GREAT ATTORNEY !!!! I had a case that hasn't been in the courts too often. My daughter would not let me see my grandchildren, so I had to file a suit against her to get visitation. I went to one attorney before I engaged Mr. Hayes. The first attorney didn't seem too knowledgeable and I am so happy I found Donald. This was really an uphill battle because the few cases that there were didn't always have successful endings. Donald had a thorough knowledge of the different courts and which judges would be sympathetic to our case. We change court houses to get the right judge and we won our case. Mr. Hayes is a complete professional, everything was done in a timely manner and was always fair in his billing. I would highly, highly recommend Mr. Hayes if you have a need for a family law or bankruptcy attorney. I just can't say enough good things about him.

I can’t recommend Ms. Rickard enough! She helped me navigate a DUI case with professionalism, understanding, and genuine care. One thing that stood out was how accommodating she was, she worked with me multiple times to reschedule my sheriff work program because of some personal issues, which was a huge relief. Her communication was always prompt, and she made sure I felt informed and supported throughout the process.
What really impressed me was that she didn’t charge anything extra for all the extra help, and her fees were fair given the level of service and expertise I received. She was approachable, compassionate, and truly felt like someone who had my back. If you’re looking for a lawyer who combines skill with humanity, she’s the one. I have hired Mike for various litigation as well as transactional matters at various times over the past 15 years, and am working with him on two matters currently, one litigation and one transactional. Mike is very knowledgeable, hard working and effective. I have had a positive outcome from each case I have engaged him in---don't how many people can say that. But it isn't Mike's skill and knowledge that most distinguishes him from other highly capable attorneys. That would be his honesty, integrity and ethics. I have found no attorney I have worked with that is his equal in these areas. Qualities that can sometimes be in scarce supply when navigating the world of retaining an attorney.

Mike is a very competent professional lawyer, but that’s not why I use him.
Mike is very respectful of his clients’ time and money, but that’s not why I use him.
Mike doesn’t spend a lot of time circling the issue – he gets right to the meat of it and communicates with me in a way I can understand. But that’s not why I use him.
I go to Mike with my legal questions and problems because he’s ethical. Apparently, his principles and reputation are more important to him than maximizing his income. In a transaction or in devising a litigation strategy, there’s really no way for the layman to know beforehand if the job is being done right or not. It’s a question of trust.
I use Mike because I trust him.

"We highly recommend that you speak with David L. Crockett before choosing an attorney for any estate or other legal matter.
The trust property we had to deal with had not been maintained and had fallen into severe disrepair. Everything from plumbing to electricity to the building exterior and plant overgrowth was on the list. We worked long hours trying to sort and clear years of clutter and accumulation, make repairs, keep up taxes utilities etc. We kept the records we thought were needed and useful in developing a plan for progress.

Our struggles dealing with the trust were steadily moving beyond our abilities to resolve; we realized that we definitely needed help. Also we ourselves, as time passed, were contributing to our need for resolution.

I just contacted this office because SSI denied my application. After getting advice from many other disabled individuals on SSI, I'm now looking into getting an attorney to help get my case approved, as I have more than abundant proof of both mental and physical disability.
Despite mentioning this, they've decided to turn me away, claiming that "they didn't think they'd be able to prove I'm disabled". Even though I hadn't been able to send them the papers/documentation yet, as a case hadn't been assigned before they declined to aid me.
Very disappointed to see this especially when I was going off of reviews that made me confident and excited to work with them. Fortunately, there /are/ many attorneys and lawyers in the county out here to help those in need.
