I had a very good start that ended in a disaster. Everyone there is on vacations, got emails on top of emails to prove that… I personally feel like they are lacking basic manners….Rude…. Half the people have no idea what they are doing…. There are much better law offices out there…. DO NOT risk your future with them it’s just not worth it.

When I discovered that my former employer had fabricated complete lies about my conduct at work and attempted to slander my name and also succeeded in getting my rightful unemployment denied to me I was at a complete loss of what to do.
I called a number of lawyers who were all dismissive and/or told me I didn't have a case. I was starting to feel really disheartened and didn't think there would be a way out of this and that my former company would get away with all of these heinous untruths and lack of justice.
Then - Assaf called me back after leaving a message at his firm.
He was incredibly willing and open to speak to me and hear all of the particulars of the case completely. His energy was fantastic and he said we have a case!
Throughout the weeks leading up to the hearing he was always available and we spoke many times and he was always willing to give me an enormous amount of his time and energy.
He guided me through the entire process and helped me to see what was important and what wasn't in regards to the case.
On the day of the hearing we were prepared and ready and we laid out the entire truth of the whole situation to the judge.
A few days later we got the decision - we had won!
I honestly don't believe I would have made it without him because he was emotionally supportive and prevented me from giving up. His fee was reasonable and his willingness to work with my financial situation was admirable.
He was pretty much fantastic. He also helped me to keep all of my integrity and honesty and we won fair and square.
I would want him to help me in any legal matters whatsoever. He is a real honest guy and he changed my life with his counsel.

I had been ripped off by my previous employers, and for a whole year, they refused to answer a demand letter sent to them by the first attorney. When I got to Mr. Assaf Lichtash, he was very welcoming and positive about getting me my unpaid wages. In a short time, he sent communication to the parties and aggressively pursued the case. They would use underhanded tactics like failing to reply in time, until he took them court. They finally agreed to settle out of court, and Mr. Lichtash successfully negotiated a reasonable settlement on my behalf.
I am really grateful to him, his wonderful staff, and the professional manner in which he handled case.
I highly recommend Mr. Assaf Lichtash to all those with unpaid wages claims. He is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I regret ever hiring Soleymani Law Firm to represent me in my family law case. At the time, I was new to the legal system and trusted their promises that they would fight for me and my son. Unfortunately, their actions did not align with their words.
My initial consultation with Deborah Soleymani was full of assurances about how her firm would stand by me. However, once they took my $10,000 retainer, their level of service completely changed. The attorney assigned to my case, Emily Hetu, was unprofessional, lacked communication skills, and did not advocate for my son or me in any meaningful way. The worst part? She did not even show up for a crucial hearing. Instead, they sent a substitute attorney without any notice, leaving me completely unprepared and vulnerable in court. This attorney had no background on my case, did not defend me, and ultimately, because of their incompetence, I lost in court.
On top of their negligence, they managed to burn through my entire retainer in less than two months while doing minimal work. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to claim I still owed them money for a single hearing that cost me $10,000—an outrageous and unjustifiable fee for the lack of service provided.
This law firm lacks integrity, professionalism, and basic ethics. They do not fight for their clients; instead, they take advantage of people who are already in vulnerable legal situations. If you’re considering hiring them—DON’T. I wish I had read a review like this before wasting my time and money on them.
There are far better family law attorneys out there who actually care about their clients. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Soleymani Law Firm.

Grant, Victoria and their staff, took our case and got us JUSTICE!!...Grant was on top of things from Day One,, he made sure our Bully landlord and his Defense Lawyers treated us fairly and we weren't taken advantage of...his staff scheduled and even assisted us, in getting to and from Dr's appointment's, that we couldn't have gotten to on our own...He checked in on us regularly and kept us up to date on what was needed, and what's going to happen next... I hired Richard to draft a contract for representation for my model and talent agency. He answered my emails in a prompt and timely manner no matter the day of the week or time of day! Richard also answered my questions and was able to translate the 'legalise' into layman's language. I've worked with Avi Muhtar for a few months now. As someone who has talked to a large amount of personal injury attorneys and has gone through a number of firms - I can say with confidence that Avi is in league of his own. Truly a Class Act. And anyone who knows me knows it's extremely rare that l'd say this about anyone.
I am truly impressed by how quickly he responds to emails, texts and calls. He is extremely professional and it's truly refreshing to see - especially in the personal injury field.
It's really hard to find good personal injury attorneys - let alone great ones. I was literally going from one attorney to another. I couldn't find one who actually cared about me and my health. It seemed these attorneys cared more about self-interests than anything else. I also wanted an ethical and honest attorney.
Avi is honest, transparent and trustworthy.
I'm not only impressed by Avi's incredible knowledge and the amount of research he does when necessary - I'm also impressed by both his mental and emotional intelligence.
Empathy in particular is pertinent when you're working with a Pl attorney and I kept coming across one attorney after another that simply lacked EQ.
Avi cares about my needs as both a client as well as someone who's had significant injuries. He is kind, patient, understanding, caring and compassionate. we had problem with landloard, after moving out, they sent a big bill for properry damaged to replace counter top and cabinet, which was damaged for lack of seal arround the counter top, he send an strong letter with law codes , regulations, restrictions and california acts, to accept settle or fight, then they accept settlement and solved the problem. I highly recommend him.
He also is followed the case by himself, the cost was very reasonable ,
before I work with Aaron, I called another attorney in avvo but he didnt even let me finish, and said we dont accept your case and hanged on me unfortunatly he is one of avvo attorney .

Usman was stupendous, professional, courteous, honest, and cognizant from the start!
Given the many variables and complexity involved in forming a business entity, registering a trademark, registering a copyright, registering an EIN, determining whether a terms of usage and privacy policy agreement is required, and reviewing health disclaimers for an eBook, Usman was highly cooperative and responsive making me feel at ease.
He answered my comprehensive emails succinctly and thoroughly. He recommended a service called Markify for conducting additional trademark searches outside of USPTO's database.
He even went so far in responding very efficiently over the weekend, outside of business hours. That innate gesture is definitely praiseworthy and exceptional given time was not on my side nor was it for Usman. I needed answers quickly, even though I didn't explicitly mention these sentiments to him because that would be too impractical and idiotic. He understood my situation with all the nuances and did everything in my best interests to secure all the legal knots in a timely fashion without any hiccups.
When it came to billing, he was cognizant of keeping me abreast of the total hours he spent on specific tasks. Using LawTrades, he took the time out of his hectic schedule to list the estimated project fees including all fixed upfront costs for registering the business and his hourly review rate. His financial transparency gave me a pretty good cost picture of his services with no surprises!
Additionally, Usman telephonically walked me through the step-by-step instructions for obtaining an EIN for an LLC. That made the entire process seamless, saving me much valuable time.
All and all, I would highly recommend Usman if you're looking for an intellectual property lawyer, creating a legal entity for your business, reasonable legal fees, and state-of-the-art service.
