Even though I have communication issues, Ty has accommodated me and most importantly had a good attitude. I’m a person who does not like conflict. Because of this, thank goodness I haven't gotten nor plan to get into any issues that are legal related.
But an ex boyfriend, who is very toxic and manipulative filed a complaint against me for some type of “electronic contact” from many months ago. In fact, though, he would be calling me from blocked numbers yet I would reply in emails.
I reached out to David late Friday night right when I got the letter... Left him a message. . We spoke Saturday about this letter I received in the mail for the phone hearing with the Los Angeles hearing officer that was due to be on Monday. (The letter was dated from weeks ago. I only got my mail from the mailbox that night)
David shared with me his extensive experience in hearings like these which eased my mind. He spoke and gave me lots of knowledge about what this type of hearing is so I felt much more prepared and comfortable:

I was working for Walmart during the pandemic of 2020. Unfortunately, I contacted covid-19 while working and spent 2 months in the hospital being disabled for years after and couldn't work. Walmart didn't look after me at all. Didn't pay any lost wages or medical treatment. They denied my workers' compensation claim, and they fired me. I chose the canlas law group to handle my case. After 2 1/2 years of Walmart denying my claim and all treatment. Walmart gave me a very low offer for me to go away, but me and Mr. Canlas continued to fight. After aggressive ligation by Mr. Canlas, we settled my case that was in the six figures! I can't thank mr. You need an attorney to listen if your story has any complexity, and Becky and Stacy will listen!
We had many attorneys not listen to our issue in its entirety, so they told us we were incorrect and had nothing even when we did.
Many attorneys just want easy cases they can win off the top of their head; they do not want a challenge. Real legal work requires actual effort reviewing laws and case law, and listening to the clients whole story - that is what you will get here.

Consulting Ethan Tidwell was an absolute godsend during my complex divorce case that involved the nightmare complexities of custody issues, finances, and an abusive/vindictive ex-spouse who falsely spread accusations about me during the divorce in an attempt to secure sole custody and leave the state with my children. And prevent my children from having a relationship with their father. Whenever Ethan was available for consultation, he was consistent in providing extremely valuable, honest, and reliable information. Where do I start. First of all the insurance companies are all liars and crooks. I had no idea my employer literally had no control over my care. My own employer was even disgusted with the way I was treated by the insurance company. Zenith was the insurance company by the way so if you're reading this and you have Zenith as your Worker's Comp. insurance company hire a lawyer right away. I would recommend this group but if they're not for you hire somebody to represent you. Zenith is an organization that should literally not be able to conduct business in California. But luckily I found a group of lawyers you did a fantastic job for me. Things didn't move very slow they did warn me things would be moving slow due to Zenith having a what they called a rigged medical provider network. Which basically means they only allow doctors to work with them who see eye to eye with them. Not beneficial for the injured worker but very beneficial for the profits of the insurance company. So I got very unlucky that my employer was insured by Zenith but did get lucky also that I found an aggressive lawyer like Peter who had the patience and the experience to understand how to deal with them. So thank you Peter I appreciate everything you and your staff did for me.

Me (US) and my wife (Russia) decided to live in the US when the Ukraine Russia conflict broke out. This was a very stressful time trying to figure out how to go about the immigration process of a russian citizen to the US during these times. After much research into the subject and becoming overwhelmed by the amount of difficulty every russian has gone through with immigrating, and border closures to russians, we decided to look for a professional to help us. Andrei and his team not only made the immigration process incredibly easy for us and a seamless process, not once did he instill any doubt in us when presented with our worries about the many issues we will face (ie no open us consulate in russia, interview force scheduled by nvc to a country that is openly against allowing russians across the border). This team is professional, organized and subject matter experts in thier fields. When presented with an immigration case that I would argue is extremely difficult given the circumstances, they knocked it out of the park without batting an eyelash. This process took around 1.5 years from start to finish, majority of this time was due to IR1 visa wait times and the fact that my wife could not easily access needed resources such as US consulates within her home country.
I want to add that my wife was so impressed with how organized and professionally detailed Andrei was when it came to preparing for her interview. She was confident throughout the interview in probably the most stressful point in the entire process.
If you are looking for a legal team to assist you in immigrating to the united states, contact Andrei. I can happily say that my wife is legally sitting here in our home with me thanks to these men and women and I honestly feel like the price I paid for this service from beginning to end was extremely cheap for what we gained. I cannot be more grateful for what they have given me.
