As a continuing client, I have found him to be very knowledgeable and effective in his approach. Also, I appreciate his honest/fair billing practices. I am so blessed to feel that I am no longer alone in dealing with co-trustees in an otherwise difficult family trust dispute!

Jacob Kubert is excellent at what he does! He handled my case with professionalism and was extremely easy to work with. He turned my stressful/worrisome situation into a relief filled/hassle free process and outcome. He had my back and I trusted him entirely. He is and excellent listener and it is obvious he is passionate about his profession and he cares about his client and stands up for what is right. If it were the case, I would also consider this man to be a good and loyal friend to anyone, outside of only having a professional relationship with him. Jacob Kubert, try Google and you will get a glimpse of the BEST homeowners’ attorney in Phoenix. Next to his picture is an image of Superman, and that is who Jake is to us, a SUPERHERO. After being harassed for 2 years by a neighbor and our HOA, we fortunately found Jake. For previous two years we fended off frivolous complaints that repeatedly required going before the board, yet none of the alleged violations lead to a single fine since it turned out, there were NO rule violations. New rules adopted, enforced without proper notice with immediate fines regardless of best and good faith efforts to meet the rules with nothing settled. Even after being inspected, no violation was ever identified. Jake made clear the options: submit to the ‘new’ rules and pay the fines, take over the board and change the rules, or sue the association in superior court. When it became obvious that even submitting to the new rules and paying the fines would just bring about something else (like trying to evict our dog!) and taking over the board was impossible, we were left with only one option. We sued. Three weeks after Jake came on the case plus one year to the day that we filed our lawsuit, Jake helped us settle the case on extremely favorable terms through mediation. Jake’s description and plan of action during our first couple of weeks of discussions is exactly what came to pass. There were never any surprises. He told us what we could expect. He laid out our options. And he would not withhold bad news. He told us the truth – good or bad – so we could make an informed decision. Without Jacob Kubert, we would still be fighting with the board. He got the HOA off our back and recovered everything we paid out to lawyers to defend ourselves. We couldn’t have done any of this without him and are thankful we found him.

Adam Weisman called me as soon as he received my request for a consultation. After I reviewed my issue and gave him all the information, he immediately went to work. He gave me my options which I chose to hire him to represent me. Her drafted a letter for my approval, forwarded it. The letter was quite specific and he reviewed the laws in respect to my case. I can happily say the case was closed without having to go to court or without any follow up. He did an awesome job and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs assistance in his area of expertise. Should any occasion occur in the future I would definitely contact him even if it would be for a referral to another type of attorney. Great job Adam!!!

Dr. Anaise helped with my VA medical claim for obstructive sleep apnea after I found him through hours of online research and comparison. I could tell by the reviews that I was making the best choice for me…and now I absolutely know I did! I contacted him through his online portal and I was contacted the very next business day. The email was detailed with regards to his opinion regarding my case, information that was needed from me, cost for his service, and the timeline. Unfortunately, not sure why, but I hesitated. Big mistake! When I finally sent my information about a month later, there was constant communication. I not only received my IMO when I was told I would receive it, but it very detailed! I’m no medical expert, but after reading through it, I just knew I made the best choice! After I reviewed it, it was then finalized by Dr. Anaise and emailed back to me the very next day. The hard copy was also mailed out two days later! The promptness of Dr. Anaise and Dr. Benham cannot be denied! The only delay in this entire process was when I waited to submit my information to him! I was granted 100% VA disability (less than two months later). The information from Dr. Anaise was clear, service was prompt, and quality was exceptional. I have already started recommending Dr. Anaise to other veterans and wish that I had found him a whole lot sooner!!!

Mr. Jonathan A. Millet did a will, living will, and power of attorney for me. He was extremely thorough and really cared about what he was doing for me and the outcome of the product. I've litigated various kinds of matters for 25 years, but I wasn't about to even try and handle my own family law matter, especially one that was as complex and difficult as ours (moving children out of state). That said, I know a good lawyer when I see one. Not only was David incredibly responsive, but he was also thorough, easy to work with, prepared and -- most important -- had the kind of mature judgment that was needed to carefully thread the needle in our case to get the desired result. He left nothing on the table, but he also knew what issues were important and what truly needed to be communicated to the court. While I hope I never need his assistance again, should you have an important family law matter and if he is able to accept your case, you should thank your lucky stars because he and his entire team are truly the best I've ever come across. If I could give him more "stars," I would.

David and Ankita made my VERY bad situation in to an experience I can’t thank them enough for with the help and support they gave me. They were so detailed and helpful and above all else....so understanding and considerate! To say Florence restored my faith in lawyers is an understatement. I was so nervous to claim bankruptcy - it's overwhelming, confusing, and I was worried about the social stigma attached. Both Lisa and Shanna held my hands the whole way, explained each process step by step, and were extremely kind! From beginning to end, they did all the leg work for me, explained all the nuances and realities of bankruptcy, and reassured me that the reality of bankruptcy is not quite as bleak as I had believed. Highly recommend! If you are on the fence about claiming bankruptcy, or are confused and lost as to whom you should trust to represent you during the process, I cannot recommend this team enough!

