Jerry's expertise and assistance with an "environmentally challenged" development site was invaluable. He was able to effectively navigate the process involved in obtaining a Prospective Purchaser Agreement (PPA) from the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ). This agreement was instrumental in our ability to mitigate the risk associated with purchasing and developing the site. His involvement with other aspects of the site's environmental condition and the associated responsible party was critical Jerry is competent and personable - two traits not always found in legal council. I'm looking forward to working with him again.

Jerry presented at the SAEMS RCRA Seminar. He presented on penalties and outcomes when dealing with regulators. His presentation was fact-based and provided attendees with great information as well as helpful hints on what to do next when in certain situations. He also provided additional hand-out materials. I would recommend him to speak at another seminar.

One thing that really distinguishes him from other lawyers that I've dealt with is not only his professionalism and expertise, but his personable manner in which he conducts business with you. He has been great working WITH me and what I needed both from my perspective as well as his perspective and we worked together to put something together that was exactly what I was looking for and needed. Even more importantly, Morgan is fair when it comes to what he actually needs to do for you versus what you don't actually need him for. Morgan Seegmiller assisted me with collecting money damages from a breach of contract. Although I was skeptical at first, he knew all the issues involved in my case and he was right on in his predictions of the outcome. Morgan resolved my whole case without ever having to file a lawsuit. He convinced the other party to pay me what I needed and he kept my legal bill low by working efficiently. Never really trusted lawyers, and I thought they were all a bunch of double talkers, out for themselves...well that is until I met David. I was referred to Boreale Law Office by my divorce attorney. Having never met in person before working together I did not expect to be as cared after, listened to, and so exceptionally guided through my very sticky & personal eviction as I did working with Samit. This already difficult situation was made a lot more difficult by the restrictions of the current Covid 19 guidelines. I was lost, confused and I lacked the knowledge and confidence I could maneuver through this tricky process successfully on my own. I was spoken to with dignity, kindness and respect. I was kept involved and up to speed on my case or communications consistently. I was involved in ideas, informed and educated on all the new restrictions and guidelines in a very professional yet “this is new to us too” way. My wife and I selected Samit from a list of attorneys recommended by Hyatt Legal Services, which we subscribe to. He did not disappoint. Although our trust restatement was unique and somewhat complicated, Samit was fine with it. He scheduled a videoconference (this was early on in the pandemic) and we went through what we were interested in doing and why. After a short time, Samit came back with a set of draft documents for our review. We responded with a list of questions, referencing each question by document/paragraph number. We held a second videoconference to discuss the questions. Samit explained all the legalese with practiced skill and patience so that we understood. We discussed changes we were interested in and we each made a list of changes for him to work on. A second draft soon ensued. This time, since so little was off, we were able to make edits directly to the document. He compared the submitted docs with what he sent us, approved the changes, and we had a final set of document and a restated living trust. We met with Samit and a notary public to execute all the documents. And with that, we could finally relax. Samit was a pleasure to work with. At one point, as our trust desires were complex, I told him that, if what he was getting from Hyatt was not enough, we would gladly add whatever he thought appropriate. He declined, saying that he was being fairly compensated. We were shocked, since the last time we went through this process, our previous lawyer demanded additional payment. We feel this says a lot about Samit's approach - he is our advocate first and foremost. In short, the whole process was painless and the new set of documents are well done. We were not expecting the professionalism, humor, and general likeability in a lawyer. It was an unexpected surprise. We highly recommend Samit Bhalala.

