I had the great fortune and pleasure to find and work with Sean Laird on a case I was seeking representation for. I hit the jack pot by shear luck, or a blessing from above, using a Google search for a nursing home lawyer. Sean Laird was straight forward, sharp as they come, and kind to boot! He is not pushy, bossy or arrogant…experiences I have come across more in my particular field generally speaking; having worked with different types of lawyers on cases. So if that has been your experience too, you won’t find it with him. He is excellent at what he does; he’s to the point, guides you if you get ahead of yourself as these cases are emotional, and does so in a balanced approach that you feel valued and part of the team. He is tough in his fight for you and/or your loved one. I have the upmost respect for Sean Laird, with or without a settlement. If I ever had any case or situation, where I needed a lawyer, I would want him to represent me. Unfortunately, as far as I am aware, he only tackles cases involving nursing homes- elder care abuse type cases. I hope to never need a lawyer again, but if I did, I’d want him. If you are in need of this type of lawyer, look no further. He is a gem in a sea of stones. He really is that good. He came through for my mother and I, with an amazing result. I felt my mom was honored and justice served with the outcome he got for us and a strong message to the nursing home administration. May my mother rest in peace, and I have to thank Sean for making that possible.

In 2015, I still vividly recall the day I walked into Elder Care Abuse Attorney Sean Laird's office. It had taken me almost a year to find the courage to walk into his office and once again relive the horrific abuse that ultimately led to the death of my family member. Sean's demeanor was caring and calming which made it easy to explain the timeline of events that led to his death. Sean asked many pointed but relevant questions. I felt he was very calm and easy to converse and at the same time assessing my truthfulness and inquiring about specific events that led to his death. He had been referred to me by a person who Sean had represented and felt very strongly regarding Sean's hard work and dedication to finding justice. I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with John Clune and the rest of the team at Guy Levy Law. I cannot recommend Ilya Frangos at Galine, Fry, Fitting and Frangos enough. He and his team are trustworthy, empathetic, and fair. We never thought we'd be in the position to have to pursue legal action, but once we found ourselves faced with a heart wrenching circumstance, we didn't know who to turn to. We are so happy that we were able to come across this group of such dedicated people. Working with Ilya Frangos and his team simplified this entire process. Chantel Fitting is a fantastic lawyer. After my father suffered a severe injury due a car accident, Chantel and her law firm was instrumental in helping us get the appropriate reimbursement from the insurance company. There are so many complexities, legal jargon, and paperwork when it comes to dealing with the insurance. I started with Andrew as my civil lawyer, and after frustration with my family lawyer, I hired Andrew for my family case too. Andrew and his colleague, Lindsey, are the strongest attorneys I would vouch for. Extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. My former attorney made (/forced) me a settlement to share legal and physical custody of my minor. That was nothing but a disappointment. It made my case stretch over and over. When Andrew and Lindsey took over my case, I ended up getting full legal and physical custody of my daughter while the judge was boldly against me in every single hearing and trial. But Andrew navigated the case for me and made me gain full custody of my daughter. Andrew was transparent in presenting the case. He allowed me to express myself in the court. I have to add that Andrew is very fair and reasonable in his fees and charging me. I could not think of any better service.

Consulting Ethan Tidwell was an absolute godsend during my complex divorce case that involved the nightmare complexities of custody issues, finances, and an abusive/vindictive ex-spouse who falsely spread accusations about me during the divorce in an attempt to secure sole custody and leave the state with my children. And prevent my children from having a relationship with their father. Whenever Ethan was available for consultation, he was consistent in providing extremely valuable, honest, and reliable information. I was impressed in how I could ask Ethan any question and he always had an answer right away backed by extensive knowledge, objective facts, and a strong understanding of the inner workings of family court. He is also able to remember facts well and can regurgitate granular details from our conversations of months prior. This gave me confidence in speaking to him about my case. His guidance helped me in not only the legal aspects of my case but also in maintaining a positive bearing during what was one of the most emotionally-difficult periods of my life. Ethan has a good grasp of knowing what is important and what isn't, which often provided relief for me on many occasions when I was overstressed out about something. He gave solid guidance prior to my custody/fact finder evaluation. Ethan was always available in some form or fashion, which is rare with busy attorneys. Probate case. The first firm we hired was unresponsive, so we had to find a new one. Same thing with the second firm. Finally we hired Sandoval. Megan was responsive, knowledgeable, and most importantly: she actually took our case seriously. She kicked into gear right away to get our dad's house sold before it went to foreclosure. Despite the complexities that were out of her control, she kept the process moving and got through everything in a timely manner, diligently walking us through every step along the way.

We have a crazy neighbor who thought it would be good idea to file a restraining order against us because she just didn’t like us. It was really scary to have someone that crazy seeking legal action against us, and I’ve never been to court in my entire life.
Andrea handled this complex and emotionally charged case with grace and intelligence and calm. She reassured us and kept us calm as she prepared us.
We ultimately had the request for restraining orders dismissed AND she prevailed in a motion to have our attorney fees paid by the crazy neighbor.

Ahmed and Sukaram attorney law is hands down the most professional, reliable, convenient, and trustworthy attorney's in the bay. I was cited for speeding. Given the difference between the speed limit and my alleged speed, I was not eligible for traffic school. The fine was almost $500. Additionally, since I would not be able to take traffic school, my insurance was in danger of a gigantic increase, potentially doubling!
I sent Mr Roberts an email asking to learn about what he could do for me. My realistic hope was that he could just get my cited speed lowered so I could take traffic school. He promptly answered, and he formulated a plan. He appeared in court upon my behalf, I did not have to come in myself, saving me a great deal of time. While I'm sure every situation is unique, he was able to deliver far above what I had hoped: he was able to get the entire citation dismissed! In the end, the fee I paid him was less than the original fine, and I did not have to pay an increased insurance premium for potentially 3 years.
Going with Mr Roberts saved me potentially thousands of dollars in insurance costs over 3 years, as well as the cost of traffic school.
I hope to never need his services again, but if I do, he will be the one I contact!
