Of all of the half dozen local and distant LTD attorneys I interviewed over the phone, Mr. Bonnici seemed most thorough in his explanation of processes and the various directions my case could go. Furthermore, he had strategic ideas, that none of the other lawyers presented, that were pertinent to my particular situation. That impressed me that he took the time to hear my situation and treat it as a whole rather than just a one-size-fits-all approach.
Throughout the months, Mr. Bonnici always kept good lines of communication, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had, and very thoroughly requesting necessary documentation from me. This was very reassuring through what would have otherwise been a more stressful process. It was comforting to know I was in good hands.
Ultimately, Mr. Bonnici's strategies and methods of countering the LTD company's "expert opinions" proved successful. I believe this is because he maintained such good communication with me and was so thorough about collecting important information from me. He was, thereby, able to see the big picture and present that to knock down the many blocks the opposition attempted to put forth as their reasons for denying my claim.
I truly don't think I could have succeeded in my appeal without the expert help of Mr. Bonnici. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who finds him/herself at the point of having an LTD claim denied.

I had been renting a condo for a few years in San Francisco. When my landlord decided to sell, I was interested in buying the unit, and we reached out to Greg to help facilitate the for sale by owner sale.
Greg was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! He was very clear and responsive in his communication and was able to answer any questions from either I or the seller. He set up a timeline at the very beginning of the process that both the seller and I were able to follow and focus on the next items relevant for each of us. Very pleased with Greg's service. Wife and I received an offer for a private sale of our home. We wanted the deal but didn't know how to get it done. We were stressed. Then we found Greg and our stress ended. From acceptance of offer through close of escrow, Greg took care of everything. He dealt with the buyer, he dealt with escrow, and he advised us on what we needed to do and sign. We required a fast closing, and Greg made it happen by keeping in constant contact with buyer and escrow, skillfully nudging them to keep on schedule. Greg's clear instructions and ability to reply quickly to our questions made this unusual (for-sale-by-owner, no real estate agents) sale process very simple for us. He served as a resource for both Buyer and Seller in our case because we both felt comfortable with sharing.
Greg asked all the right questions at the intake interview, and followed up with initial documentation even before his first downpayment invoice. This timing gave both Buyer and Seller a confidence that he had our interests at the forefront.
I also like how he provides a free consultation and is clear about his fees if the clients decide to hire him. There are no superlatives high enough to represent my recommending Greg to assist with your FSBO.

I am a family law and criminal attorney. I know that my minor child would go to foster care if boyh parents die. I wanted to make sure that my son doesn't have such an awful experience. I had Keila draft my estate planning documents for me. What differentiates her from other estate planning attorneys is that she's also an asset protection attorney. For example, most estate planning attorneys would name their client's trust Smith Family Trust. She doesn't do this because it compromises anonymity. Other estate planning attorneys would have their clients open a trust account using their own social. Keila, on the other hand, would get a separate tax id for the trust to protect assets. Overall, I really enjoyed working with her!!

Mr. Mcmillan helped me tremendously I had called over ten lawyers and I was not very hopeful of receiving anything helpful because all of the lawyers were about money and even wanted to charge me for a consultation to see if they would even take my case Mr. Mcmillan did not charge for a consultation he listened to me and gave me great advice he was incredibly patient, kind, and honest. The first things I must say about Lindsay is that he is generous of heart and wise. I was impressed by his services. He took time to explain legal terminology and methods employed in our case using speech that gave us clarity and understanding. His listening ear is one of his many hallmarks.

I was approached by my primary multi billion $ supplier to purchase my company. I was sure I could negotiate the deal myself and use a local Minnesota attorney for the details. After my first phone conversation I realized I was hopelessly out of my league. I was put in contact with a consultant I had worked with previously and he suggested I include Bill Cumming of Cumming and Associates as my attorney. What a home run that turned out to be. My stress level initially was off the charts when I saw the scope of the due diligence required to close the sale. Obviously, Bill handled the legal portions. He proactively told me not to be overly concerned about my legal record keeping because he knew most small business owners didn't have time to keep track of all the details and he could help me with that. The peace of mind that gave me was tremendously comforting. Bill didn't make me feel embarrassed that I didn't always do a good job keeping my corporate minutes up to date while trying to run my company. The finished due diligence product he delivered was well received by the purchaser even though Bill pushed back on some of their proposals. I struggle with legalese and was pleased with the attention to detail Bill paid, to my benefit.
All in all, what would have been one of the most difficult experiences of my business life turned out to be remarkably smooth thanks to Bill's efficiency, demeanor and sense of humor.

It's a shame I haven't written a review sooner for Law Advocate Group and Mr.Doron Eghbali himself. Brett Yorke from Legal offices of Ball & Yorke was the guy for my car accident case. I had an accident on a Friday, I was injured in the accident and sought legal counsel right away. As a budding entrepreneur I've had the fortunate problem that young growing companies face where there are too many responsibilities for a small staff to do leading to not having all the necessary policies in place to safely protect our company against unethical players. An action taken towards our company forced me to quickly need a lawyer to help represent us in a legal matter.
Josh was recommended to me by my best friend who has worked with him before and was very satisfied.
I had reached out to Josh a year ago regarding a review of a 1099 contract (which in the end fell through and so I did not contract him then). I got a very good feeling then as his responses were clear, quick, informative, personable and very helpful.
When I reached out to him this second time there was a lot I needed to learn and decide in a very short time-frame. Due to our goodwill approach to doing business we had a lot more legal exposure in this matter than I ever would have considered possible for a small company wishing to do well by others. On the first call Josh was helpful in putting all the facts forward and explaining the various scenarios that could possibly play out and recommended a plan to follow to help resolve this as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
Throughout 3 weeks of calls, emails, fact searching and finally a negotiation he was able to guide us through a very complex landscape of tricky regulatory legislature to reach a resolution that was much less expensive emotionally, time-wise and financially than anticipated (by a significant amount). This situation could have ended up costing our company a sum that could easily put a small team like ours out of business.
As I expressed to Josh, I can now look back and feel gratitude that this unpleasant situation happened as it has allowed us to learn and put in place the necessary policies to make our company compliant with local and federal law to ensure similar problems don't occur to us in the future.
Consulting a good lawyer ahead of time is like investing in a good insurance policy. Once problems arise having an excellent lawyer at hand to help and guide you is worth its weight in gold. I am thankful to Josh not only for the legal support he gave, but his humanity and the emotional support extended in dealing with this delicate and potentially harmful situation.

Mr. Green did an amazing job with my case. I highly recommend him. He is punctual, he will call you right back, he does exactly what he says he’s going to do and he always follows through.
He is also very compassionate. He always makes you feel like it’s gonna be OK and you’re going to get through this and if you’re in court, that’s what you need.

We are very happy to recommend TS and her firm to anyone needing assistance in obtaining a Green Card or U.S. Visa. They were very professional in their handling of our case and clearly explained the process, timeline and what was required of us. They provided frequent updates and answered all our questions, which there were many as this process was entirely new to us. I think we may have even asked the same questions numerous times until we finally understood, LOL. The commission for their services is very reasonable. During the course of representation, I received multiple court notices indicating warrants for my arrest due to alleged failure to appear. Upon investigation, these warrants were a direct result of Mr. Phan's repeated failure to appear in court, despite assurances that he would handle all court dates on my behalf.

Contrary to initial confidence, Mr. Phan did not pursue optimal case resolution strategies:
*He prioritized "keeping me out of jail" over potentially dismissing cases
*Suggested proceeding to trial, explicitly noting increased expenses
