Andy Blasi handled the sale of our home to a buyer who was very difficult throughout the process. Andy handled the contract terms and his changes were invariably the reason we even were able to close. Regardless of the nonsense the buyers and their attorney tried to pull, Andy quashed their arguments in a professional and straight forward manner. And he did it while handling insignificant details while he literally forced the buyers to the table. In the end we closed and thankfully no need to sue or face a lawsuit over the deposit. Andy is the best. Also, Andy handled a business contract for a family member and somehow got that agreement done. It was a very intricate situation with out of state parties. I had recommended Andy to handle that matter and Andy handled it beautifully.

Mr. Rothman is a Godsend. I reached out to the firm under the implication that my husband and I had a copyright infringement case. In hindsight, this was far from the truth. He took the time to entertain my ignorance and he saved me a few thousand dollars. Prior to contacting Mr. Rothman, I was prepared to pay another attorney over $4400 hundred dollars not even realizing that I never had a case to begin with. As a professional photographer whose work was infringed by a billion dollar company, I really struggled in finding someone to help me fight them. My first attorney was only interested in how much money he could make from me. I was ready to give up and then, by just a fluke, I found Joel Rothman.
Joel has always been so patient and easy to talk to. He is always available and extremely knowledgeable. And he is such a pleasure to work with.
And he works fast. Within four days of hiring him, he filed my lawsuit. I would have never been able to sue them without Joel. The other side was counting on me not being able to sue them and they were very surprised.
Not only did he make it easy for me to afford the ongoing expenses, at mediation he lowered his contingency so that I got a number that I was comfortable with. I dare anyone to find another attorney who would do that.
He is a great negotiator and always gave me the true pros and cons to guide my decisions. I know the lawyers for the company I was suing were not expecting my attorney to be so knowledgeable and experienced at what he does. It was always five of their attorneys against Joel. It did not go well for them.
I am so thankful and blessed that I found Joel. The bottom line is that he actually cares about artists and it shows in the way he conducts his business.

I’d been struggling for months with how to enforce a contract with a Canadian web developer. Through a search, I found Jarad Stark, and altho I did read bios of others who came up, there was no question that Jared’s qualifications were ideal for me.
The initial call lasted 14 minutes, Jared got the gist of my problem instantly, asked me for the documentation, promised to review it, and then we would talk again. Only three days later with a weekend in between, the second call lasted 35 minutes and 33 second. Jarad had done his homework, wasted no time, summarized the legal situation, and allowed me to ask questions and give more input. My questions were fully answered and my input was thoughtfully considered. Jared is blessed with an all-too-rare listening skill. He’s also able to explain legal concepts in plain English. He laid out my options, and then told me that I needed to work with a Canadian lawyer based on the terms of the contract. Put simply: he gave me great advice within his expertise, and he gave me a direction for areas not within his expertise. I knew where I stood and had an expert, supported opinion on the validity of my claim. That is exactly what I wanted.
My one wish is that Jared were Canadian and could continue to work with me. I felt Jared was completely clear about the strengths and weakness of my case AND had my back. That, to me, is what a good lawyer is for.

Ruben Socarras was referred to us by our cousin who is a lawyer in Miami. We had an issue of a flood from our shower as a result of renovations. Our general Contractor refused to accept responsibility and placed a lien on our property. After reviewing the file, Ruben told us that his goal was to settle with a minimum of legal costs and to avoid going to court. We hired Eleni Pantaridis after consulting with three other law firms. Eleni set an in person consultation with us at our request, convenience and a location that we requested. She was prompt, professional and very friendly at our first meeting. We explained the problem we were having with our mortgage company. They were saying we were late on payments as well as missing a payment. We showed Eleni all payments made through online banking from the inception of the mortgage to present. They are destroying our credit. We explained we have tried repeatedly for 90 days to get it resolved, and we were not successful. Eleni explained what needed be done, the steps she would take and gave us her hourly rate and we hired her immediately.
She immediately started to work for us. She has kept us informed every step of the way. We are still working on trying to resolve the matter without filing a lawsuit, but I am very confident that we will prevail with Eleni representing us. I met Mr. Harris a few years ago when I became his tenant at Boca West C.C. and he was easy to deal with, and very fair with any issues, etc... ( not an angry, miserable landlord like so many are...)
He just gave me a great consultation for a vehicle accident I was in recently, long story longer, I got sued by Budget Truck for 7K, and with the help and guidance of Robert, we have worked out a payoff of only $2500, his knowledge and negotiating skills are sound and effective.
