We contacted Robert on short notice while in the middle of a sale for our business. Our previous attorney wasn’t meeting deadlines and delaying the closing. Robert came on board as our lead counsel and did an EXCELLENT job, he was extremely thorough and sharp in his work. In addition to being thorough and diligent on his review of our 60+ page contract Robert also turned around items extremely fast. We had a short deadline for a large and complex transaction, Robert meet every deadline we had and did an excellent job representing our interests.

My vocabulary does not contain enough superlatives to describe Joe Kovarik, the patent attorney that I was lucky enough to hire in 2008. During this time, Mr. Kovarik has provided invaluable legal counsel, has been my most loyal advocate, has diplomatically steered me away from potential problems and has allowed me to be successful at the USPTO. During a conflict which I had with a large corporation, Joe took them on and soundly beat them. This was not just due to his brilliance at the time, but had a lot to do with the preparations he made years in advance where he was essentially prescient in recognizing a dishonest company.
