I had some questions and concerns regarding use of my medical license to order medications for international use. After contacting several lawyers I was referred to Nathan Mubasher who had the expertise and experience to provide guidance. During an initial phone consultation he was able to answer a lot of my questions and then provided a detailed proposal with a reasonable service fee. After our consultation I decided that I did not want to pursue the endeavor, therefore I did not sign on for services. However, I would definitely recommend him if you are seeking legal advice in this area. He was professional, knowledgeable and prompt with communication.

Michael Watters and his team are highly skilled and experienced in navigating the complexities of divorce. Not only did he skillfully navigate the legal system and advocate for my financial needs, he understood the importance of equalizing finances between households so that I can really show up for my children. He clearly has seen it all before, understands dysfunctional family dynamics and anticipated what my family needed when I was not able to advocate for myself. Michael got a court order to begin paying child support and alimony when my ex had stopped; he called for a financial deposition to reveal the money that my ex had been trying to hide and could not be revealed in a simple tax return, he got my ex to pay money to me for the house that we had acquired while we were married and then had pressurized me into getting my name off of the title as I was leaving the house before we were legally separated, and he was able to get most all of my legal fees to be paid by my ex as he had the ability to do so. I am so grateful for Michael and his team's work on my behalf. Without Michael's help I still would have been an unsupported single mom stressed and not being able to fully show up for my kids who are really the ones who suffer most in these dynamics.

Mr. Waters is not only an exceptionally knowledgable Divorce Lawyer but a highly experienced litigator which is critical should your divorce reach the courts. I believe he represented my interests very well and I had full confidence that he would have won my case had we ended up going to court. However (against his advice) I decided to settle just to be done with the process. I felt he was fair in his billing and I would hire him again if I needed his services.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Richard from our first zoom call to our follow up visit signing our trust documents. He did not rush us and he spent a considerable amount of time answering questions about things we needed to know about our parents trust as well as the one he had written for us. He spent time explaining each part of our trust and what we needed to do to "fund" our trust. I liked his organized way of presenting the trust in sections that were easy to read! I needed a trust attorney and after googling, Mr. Ingerson‘s name popped up with high reviews. I immediately called LA Estate Plan and Mr. Ingerson called me back promptly. He listened to my questions, concerns and gave me advice. I was very impressed with Mr. Ingerson’s professionalism, knowledge, and patience with me as I am very new to this and his kindness. After setting up a date with witnesses and a notary, I needed to make one amendment, Mr. Ingerson immediately drafted up the amended version and had a coworker from his company personally, deliver the revised Trust to my address!! My trust was done within a fraction of a week. I highly recommend Mr. Ingerson and his company as they gave phenomenal service and went above and beyond. My family was involved in a dispute over back pay owed to my late father by his former employer. Dispite repeated requests for payment, the employer was not taking us seriously. We decided to seek professional legal help, and reached out to Anthony and his firm.
During our initial consultation Anthony was clear, realistic, and helpful, explaining the possible outcomes of the case, any sorts of extra compensation we should be entitled to, how long the case may take, and more.
After hiring Anthony, he and his firm immediately got to work, chasing down the employer, determining the total sums owed, etc. The case then proceed very smoothly, dispite repeated sluggishness from the employer. Overall, we settled the case via mediation, receiving more money than if we had settled without Anthony's help.
Thoughout the case, Anthony met and exceeded our expectations. He kept us informed, was always knowledgeable about the case, and clearly had an excellent understanding of the laws involved. We felt that we were in good hands with him.

As a Successor Trustee, Rodney helped me to navigate settlement of the sale of a home and a family trust. Greg restored my faith in the legal system and I would recommend him to anyone/everyone who's recently been in a car accident. I was in an unfortunate accident two weeks ago and was in shock when I called up my car insurance company and was immediately pushed into giving a recorded statement. I felt steamrolled by my insurance company (they are not your ally), especially since they immediately pronounced me 100% at-fault without any defense (and without even letting me know). I needed an expert coach to get me through the process and defend my rights. I started calling attorneys and after 15 calls of bureaucratic rejections I felt defeated. These large legal "corporations" would have a rep answer the phone, punch my info into a computer, and then say, "Sorry, but we don't cover minor accidents". I was literally about to give up (and cry), but then Attorney Hood picked up the phone. Yes... he, the actual attorney, called me back and asked for my full story: what happened, why did I feel cheated, etc. He was compassionate, patient, and infinitely helpful. He started sending me legal terms to use and lawsuits to reference. He took the time to actually show/explain to me my rights. I can't thank you enough Greg! Highly highly recommend!

Sam was a lifesaver as my lawyer. Right from the start, he was super professional and really knew his stuff. What I really appreciated was how he didn't pretend to have all the answers. If he was unsure, he'd reach out to other lawyers to get the best advice, which was awesome.

Facing a complex defamation and libel lawsuit, I was understandably anxious about choosing the proper Attorney to handle my case. I had no clue where to start. Since I subscribe to legal services

Sanaz has a good team and thorough system to ensure your bankruptcy gets finalized.
I am self employed, my case was more in depth.
I interviewed several attorneys in San Diego and LA area and they were suggesting Chapter 13 and avoiding chapter 7 because of my equity in my home, they said I was limited on exemptions ie and my vehicle and personal property were at risk!
Sanaz is very creative with creating and interpreting exemptions that the other attorneys NEVER mentioned and or understood, interpreting exemptions is very important, ie “Commercial Work Vehicle” (Truck) verses “vehicle”, that changed the game, the trustee wanted more money for my work truck and was also trying me on personal property and Sanaz put them in check!
She got my Chapter 7 discharged, I kept my condo equity, I owed nothing for my commercial work truck and personal items.

My wife and I have been working with her oldest brother (85 yrs old) to help him with a Will and a Living Trust. For the past 3 years we have traveled from our home in Durand Mi. to San Diego to provide him with advice and provide any help he may need to get everything right. The team was amazing in helping us with our will and trust! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and patient with us as we figure out the best path forward to suit some of our very particular needs. It’s obviously not a fun or easy topic to discuss and they were so understanding of that giving us options and suggestions that could be relevant to us. And allowing us the time we needed to sort things out amongst our family. Sometimes we wouldn’t be able to resolve things easily so we would be at a standstill for a while between me and my husband but they were great about checking in regularly without creating any additional pressure. We also had some personal and particular road blocks that we come up against and Ashley was wonderful in giving us options and guidance around that.
