By far the BEST attorney II have ever hired.! I was up against a highly professional institution with little chance of seeing any kind of justice if i sought this in pro-per. No one believed my story, there were no witnesses it was my word against their word. Knowing deep down inside the truth of my case and not giving up searching for an attorney to believe in me i called a lawyer straight out of the phone book , he wasnt interested in my case but referred me to "Ms. Judith" who was out of my league as far as area she was located in ..... WOW I thought
"Beverly Hills ".... if it wasn't for her I would have given up. Not only did she believe my story she believed in me as a human being,, as a person! I hired mr. Maddalosso for my startup to help put together a Corporate Guarantee to secure a significant bank loan.
Mr. Maddalosso knowledge of this subject was in-depth, his research was thorough and he was obviously very experienced and reliable. What I also appreciated was his insights and advise surrounding the Legal Opinion he gave: he explained a lot about the underlaying contracts the juridical aspects and he pointed out several possible legal challenges and how to cope and overcome them (free of charge).
Mr. Maddalosso is bilingual (English, Italian and Japanese) and the communications with him were very responsive, fast, direct and easy to follow.
I actually was a lawyer myself before turning to business, albeit in a different field (criminal defence), but I can guarantee that mr. Maddalosso is the real deal, very skilled, does not cut any corners and is worth every penny.
As a startup you have to control your cost and mr. Maddalosso hourly billing was more than reasonable.

I was at a point in my new career where I was deciding between continuing to work independently or joining a small group practice. I was very torn about the decision and very concerned about losing my professional autonomy by signing on with the practice. I reached out to Mr. Bearman to review the contracts. I was hit by a car on foot last year and their staff has helped me the whole way as far as keeping me updated and sending me to the right places for treatment. Teresa, Bella, Christina, and Nagelberg were very responsive to all my questions and concerns. They charge a less percentage compared to other attourneys . They hold your hand through the process but respect you by providing accurate information on your case and touching base. I would definitely reccomemd them to a family member or friend !

They treated me great. I was rear ended by a semi when I was 17, and became a quadriplegic. They flew to Texas and became my lawyers and friends. Kurt and Larry are great people on general and amazing lawyers. They took less of a % than any attorney in Texas would have, and by the time we settled with the insurance company, got me more than any lawyer in Texas would have. Highly recommended!
