I had a very contentious divorce where relocation of my child out of state was in play. I retained Toni Ross to handle my case. She devoted her heart and soul into making sure that my child would remain in Florida. I felt as if she were part of my family. Needless to say there were many nerve racking days when I needed some reassurance that everything would work out. Toni Ross would ALWAYS return my calls within moments. If she was in court, she would text and tell me when she will be available. At the end of the day, not only did Ms. Ross prevent the relocation, all the other issues ended in my favor. We worked with Ms. Brooke Estren to sell our home and at the same time to help us purchase our current home. We sold our home "For Sale By Owner" and she held our hand through the whole process.
We had to deal with real estate agents that were not very helpful. If we did not have Brooke to help us through, there is no way we would have completed either deal. She was thorough, extremely responsive and great to work with. We had many questions and called her many times. We hired Mr Kotler to help us with our closing on a new home, Mr Kotler was recommended by a friend who has worked extensively with Mr Kotler. My friend who is and incredible business man and is very meticulous on who he hires did not rave about Mr Kotler as and attorney he spend almost 20 minutes telling me how Mr Kotler is. first class person who takes the time to put his customers first. The conversation around his integrity and values made a strong impression on me. As for his skill my friend only hires first in class professionals my friend reads the fine print on everything to leave no stone unturned. When I called Mr Kotler he was able to put a game plan for me to fit our needs and he left no stone unturned. His passion comes out as does his can do attitude which results in positive outcomes. I originally hired Mr. Weaver to handle 2 FDCPA violations back in 2011 and 2012. He was successful with both cases and then he took on my Chapter 7 BK which was granted in 2013. The final case was a foreclosure defense and then ultimately saved my house with a finalized HAMP modification. I have never had a lawyer that was completely successful in every case he took. Diligent, always returns calls and communicates with the client. Assertive when dealing with clueless palm beach county judges and obnoxious opposing counsel. Definitely not afraid to litigate. Scrupulous in his time management of your account. Does not run the tab and looks to save you money on legal bills where he can. I am retired out of state attorney and I know an honest hard working ethical lawyer when I see one. He handled 3 years of real estate litigation for me with no complaints from me. Retain him while still an associate before he inevitably makes partner and starts charging you partner rates. Have no financial or familial relationship with him or his firm Simon and Sigalos.
