We are so glad we chose the Folger Law Firm to represent us. The accident was traumatic enough and we weren't looking forward to dealing with all that is involved in filing an insurance claim. Went on vacation and things seemed to have turned for the worst. Contacted Lerner and Rowe and Sean was assigned to my case. Felt like I had ruined my life but Sean was with me every step of the way. If I called they answered or would get back with a prompt response. If I was overwhelmed Sean would keep me calm and provide ease of mind. Marlo was our attorney after a serious auto accident when the responsible party was declining any compensation. She did an amazing job for us. We were both unable to be involved in the process for a long time but that did not stop her from moving forward and tackling this head on.

My experience working with attorney Justin Call was exceptional. He is very personable. I felt comfortable working with him from the very beginning of our first meeting. I wanted to set up a Trust. Even after looking online to educate myself, I was still somewhat unclear about all that was involved. Justin was very patient and knowledgeable as he explained the various aspects that were important for me to fully understand. I was able to ask questions that he answered clearly. I grew more confident in what I needed to do for the Trust, and how it worked in general, due to his supportive demeanor.
It was a great time saver that our first 2 meetings were virtual. I appreciated his staff setting them up to fit my schedule. Reminder emails were appreciated. When I went to Justin’s office to review and sign the documents, he continued to take the time to make sure I understood everything I was signing.

Robert and his team were great! Very transparent while working through the process and was able to help me navigate the steps of my divorce really well. The divorce dragged on for no good reason other than my spouse finding any way to make this last longer. At the end of the day the divorce worked out in my favor and exactly what Robert said would likely happen did as the same outcome that should have only taken a few months still happened even with my ex delaying the process. Overall, very reachable through appointments and overall just a good experience.

After more than five years of representing myself in the VA appeal system, I found Dr. Anaise purely by chance one day by looking for VA attorneys who had experience in preparing IMOs and appeals. Was I ever lucky to have found him. After he carefully reviewed my case and medical records, he agreed to represent me just before I completed my last C&P exam. If you are lucky enough to have him represent you, you are off to an excellent start and I found his work, and that of his associate Sharon, impeccable. Dr. Anaise is a great attorney and the best you can find. He certainly delivered on my case and I was fortunate to be represented by him.

Dr. Anaise helped with my VA medical claim for obstructive sleep apnea after I found him through hours of online research and comparison. I could tell by the reviews that I was making the best choice for me…and now I absolutely know I did! I contacted him through his online portal and I was contacted the very next business day. The email was detailed with regards to his opinion regarding my case, information that was needed from me, cost for his service, and the timeline. Unfortunately, not sure why, but I hesitated. Big mistake! When I finally sent my information about a month later, there was constant communication. I not only received my IMO when I was told I would receive it, but it very detailed! I’m no medical expert, but after reading through it, I just knew I made the best choice! After I reviewed it, it was then finalized by Dr. Anaise and emailed back to me the very next day. The hard copy was also mailed out two days later! The promptness of Dr. Anaise and Dr. Benham cannot be denied! The only delay in this entire process was when I waited to submit my information to him! I was granted 100% VA disability (less than two months later). The information from Dr. Anaise was clear, service was prompt, and quality was exceptional. I have already started recommending Dr. Anaise to other veterans and wish that I had found him a whole lot sooner!!!

They answered all of my questions fully, and explained everything plainly. The work product I received and submitted to the VA contained irrefutable proof, research, and evidence that was overwhelming and clearly laid out. Jacob Kubert, try Google and you will get a glimpse of the BEST homeowners’ attorney in Phoenix. Next to his picture is an image of Superman, and that is who Jake is to us, a SUPERHERO.
After being harassed for 2 years by a neighbor and our HOA, we fortunately found Jake. For previous two years we fended off frivolous complaints that repeatedly required going before the board, yet none of the alleged violations lead to a single fine since it turned out, there were NO rule violations.
New rules adopted, enforced without proper notice with immediate fines regardless of best and good faith efforts to meet the rules with nothing settled. Even after being inspected, no violation was ever identified.
Jake made clear the options: submit to the ‘new’ rules and pay the fines, take over the board and change the rules, or sue the association in superior court. When it became obvious that even submitting to the new rules and paying the fines would just bring about something else (like trying to evict our dog!) and taking over the board was impossible, we were left with only one option. We sued.
Three weeks after Jake came on the case plus one year to the day that we filed our lawsuit, Jake helped us settle the case on extremely favorable terms through mediation. Jake’s description and plan of action during our first couple of weeks of discussions is exactly what came to pass. There were never any surprises. He told us what we could expect. He laid out our options. And he would not withhold bad news. He told us the truth – good or bad – so we could make an informed decision.
Without Jacob Kubert, we would still be fighting with the board. He got the HOA off our back and recovered everything we paid out to lawyers to defend ourselves. We couldn’t have done any of this without him and are thankful we found him.
