I owe Dan Gerash and Shelbi Danner a debt of gratitude. They represented me in a jury trial in Jefferson County where I was wrongfully accused by an Arvada Police Officer that resulted in a Not Guilty verdict on all charges. Kathryn was a terrible lawyer.
I originally talked to Jenn on the phone and was impressed. I ended up with Kathryn, she did nothing but collect a paycheck. Took my case to pre trial for absolutely no reason, as I would’ve been happy pleading out early in the case. She was rude, condescending when spoken with, never responded to messages, I waited a month after requesting an updated bill to get a bill from two months ago. I wish I would’ve gone on AVVO and read the reviews of her.
Spot on!
Run as fast as you can from her representation. What a waste of time and money.

I met Carl through a mutual friend. I have needed to put together my will, etc... for several years, and have procrastinated long enough. Carl took all my information, asked all the right questions, explained to me what I could and could not do, and was helpful through the whole process.
Having things ( possessions as well as family) spread out across the country, this was far from simple. He made the appropriate contacts in the other states, to take care of everything I needed legally, and at a reasonable price.

We selected Michael Juba from among other lawyers because on our first phone call, he listened thoughtfully and carefully to our situation and concerns. From that first contact all the way to the end of the trial, he gave us confidence that he knew what he was doing, and he patiently taught us what we needed to know every step of the way.
As we came to know him—and later, his partner Daniel McGarvey—we found both to be compassionate, patient, hard-working, thorough, wise, and very smart. As our case unfolded, and it became evident that we were confronted with a cruel, incompetent, and stubborn prosecutor, Mr. Juba and Mr. McGarvey doubled down and took every step possible to bring the case to a close before ending up in a trial.

Shawn and MarySue were successful fighting to have my LTD benefits reinstated, twice, when the insurance company decided I was no longer disabled. Later when my husband became disabled they fought successfully for him too. Meggin Rutherford and her paralegal, Sarah Duff, are compassionate professionals who supported me through one of the most difficult times of my life.