I retained Attorney Barber's services to assist me with a good-cause exception for a fingerprint clearance card through the AZ Board of Fingerprinting. While I was ultimately denied a good-cause exception, it was not for lack of effort or legal skills of Mr. Barber. He took time to get to know me and understand the complexities of my case. He represented me in filing the initial paperwork to the Board, representing me at the administrative hearing, and filing a reply to the Administrative Law Judge's recommendation. At each stage of the process, Bretton was willing to help and put forth a really good effort to try to get my good-cause exception approved. Unfortunately, I believe Mr. Barber was correct in his assessment of the law as it applied to my case in that the Board should have granted my petition, but we don't live in a perfect world. I think my experience may signal the need for the legislature to take a closer look at which misdemeanor offenses should even be included on the statutory denial list and draft legislation that is fair to petitioners so simple misdemeanors cannot be grounds for denial in the first place. Based on my experience with Bretton Barber, I would not hesitate to recommend him to individuals facing situations that require good-cause exceptions or any other matters related to fingerprint clearance cards. Thank you for your representation, Bretton!

My son’s defense council misrepresented him which resulted in his lengthy prison sentence. Luckily, we were able to obtain council from Ms. DuMond and her associates. I needed an attorney and called Mr. Jamal Allen. I spoke directly to him and hired him after consultation. Mr Allen listened to my concerns and explained the legal ramifications of my case. He also asked what was my expectation with regards to case resolution. Mr. Allen was phenomenal in court. He was very professional, had a great understanding of my situation and was experience with his handling of the prosecutor and judge. I wouldn't use any other attorney other than Mr. Allen. Forgot to mention. His price was very reasonable. I was totally satisfied with his services and the court outcome.

Mr. Lazaro and his assistant Lori Gray are the best. When I first consulted with them I was nervous and scared, they are both kind and compassionate and put me at ease. Mr. Lazarow resolved an over $100,000 tax debt for me. I never had to interact with the IRS. I now have to pay the IRS only a little over $2000. His fees are reasonable, fair and manageable. I would highly recommend this team to anyone having any tax issues!

We used S. Lazarow for some IRS debt. The whole process is a lengthy one but we were kept in the loop the entire time. Lori his go to person was very easy to work with and made the process easier. IRS debt is a stressfull situation and they were top notch at handling it and keeping us calm while going through it. If we ever need any services again, this will be the firm we use. They also helped us with a CPA recommendation that has worked out very well also.

Mr. Irish was incredibly helpful with legal advice on reading and understanding the renters laws in place in Arizona as well as corroborating those with the lease I had signed as a renter. When my landlord attempted to kick me out because he wanted to sell the property, Mr. Irish gave me peace knowing that my living situation was protected by Arizona law and that the landlord could not terminate the lease unilaterally or raise the rent in the middle of the lease. Mr. Ciatu set up an LLC in which we held investment properties, assisted with details in purchasing properties and tax consequences in selling properties, and when all properties were sold facilitated the closing of the LLC. Alden is the most honest and caring lawyer. He tells you the truth and never sugarcoated anything with me. Most people probably want to be sold a fantasy when they hire a lawyer, but he tells you the truth. He's helped me with two cases which one was dismissed and another was reduced. He told me what was going to happen during consultation and that's exactly wha happened. He treated me like family.

Alden did a great job with my photo radar ticket. I was charged with photo radar in Scottsdale. I didn't want to deal with insurance hikes. He told me these cases aren't easy to dismiss if the photo is clear. He was honest when he told me that I could lose prior to hiring him but that he would do his best. He called me after the court hearing and told me it was dismissed. Thanks Alden.

I contacted Nicole when my own Living Will attempt on one of those "do-it-yourself" websites went awry. I had started the living will and trust, but needed to make changes. The online host was not open to making changes, so I found and contacted Nicole. Given the circumstances of stepping into the middle of my self-perceived mess; Nicole was an ace in straightening everything out for me and getting the new documents back to me toot-suite. I fully trust Nicole's capabilities and will gladly use her again, as needed.

I went to Nicole looking for help with estate planning, and she was exactly what I needed. She explained a different options, gave me advice for handling tricky situations with various family members, and ultimately created a great set of documents. After reviewing the drafts and sending in some questions, she was very responsive--timely answering my questions and making changes to the drafts. The process was much quicker than I expected, and I am very happy with the results. I have already given her contact info to some of my friends. Wow... Nicole went above and beyond to get my company set up and make sure I understood the laws that applied to my type of business. My Electrical Contracting Company was owed a lot of money from an out of state General Contractor. Thru the customer defaulting on the payment and then shut down because of covid I was not paid for my services. James was able to negotiate a deal with the General Contractor and set up a payment plan to recover my past due invoices. I am sure without his services it would not have turned out so well. I should have hired him right away instead of waiting. Absolutely highly recommend.

