Diligent, always returns calls and communicates with the client. Assertive when dealing with clueless palm beach county judges and obnoxious opposing counsel. Definitely not afraid to litigate. Scrupulous in his time management of your account. Does not run the tab and looks to save you money on legal bills where he can. I am retired out of state attorney and I know an honest hard working ethical lawyer when I see one. He handled 3 years of real estate litigation for me with no complaints from me. Retain him while still an associate before he inevitably makes partner and starts charging you partner rates. Have no financial or familial relationship with him or his firm Simon and Sigalos.

I have worked with Jonathan for over twenty years and he has been my legal counsel in a variety of business ventures I have had. Mr. Ferrara is professional, courteous and extremely successful with high end debt cases. We had several clients who refused to pay their dues, expenses and fees. After getting rear ended at a traffic light, I was able to drive home in my car and went to bed. The next day I could not move my neck from the whiplash I suffered. My insurance company called with the person that hit me insurance company on the other line and wanted me to say everything was fine. I told them everything was not fine and I was going to the Emergency room.
