Philip helped me with my DUI case. His rate was great compared to others and he took care of appearances with DMV and Superior court. He was able to reduce my sentence from 30 days down to 8 days (4 days with good behavior) which I get to serve in Sheriffs Work Program. I cannot thank this firm enough. Ashley guided me to success as the prevailing party in what was unfortunately an extremely high conflict child custody case, and she did so with compassion, integrity, and patience. This was one of the most stressful experiences of my life, but much of that stress was alleviated due to the calm, professional, and efficient manner in which Ashley handled everything. Unfortunately, this was my first experience with a lawyer and it was terrible. Ashley, the main lawyer will be for you in the beginning and then you'll be passed off to her other two colleagues. They will give you other clients information, send you documents with zero explanation and basically be sort of there as long as the money flows their direction. If you have any matter that you absolutely need dire help or assistance with I would not choose this firm to bet on. They will not have your back and will leave you to the wolves. Too expensive for zero care or effort on their side. I'd give them a zero if I could.

Having to declare bankruptcy is a very hard decision. I had a huge amount of apprehension while driving to my first meeting with Eric. He made me feel very comfortable and understood my needs as well as what needed to be done. He went through the options with me, made sure I understood them and then we made a decision to file. If I had questions, they were always answered. Be prepared when you meet him and follow through with any requests. If you follow this simple rule, I believe you will be happy with the results.

My wife and I have used Ms. Freeman’s services to obtain marriage-based green card. I can’t say nothing but the best about the entire process - they’ll walk you through everything in detail, they’re prompt to answer any open questions you may have and most importantly, they can deliver the promised results! I’ve also had a minor criminal incident a few years back which I was worried about considering I was in a foreign student status but I disclosed all the information and Ms. Freeman was able to work around it without any complications throughout the adjustment of status!! My process took roughly 3.5 months to receive the EAD and just under 6 months to receive the green card - keep in mind the process can be lengthy and timelines will be different for everyone. I’d definitely recommend Ms. Freeman to anyone with immigration related concerns.

The estate planning advice from Maria Jonsson was off-the-charts superb in every way. There were significant complications in previous estate documents (established by a different attorney) that Maria Jonsson detected right away and explained with calm clarity, while also enumerating (in language a layperson could easily grasp) the steps to be taken to set things right. In addition, the entire process was completed far more quickly than we could have anticipated. Mr Berger sold my business. It took approximately 6 months until the Closing day. The buyers were dragging and changing always the APA.