We were completely pleased with the work that Mae Innabi did for use regarding the recent sale of our mother's condominium in Phoenix. She worked with us to successfully create a sales agreement and get the transaction closed in a very short period of time. Mae was extremely attentive to our needs and kept us well apprised of what was happening each step of the way. Adding to this is that we (the sellers) were in Illinois and California. After an illegal eviction attempt by my apartment complex, my daughter and I needed to just TALK to a lawyer about options moving forward. NO ONE, of a dozen Phoenix attorneys, would even return our calls or emails. This effort began back in October 2018, BEFORE this issue mushroomed in a very disturbing situation. We couldn’t get anyone to LISTEN long enough to retain them for a court hearing. Fortunately, I was able to get the case dismissed myself. But we still wanted the advice of a member of the bar. Ms. Innabi’s office not only LISTENED to me in my initial phone call, she scheduled a free 20 minute phone consult for the next business day. Throughout the weekend, I received confirming emails from her office which enabled me to dial down my stress level which has been overboard since October! Ms. Innabi took time out of her busy day to listen AND recommend a colleague whom specialized in the area of law that I was involved. Her clients are primarily landlords, therefore, under normal circumstances, representing me would be a conflict of interest. My issue is actual civil litigation which is not what she handles. Yet she was kind enough to listen and guide me to the right law office. I would have gladly PAID Ms. Innabi for her free advice. A plethora of other so-called Phoenix lawyers wouldn’t even take my money for a 15 minute consultation! I just hope they keep being “Ballers” for the rest of their career that can turn down FREE MONEY! Ms. Innabi exhibits the rare traits of professionalism and integrity which is sorely lacking among the Phoenix legal community. Thank you to Mae Innabi and her outstanding staff!

I highly recommend Hirschi Law for anyone who needs any kind of legal help. There are a lot of legal firms out there, and I'm very glad I found this one. My issue was going to cost $2500-3000 or more, but Hirschi Law’s expertise probably saved me a couple of thousand dollars! So I was well pleased. I liked Heath’s no muss, no fuss approach. He handled the process very quickly, leading to quick results. And he had to accomplish everything long distance – I am many states away! Despite that distance, I plan on continuing to use Heath for my legal needs.

We had a major investigation of our IDTF diagnostic facilities and one of our shareholders, a physician, faced board complaints in every state he was licensed in. It was grueling and extremely stressful. D’Arcy was recommended by another attorney and we are thankful we were able to retain her. She coordinated and oversaw all of the out of state matters that required local counsel, handled the federal matters including experts. She helped us resolve the case with minimal repercussions and managed to obtain dismissals on all of the board complaints. She was sensitive to our stress level and on one hand was extremely compassionate with us and on the other - relentless with the opposition. We now recommend her to everyone and use her for our compliance and litigation matters. She prevents us from unknowingly getting into trouble.

Ms. Downs-Vollbracht listened to me and helped me to navigate my way through some very difficult experiences of discrimination with my previous employer. My wife and I were referred to Mark by a realtor and originally consulted with him on several occasions over the past several years concerning our rental property. We were considering letting the property go into foreclosure for a number of personal reasons. He gave us clear options for us to make an informed decision on how to proceed. We decided to stop payment on the house and let it go into foreclosure. During this process, we consulted with him again to get some clarity on issues we had with the process and he answered all questions and explained in terms that we understood how to continue. The process has taken over 2 years total, and at the beginning of this year (2017), we were served with papers from the bank that a dispute over the description of the property was in question. At this point, we hired Mark to assist with the legal aspect of the banks filing. In what seemed like a complicated issue, Mark was able to settle the issue with the bank and get us out from under the legal aspect of the case. I found Mark to be very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in our consultations and easy to work with. He exceeded all of our expectations in the final out come of our situation. Thank you Mark for all your assistance in what was a very stressful time.

I hired Mark to collect a debt owed to me. Mark went over my situation, answered my questions and explained the complete process prior to hiring him to be my lawyer. Mark methodically briefed me and kept me fully informed during the whole progression of my lawsuit and case. It was a pleasure working with Mark to resolve my claim against the people that owed money to me on a past due debt. Mark worked with me to recover this debt and worked on a fair settlement with the defendants before the case when to a trial. Unfortunately the defendants were not reasonable and the case had to be resolved by the court. Mark obtained a default judgement for me that included my legal fees and interest on the unpaid debt. I would hire Mark again as he was very straight with me through the entire progression of my case. His entire office staff was polite and pleasant to work with. Mike has worked for both my company and me over the past three years. I deal with a lot of attorneys in my business and I have yet to find one as competent and insightful as Mike. Andrew was very professional and I received a nice settlement for a faulty vehicle wrap that was put on my business mobile unit that the installer claimed was done correctly. Andrew with his due diligence and determination proved beyond a doubt that the installer was at fault and in breech of contract. He kept me well informed through out the whole process of recovering double of what I paid to the installer.

