We have used Andrew’s services on numerous projects over the years and we highly recommend him. Andrew has always been prompt and succinct in his responses, allowing us to make decisions in a timely manner. He has a way of simplifying complex contracts down to the key critical points, which gives us greater confidence in understanding the possible consequences of our decisions in the land acquisition process. On more than one occasion he has anticipated moves between land owners and developers, facilitating a smoother transaction. Rude behavior. Called him via my legal plan for a minor traffic violation and he said "yeah, I don't do that anymore, trying to get out of that business". I asked why and he hung up on me. I called back and he said he didn't know why he was listed, he had tried to get off that.
Basically not a good person and based on reviews, I see why his rating is so low.
Steer clear.

It’s almost sad to say, but I’ve worked with quite a few attorneys in my day. And Marc is one of the better ones.
I trust him, I like him, and he has often given me advice that I did not agree with at first, but came to see his wisdom. He has talked me out of things at times, and at times, defended my point of view to the utmost.
He and I have won a “David and Goliath” battle together, (we were David, obviously). And he has counseled me to stay out of court in other situations, and turned out to be right.
Now in our eighth year of business, thanks in part to Marc, I frequently pick up the phone or just email Marc to get his opinion on something. And that’s the highest praise I can give him.
Marc is not the least expensive attorney option out there, but he could wind up saving you a lot of money in the long run. And I can’t say that about all the attorneys I’ve worked with.

Please please read this review . I sought their help for a legal solution, specifically suing, but they failed to deliver. The consultation wasted an hour of my time and $150.
The lawyer promised a 2-3 day turnaround, but it took almost 2 months to receive any guidance. Multiple attempts to contact them were ignored.
Do not trust Tran Lawyer. They squandered my time and money, leaving me severely disappointed. I've never encountered such ineptitude from a legal professional.
Avoid this law firm if you value your time and money.
Update : it was $150 at the time . I spoke with Tran lawyer on video call . It was your office .