I was presented with a dubious invoice for attorney's fees (not Danielle's, obviously) and not knowing what was 'reasonable' in the State of AZ (I live out of State, but needed to file in AZ) Danielle evaluated my fees thoroughly, provided feedback, and in record time. She also helped me summate key points for discussion, and paved a road to future next steps. Not to mention, her overall approach was one of 'How can I help you' over 'How much money will I make.' She is head and shoulders above all others I've recently spoken to in her field, with a critical set of ethics you'd want in an attorney (or any business partner). And she really knows probate process inside and out. I can't recommend her enough. Plain and simple: Hire her.

My wife and I found ourselves in a complicated legal situation with limited funds and we lucky enough to be referred to Danielle. From our fist interaction with Danielle, we knew we were with the right attorney for us, and we were thrilled to get someone with her experience and divers skill set, for roughly half of what we were expecting to pay. While our legal matters have yet to be concluded, she has been consistently ahead of the other attorneys involved in the case, and has quickly earned our confidence. We appreciate very much her taking a budget conscious approach to our lawsuit and billing far less than she could have. It sounds corny, but we think she really cares. We could not recommend her more and I can't imaging any time in the future when she will not be my first call for any legal work.

Michelle was referred to us by our financial planner. The fees were significantly higher than the last will & trust we created 16 years ago. However, her knowledge of the law, level of detail in addressing complex issues and willingness to explain things in layman's terms was helpful. Our work schedules and locations made it difficult to meet, and she was willing to conference call after hours to review the documents and save us a trip downtown. Her accommodation of our schedule and thoroughness of the legal forms was appreciated. Staff was friendly and approachable. They also assist families with ALS for end of life planning, and have a sensitivity to working with families of loved ones with ALS.

Jeff Brei quickly grasped our legal issues, recommended a course of action, and proceeded to put that plan into effect. When the other side realized that they were dealing with a firm that had a specialty in real estate, they withdrew their complaint. Case closed.

I highly recommend Jeff Brei and his law office. I hired him when I had problems with the property management company that managed my rental property. He reviewed my case within a few hours, discussed the issues with me and suggested a course of action. When I mentioned that I thought the property manager wasn’t taking me seriously, he contacted the property manager himself and took care of everything immediately. We had a case where we had sold our house and thought we had moved on to our new residence without a hitch, when four months later, we received a letter from the buyer's attorney demanding money for repairs for items that they accused us of hiding from them in the disclosure document. Ryan was recommended by a mutual friend, and he turned out to be an excellent choice as our legal representative. At the first meeting, he was very easy to communicate with, as he listened very intently to glean all the details and documentation that we had concerning the case. He quickly came to the conclusion that our opponents had no grounds to make such financial demands and proceeded to elaborate on his strategy to defend us. I liked his plan and I liked his style. Within a just a few days, Ryan had come to an agreement with the opposing party, which resulted in them dropping the case. Furthermore, Ryan also showed a great amount of integrity, in that he informed us that he was giving back a certain amount of money to us, because he did not require as much as we had initially given him to proceed with the case. Ryan Sandstrom is definitely a "5 star" attorney in my book!

I never thought I would be a person who would have to hire an attorney to help resolve a simple water flood I had in my home, but the insurance left me no choice. Hiring Ryan Sandstrom was the best decision I have ever made when it came to protecting my rights and my personal assets. Ryan was always available and very understanding of my feelings and listened well to all my frustrations. With that being said, Ryan was very good at finding the facts surrounding our claim and never let emotions drive his demands and decisions while dealing with my insurance company. Every e-mail and phone call was promptly returned and was done so with compassion and understanding. This was not an easy process for me or my family. We had been fighting with our insurance company for months, moving from our in-laws to a hotel and then ultimately ending up in a rental. It was not until we hired Ryan that things started to move quickly and immediately. I would recommend Ryan to anyone who is having a difficult time getting answers or responses from their insurance company. It is only because of the expertise, professionalism and determination of Ryan that our claim got resolved and paid. We can not thank Ryan enough for his time and dedication and ensuring we were made whole for the damages that occurred in our home. My wife, 5 kids and myself are going to be able to move back into our home this weekend thanks again to Ryan. If you are ever questioning whether or not to hire an attorney, I am sorry for what you might be going through but know you do not have to do it on your own. We hired Ryan for a case where we were being sued. Understandably, this was very unsettling and Ryan took the time to explain everything about the case, our options and possible outcomes. Any time we had questions, he was very approachable and quickly responded to us with answers. He spent time collaborating with us making sure everything was covered and did an excellent job of pleading our case to the judge. I was extremely impressed with how he represented us and thankfully, the case was ultimately thrown out. While it is our hope that we do not need his services again, I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone facing a similar situation.

Taylor and the rest of the team at May Potenza Baran & Gillespie were absolutely great to work with! They helped us with the sale of a business and lease negotiations. Throughout the process they listened to what we had to say and provided guidance on matters we were unfamiliar with. We always felt they represented our best interests and they never pushed us to accept terms from the other party we weren't comfortable with. Having them in our corner helped relieve some of the burden of an otherwise very stressful process.
