After speaking with a number one estate planning lawyers I decided to hire Whitney Sorrel in large part based on his ability to communicate clearly. By "clearly" I mean he was able to explain exactly what he would be doing and the purpose of completing an estate plan. What followed was even better. He listened to what I wanted while at the same time challenging me, in a very positive way, as to the wisdom of my choices. In the end, the final document represents my wishes while protecting assets and future finances. In addition, his personal style direct yet friendly fit perfectly with the way I prefer to do things. I would recommend Mr. Sorrel very highly.

My father hired Whitney to update his trust in 2015. He recently passed away. Whitney and his team did an outstanding job helping myself and my brothers quickly settle the estate and deal with all of the little things that are required after someone passes. Victoria is the “go to” lawyer if you’re having a problem with the IRS. Her experience and tax law knowledge were essential to our unique business/personal tax case. She negotiated a large reduction, installment agreements, Offers in Compromise, tax penalty abatements and many related difficulties. Our complex tax case was not solved overnight, but with Victoria's guidance we achieved the best possible outcome. I would recommend her to anyone having problems with the IRS.

After the big economic downturn, I was forced to close down some business, and was left with personal and business debt and taxes. The death of my mother was very hard in many ways, but the loss of my stepfather/ Dad of 30yrs was devastating to say the least. I truly thought nothing could be worse. Then my step siblings and his ex-wife decided to try to make me and my nephew into thief's and horrible people. I never would have believed that the court's would have allowed this whole thing to go as far as it did. Allegations and blatant lies, not proof, but it did. If it hadn't been for Davis and Doug I honestly think they might have gotten away with it, since I'm a step daughter, FYI: Stepdaughter I found to be something of a "bad thing" automatically. Thank you for listening and fighting for us. Thank you for not allowing my dad to be misrepresented as well, even though that was a byproduct, I know he would be thankful as well.

Although I did not retain Marcos as council he was very helpful in regards to pointing me in the right direction and where to start in filing a case myself. I wouldn't hesitate to have Marcos as council if I had the money to hire attorney. Marcos gave me the impression that he cared more about his clients more so than money he would earn from taking on the case. I was referred to Mr. McGirr through the Maricopa County Lawyer Referral Service. I left a message for him and he called back within the hour. We discussed my issues related to our Homeowners Association. Mick was very honest, knowledgeable and straightforward with his thoughts and advice. While he could have taken the case and charged our association, he provided an alternative course of action that would be less expensive. And he even offered to assist if we have any further roadblocks or issues. I would highly recommend Mr. McGirr.

So I was locked up on a trumped up charge for DUI and indecent exposure. Mr. Curry was able to get the indecent exposure charge dropped when a convenience store camera he subpoenaed showed that my genitalia was not exposed. Furthermore, he was able to get the DUI charge reduced to a 6 month suspended sentence since there were no credible witnesses or evidence proving I was driving over the curb. This dude kicks serious butt!

My business partner and I were fortunate enough to be introduced to Mr. Kuzmich just a couple of years ago and he has been our go-to guy for our own legal questions as well as for our clients ever since. He has a broad knowledge of all law, but is exceptional at contracts. My biggest pet peeve as a small business owner is when people don't respond to call, e-mails, etc. and Jim is always exceptionally responsive even in evenings and weekends and on those few occasions that he will not be available, he will let us know in advance. When another friend of mine, had some legal issues in his business, I recommended Greg. My only concern was that Greg may not take Dave's case because it was small potatoes and wouldn't give Greg much of a pay day... a far cry from his usual big ticket deals. Greg took the job because he has an innate sense of justice and he understood that Dave's very business could depend on getting rid of this frivolous lawsuit. He won handily. And, truth be told, probably didn't make Minimum Wage relative to the amount of hours he put in. Based on the incredible job he did for David, I would not hesitate to recommend Greg for any matter- whether it be real estate, legal, or personal advice. I feel blessed to know Greg. I went to Trent Woods with a case that I was told was hopeless by several other attorneys. I wanted to get my firearms rights restored. At first I called three local attorneys, two of which didn’t handle my type of case and left me at a lost as to which direction I should go. The third attorney I contacted didn’t handle my situation as well, but took the time to explain that I needed a Contract Law attorney and went further to recommend an attorney that specialized in case vs. auto dealerships. I was grateful for the lead and immediately contacted the Law Office of Choi & Fabian. Right from my initial conversation with Ms. Fabian I knew she was knowledgeable about automobile contracts and was very patient as I explained my dilemma. She asked to review the contracts and related documents. While waiting over the course of a weekend, I received a call from the dealership stating they have reconsidered our issue and were willing to unwind the deal. I spoke with Ms. Fabian on Monday and she agreed that a simple and quick resolution is favorable. I was not out for vengeance or a punitive damages award. I wanted to part company with this new car dealership and that is what I got. Note: In my state doesn’t have a 3-Day Right To Cancel Law, therefore disputes are difficult to resolve. Thank you Ms. Fabian for your concerns and being accessible.

