In 2007 I retained the legal services of Sandra Greenblatt. She is an expert in the field of Medicare/Medicaid Audits... She was a great asset to have on board before, during, and after the audit process. She is very knowledgeable, and has great resources available to her. J. Alexander Dresnick is on the top trade regulation attorneys under the age of 40. He was hired to represent our company in a state case for trade violations. Not only did he win the case, but he got the case removed to federal court. The federal court found the state law to be unconstitutional. The plaintiff ended up writing us a check!

I hired this attorney to advice me and draft documents on the creation of a corporation. At all time he displayed knowledge of the law and the business ramifications of the transaction and looked after the interests of my partners and me.
On another occasion I tried to retain him to represent my wife in a work-place harassment case. Explaining that he was not the appropriate attorney to handle this case, he referred us to another attorney. As a result, my wife received excellent representation and the defendant settled out of court.

I normally don't write these things but I had such a positive experience with Lori concerning a very complicated family trust that I owe her a tremendous debt of gratitude. My case concerned a blended family trust which, as I've learned, can be thorny and fractured affairs. I was co-trustee of the trust and I genuinely don't know if I would have made it through the experience with my sanity intact without Lori. She's incredibly smart, knows Florida law inside and out, and was creative in finding solutions when hope seemed lost.
But most of all she was available when I needed her. In my regular life I have reason to deal with lawyers from time to time. If you want to feel true frustration, try dealing with an attorney who you can't get on the phone. Lori was there for me. 75% of the time she'd take my call right away. If not, she'd get back to me within a few hours.
Lori's also an incredibly fun and interesting person. Probate cases require a lot of phone calls and emails. Better to go through it with someone whom you like and appreciate as a human being. Don't underestimate the importance of that.
On the flip side, when hard ball needed to be played, she played hard ball. She was fierce when we got into the end game of my ordeal and in the end we came out with a very strong result.
As anyone who's gone through a contested will or trust can tell you, it's a brutal experience. Thank goodness I chose Lori to represent me. I can't recommend her enough.