Where do I even begin.... I was actually referred to Mike Pettiti by another law firm when trying to inquire on the legality of a unilateral change to my company's existing PTO policy. Upon contacting the office of Aiken Schenk Hawkins & Ricciardi to speak with Mike, I was transferred to Erin Hertzog who I informed of the concern that I had with my company and if it in fact violated any Arizona employment laws. She was an absolute pleasure, very thorough, asked several questions and obtained details surrounding my situation to see what legal options, if any, I had moving forward. A few days later, my employer found out that I had consulted with an attorney and subsequently, I was sent home from work and then terminated the following day. The 10 months that would follow my termination were an absolute nightmare. Murphy's Law, anything that could have gone wrong, did. I was a single mother facing being homeless after an eviction and repossession of my vehicle, all due to my loss of employment. In addition to my financial struggles, I was in the middle of a horrific legal matter in family court surrounding custody of my child. Erin was one of few silver linings that I had throughout this hard time in my life, an absolute Godsend! Through the duration of my case, Erin and Mike went back and forth with claims through the EEOC for sexual harassment and gender discrimination and claims with the NLRB for wrongful termination and retaliation. This woman literally put in her blood, sweat, and tears into resolving my legal matters with my previous employer. She accommodated my schedule, making herself available in late evening hours, no email or phone call went without response. She worked around the clock to ensure that my questions were answered and I was informed and updated on the progress of my case. Nearly 10 months later, to the day, I am happy to say that Erin and her Firm were able to reach a settlement with my previous employer and I can finally put all this behind me. I pray that I never find myself in a similar situation with a future employer but, if I do, I can rest assured that I will be in good hands with Erin Hertzog and the staff at Aiken Schenk Hawkins & Ricciardi. She is an absolutely amazing attorney and the integrity of both her and the Firm, far exceeded my expectations!

I first heard Mat Sorensen do an IRA LLC web presentation on Youtube for a custodian company. I like what he had to say and how he said it, he was very clear and sounded very well informed on the issue. I don’t know why I didn’t just call him right away to see if he would help me form my IRA LLC, maybe because he was not in my state?..Maybe because I thought he would be too busy? to expensive??? I don’t know what my problem was but I called 5 different lawyers all who didn’t seem like they had the same level of expertise Mat did. As my frustration grew so did my courage. I finally figured... what did I have to lose? Just call the guy I heard on Youtube! So I did. WOW! He knocked my socks off even more on the phone. He answered all my hard questions about forming an IRA LLC while living abroad and didn’t need to go on and on trying to impress me with his knowledge like some of the other lawyers. His friendly, clear, concise answers spoke for themselves. After I decided to go with Mat and KKOS I have been unbelievably happy with their level of service. The entire team is sweet, friendly, educated and helpful. They ALL seem like they know me when I call and always treat me with kindness and respect. Mat will even joke with me, a total stranger! He has a great sense of humor and not to busy for a quick reply to say thanks. He is humble, funny and generous. Not at all what I expected to be honest. :) The clarity of his instructions while setting up the IRA LLC was unparalleled. He would send me emails as to what he and his team would do and what I would need to do. Every time I came to a stumbling block I would call the team and instantly they would help me overcome the hurdle. Even when I reached out to Mat he helped me while not making me feel stupid for asking silly questions. Well, I could go on and on but I will not. Suffice it to say Mat and his team are GREAT and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to form an IRA LLC regardless of which state you live in.

I had to file chapter 7 bk which was very humbling for me to do. Clint made me feel comfortable, explained how the whole process worked and even offered advice about how to re-establish your credit afterwards. He was good at communicating what information was needed and following up for me. Never once was I made to feel ashamed of the whole process, which I was. I would recommend him without reservation.

Rich did a great job representing our financial services organization and I highly recommend him! We retained Rich to initiate proceedings against our insurance company for denying a large claim. Rich Gramlich, Professional, Experienced and Prepared. "PEP" How can you do better for your client than obtaining a settlement well in excess of what the client expected. Rich did just that. He was cost conscious asking me, if I wanted to pay for a deposition or pass due to costs? I left that chose to Rich who chose yes and I'm glad he did. The deposition appeared to have increased the settlement in mediation quite significantly. Rich was obviously very well prepared for the deposition with a good retention of the facts and issues supporting my claim. I am not an Attorney but my two kids are so I get it.
