Once I retained this law firm I was immediately at ease. I could not afford full retainer. The law firm took my word that I'd make payments. However they beat the charges and allowed me to pay over several months and if you don't from them they will work you 100 percent. .. I highly recommend to all my motorcycle enthusiasts to please reach out... they will protect you and you won't regret it!

I went to Mr. Hudspeth hoping that he would represent me on a business contract. But after reviewing my entire contract and having two of his staff attorneys research my case, he came to the conclusion that I would be better served by an attorney with expertise in securities law. Mr. Hudspeth did not charge me for any of his or the other attorneys’ time. I was disillusioned that he was not going to be able to represent me because I wanted the most competent attorney I knew, and that was Mr. Hudspeth.
The reason I know this is because I also worked for Mr. Hudspeth for five years. I learned to have tremendous respect for him as a lawyer and as a person. I have been around lawyers most of my life, but working for Mr. Hudspeth I saw a side I had not been exposed to very much. His compassion for others and understanding comes through in his communications, and that is something I have taken away with me and try to emulate. In his practice too, he expected that everyone adhere to ethical standards as the right and natural thing to do.
Therefore, I highly recommend Mr. Hudspeth to anyone looking for competence, dedication, and years of experience.

After my car accident I was knee deep in medical bills and insurance claim paperwork. Runion personal injury lawyer has some of the best lawyers for car accidents. They worked professionally and in a timely matter to make all the paperwork and process for the injury claim to go a lot faster. Shortly after moving into my newly purchased Phoenix home. I was in acar accident that led to severe spinal and back injuries. My injuries were so bad I could not work or do most daily chores. I was injured by a Dr. from a carpal tunnel procedure. There were concerns regarding median nerve damage. Another Dr. was called upon to explore and repair the previous botched surgery, but no guarantee as to whether the nerve would fully recover.
I was in pain, unsure of the full future use of my hand, felt there were damages and felt this was not right! I wasn’t sure who to call for help.
After reviewing write ups of medical malpractice attorneys, I chose the Dr. Lawyer Group, Dr. Zaheer Shah to call.
Dr. Shah was promptly available to discuss my case and decided it had merit for a claim.

Robert and his team were great! Very transparent while working through the process and was able to help me navigate the steps of my divorce really well. The divorce dragged on for no good reason other than my spouse finding any way to make this last longer. At the end of the day the divorce worked out in my favor and exactly what Robert said would likely happen did as the same outcome that should have only taken a few months still happened even with my ex delaying the process. Overall, very reachable through appointments and overall just a good experience.

My father had a trust with Kinghorn Law and after his passing, I became the Trustee. I retained Kevin's firm to do the Trust Administration and worked with Amber from their office.
Amber was able to resolve all of the issues dealing with Canadian investments, Treasury Direct, creditor notices and many other items. She is also creating beneficiary trusts for the survivors and taking care of all paperwork.

This truly has to be the BEST criminal defense attorney association in Tucson Arizona hands down. THE FEDERAL KING IS KATSERELLIS LAW! I hired Kat on day 1 after a free consultation and he devoted so many hours of his time to me and I was able to go over my entire case with him and explain to him how the previous attorney I have was neglecting me and not willing to cooperate with me on anything within the interest I found best fit for my case with my brother. so within 48 hours I had an answer on a Plea, within 9 days got a plea agreement, within 1.5 Months with Kat’s word given was able to get me to court to begin the process to finish my case, and in under 90 days was able to successfully execute and close out a 6 month incarceration that was potentially looking at 33-41 months maximum. Jimmy cook told me to sign for ten thousand and that I could beef up that number if I got injections in my neck when my hip hurt. They would ignore my calls for months at a time and they're was a time Kelly hung up on me then texted me five minutes later after I said who I was. My chiropractor told me to contact them to sign the HIPPA agreement after three months of treatment letting me know they hadn't communicated for three months at all. They told me to quit the physical therapy that they would get me one closer then ignored my calls for months only to call back and say so you're done treatment. I would say no and would be ignored for another few months. Not great. I feel anyone who is reaching out to this law firm is dealing with something that is urgent and is most likely filled with anxiety. At least that was me when I contacted them. I called their offices and was greeted by the receptionist who seemed to care but said I needed to go to the website to complete the contact form. It's a little weird to fill out such personal and confidential information and send it into outer space but I went ahead and did it. After waiting 24 hours and followed up. The receptionist who I spoke with responded and asked more questions and asked that I upload all the evidence. After a week of waiting and getting the run around, I never heard back from them. Super unreliable and intrusive process. Not a good company and definitely not recommended.

I can tell all the good reviews were obviously requested by Mr. Martinez himself. Hired him for criminal case . He assured me that it wouldn’t be any issue to get friend out. Said he would do it. Didn’t . Wouldn’t return calls text. Or even show up as planned. Didn’t fight at all . Scared and knowledgeable at court . Couldn’t even get a negotiated plea offered. Couldn’t get one thing changed on the plea. The video evidence was lost all body cam footage gone and still lost case. Felt mislead and severely manipulated.. shoulda burned the money instead. Would a been more worth it

I simply do not recommend Jose as a lawyer to hire because he has done a very poor job with our case. He does not communicate well at all and does not have much experience with a civil lawsuit. He has missed deadlines and has forgot facts about the case. He has missed the deadline to respond to a motion and therefore lost the motion in the other parties favor which we did not agree to but it got our case throw out while the counterclaim is still active and ongoing. We have no leverage now. This was done to spite us as we have a flat fee arrangement. It feels like he is doing as little as possible because of the flat fee arrangement.
