My wife and I realized that our home somehow wasn't included in the name of our trust. The original work was done by Mr. halls law firm several years ago. As in most things, several laws had changed, making our trust somewhat ineffective. After consulting with Mr. Hall, we decided to completely update the document. We are now up to date with all of federal and state changes in relation to all of our needs. We want to especially thank Mr. Hall and all of his associates that worked on this project. Our home is now included on our property deed in the name of the trust. We highly recommend Mr. Hall and his firm. They also treat you like family, and take the time to discuss all issues in language we could understand. Five stars doesn't seem to be a high enough rating.

I was a client of a very well known reputable estate planning firm in town ( Phoenix) for 6+ years. I sought to have my Trust reviewed after my Mothers passing as we had experienced a number of issues with her Trust. I researched many local attorneys and came across the firm of MHK. Marlo was our attorney after a serious auto accident when the responsible party was declining any compensation. She did an amazing job for us. We were both unable to be involved in the process for a long time but that did not stop her from moving forward and tackling this head on. Law suits are not fun but Marlo made this an acceptable experience and helped us understand what was going on through the whole process. We can not recommend her enough.

I hired Kim after interviewing three lawyers. Kim's representation of me was well worth the money I paid. Kim's fees were also the lowest. Kim's knowledge of DUI and her ability to navigate you through are finesse. Kim helped me streamline everything including the car breathalizer, the mandated education classes, DMV proccess & my jail time. Through a couple of Kim's contingency filings I was able to do my tent city time in Apr. not extreme months like July or Dec. I did have a negative & stressful dealing with someone that worked under Kim that I had to work with while she was out of town but all in all I was in very good hands. Kim is a vibrant, young, intelligent DUI lawyer. Kim has a zeal & pashion for the law & how it can be worked in your favor not her pocket book. Thanks Kim.

A few months ago my husband find a bike at work he left the bike against the dumpster and towards the end of his day noone claimed the bike. He brought the bike home posted it on craigslist. He then got in trouble for trafficing stolen property he didnt have no idea the bike was stolen. My husband was looking at 2-7 yrs in prison for his prior convction from 10 yrs ago that the state brought up in his present case. Kimberly wrote a 6 pg letter proving and stating all the facts. Within days the case got dismissed. Thxs to her hard work. Words cant express on how GREATFUL we are.

Mr. Tutnick listened to my issues, and helped me resolve them. He explained estates and wills to me Including powers of attorney, so that I could make informed decisions. He was quick to respond to my phone calls, and could squeeze me in for an appointment, if needed. He also did an LLC for me, and has filed law suits for me resulting in favorable settlements. I would recommend him to anyone, because He is informative, quick to respond, and also will go to court for you.

We hired Isabel to review our FDD before we purchased a franchise. She was very thorough in her review of the FDD and was instrumental in our securing an amendment to our FDD that is very favorable for our position as franchisee. She made us aware of red flags in the FDD that could pose problems in the future. Isabel is extremely professional, cordial and easy to work with. I am trying to clean up a financial mess left from a failed business partnership. Isabel has been crucial in working with my creditors to helped me reach an agreement that was fair to both parties and support my desire to restore my credit rating. Isabel is highly professional, responsive, tough and stays on task. Her fees were very reasonable (not a lot of money available right now). I live on the east coast and she was VERY effective communicator despite the time differences. These days dealing with our biggest banks is torture. Recently we were looking for someone to restate our previous Trust. We found Amy and had two meetings with her before we had her restate our Trust. We wanted to be sure we could work well together. My wife filed a petition for a green card for me. We thought that would be no problem as we were married for years and had so much to show, so much in common. Just like on TV movies right? Wrong! The USCIS denied our petitions. Accused my wife of entering into a shame marriage just to get me a green card. We've found Matthew and he worked with us gathering all the facts and evidences, and he wrote a very well elaborate response to USCIS and delivered to them on time.. Today, 30 days from the date we were to respond to them, I've got an email from USCIS. The green card is approved and on its way to my mailbox. This experience has proved to me that no matter how confident we think we are to handle a law issue, we should never underestimate the experienced a lawyer has, having gone through so many cases, and what they can do for you handling your case. Never go alone. Hire a lawyer. Hire Matt if he is available in your area. He won't promise you success. But if you think you have rights for what you want, give him all the facts and evidences you have and he will tell you your odds and will put up the best fight for you.

mrs. Jacobs was my attorney for several corporation formations, small legal issues, and estate planning. From my will and trust, to a simple demand letter, to representing my small business corporation she was there when I had questions, fought for me when I needed it, and provided the legal guidance using everyday language without sounding too legalese. Her rates are reasonable (her estate planning isn't much more than the do it yourself stuff available) and she always made me feel like an important client. Highly recommended.

Marc provided unfailing back-up for the somewhat tangled sale of a portion of our business. I hired Eric to help me protect an investment property. The whole case took almost a year due to the other party trying to play games but Eric stopped them at every turn. He is impressive and aggressive in the court room but when it came to explaining everything he was patient and kind. Rick came highly recommended and today I had the opportunity to meet him. Yes, he is like no other lawyer I have been to in the last 6 years of litigation on various aspects of the problem. I will retain him this week. I was very impressed with him as a person, his honesty, his office, his knowledge and he seemed to "get it", it is a very confusing and lengthy story.