We are a small import/export company. As such we have need for legal documents to be drawn up, reseller agreements, contract reviews, NDA's, website terms, etc. Trying to find good legal representation can very challenging and expensive and hurt your wallet. We finally settled on Morrissey Law whom we've been with now for nearly 10 years. They have proven to be insightful, knowledgeable, professional, experienced, very competitively priced and painless. If unable to find an answer (for cases outside their specialty) they have advised of alternate solutions. We have also trusted them for our personal legal needs as well, rental property contracts, lease termination agreements, real estate, setting up trusts, etc. What sets the company aside is not only the personal attention they take but they don't nickel dime you should you have any quick questions, emails, phones calls etc. They take the time to try and fully understand your needs and objectives offering suggestions and advise built from years of experience and knowledge. I made a telephone call to Marc Lieberman Monday, 30 September 2013 and left a message. I was very impressed that not only did Marc call me back less than 20 minutes later, but he gave me excellent and honest real estate advice. This was despite the fact that his advice to me would not bring him my business in this situation. I could tell that Marc had my best interests in mind by the advice he gave me. If I ever do need to hire a real estate attorney in Arizona, I would absolutely hire Marc Lieberman. I contacted Attorney Marc Lieberman in January to help me with a real estate transaction that just was out of control...the realtor did not do one thing to sell my home besides list it for sale. The realtor tried to adjust the original contract without my knowledge or permission to change his commission and forced me to use a title company who would not take my calls and tried to make sure he received his new commission rate! I emailed Attorney Lieberman through Avvo shortly after my house was under contract. Within 5 minutes I received an email back with answers from Attorney Lieberman!! After a few days of emailing, Attorney Lieberman advised that I should wait to retain him until I was ready to file a lawsuit. He gave me the cost in advance (ball park) and mentioned that he would assist me with questions until/if that time came. I would have to say Attorney Lieberman is an amazing attorney, he offered to help me at any hour of the day, was honest, and really made an impression with me.

I would strongly recommend Marc Lieberman as an attorney. He has the ability to work through complex situations and is a true deal maker. He is also very skilled at focusing on the important issues and being very efficient with his time. Marc does not get caught up in the ego battles many lawyers get caught up in, which merely costs clients time, money and considerable aggravation. With his soft manner, Marc is able to be both tough and effective, without letting the legal process spin out of control. This is a rare quality found in today's legal profesion. Robert Wooten was the best thing it happened for our son. He was arrested undefined us terribly, this is not supposed to happen to us. We called Robert at the law firm Curry Pearson and Wooten. In his office Robert counseled Him, told him he needed to write an essay of sorts on his behavior & how it got him to this place. Also that he needs to pay us/his parents back for all we're doing for him. Robert asked the judge to meet with us as a family 30 minutes before court. We were so impressed that the judge took the time to explain the what and how of court procedure & jury works. Ultimately Robert represented him extremely well and his felony was reduced to a misdemeanor. I recommend Robert Wooten & I have. We are grateful!

I had a bad fall out with my business partners. When I hired Adam I was on the verge of completely losing all my shares to my partners because they had the majority vote. After our first meeting, I knew he was going to be my lawyer because he asked all the right questions. He explained what my rights were and the legality (or lack of) in what they were trying to do to me. He discussed a few approaches I could take and discussed all the pros and cons of every approach. He took all my advice into consideration when putting a game plan together. So of course I hired him. I was ready for a very long battle because it got very personal between us. I knew nobody was willing to budge. To make a long story short, it is now 6 months later and the case is over. I sold my shares for almost 10% more than my asking price. Adam is hands down the best lawyer I have ever worked with. He made me feel like I was his only client. He remembered every detail about my case every time we spoke. Of all the attorneys I ever worked with- this individual was one of the most helpful individuals I ever met in my life., I am a physician - I had a problem with an administration playing games that are not uncommon in Tucson. He was able to see the problem clearly and took the appropriate steps to get the problem administration- to understand their behavior was unprofessional and was inconsistent with their own policies and procedures- and their unrealistic demands to try and get us to work several additional hours without proper compensation represents harassment. Although the same agency is still harassing their current staff- Hardy's help put the agency on notice. It allowed me and several others to escape the poor working conditions they were imposing on their entire staff. Without Hardy's help- the agency would of kept making unfair and unrealistic demands on the staff and myself. Before consulting with Hardy- the agency was ignoring its own policies and procedures - and making unfair demands at their staff. Staff who did not follow these demands were fired and threatened they agency would report this to the employees licensing board. The agency removed important protections for the workers that was written in clear language in their policy and procedures. Hardy made it clear to the agency they were in violation of their own rules. After his notification- several of us were able to successfully get out of our contracts because their demands were in clear violation of policy. When we tried to point this out to the administration before I consulted Hardy- the administration used smoke and mirrors to justify their improper demands. After Hardy made it clear that the agency was violating their own policy with their demands the administration quickly backed away from their demands and most of the staff who were effected - were able to leave the agency. If it was not for Hardy- this would never of happened- and we would of been forced to work in a hostile environment. I recommend Hardy without any reservations- he really saved many of our staff and myself from continued harassment from the agencies medical director and her distorted use of the agencies own guidelines.

I have never had the experience of dealing with a lawyer before. Russ Krone has despelled everything I had ever heard about attorneys. He stayed on top of my case, and kept me informed. He was easy to talk to and very informative of what directions I could and should take. He allowed me to make the final dicisions and what would be best for me. Even now after it is more or less a closed case their are still some loose ends and I call Russ with whatever questions I have and still have to deal with with the my x-partner. He always answers me right away and is happy to find an answer to my problem.

Mr Timothy Holt represented several of my companies for years. He has one of the most complete understandings of the law that I have ever seen. He has done everything from review and create legal documents, handle unhappy employee issues and advise on the structure of corporate setup. Several times he even got frivolous legal complaints to go away. I only wish I would have listened to him more! There is only one time he had to refer me to another attorney and even that was a good experience. You have to have a good attorney and you can use who ever you want but you would be crazy not to call Tim Holt first!
