Paul completely understood our legal situation which involved a bridge loan, and had an associated promissory note, a deed of trust and a borrower's guaranty, all three legal documents were originally drafted by the borrower. Paul provided significant betterments/protections and sagely substituted the Colorado Real Estate Commission form for the deed of trust. We needed assistance getting an estate settled where the attorney for the estate was very difficult to work with.
Mr. Durr was excellent at working easily with a contentious person. We were so impressed with him that we had him plan our estate and get our papers in order. A year later Mr. Durr helped us with our Real Estate needs instead of using a realtor. He has always done a great job for us and been more than fair billing us.

Mr. Felser set up an LLC for my commercial strip center. He also acts as my registered agent, as I am an out of state owner. Mike represented me in an insurance matter that was brought on by a presumed multiple PHd attorney. Mike was so well prepared the litigation once presented in court was hopeless. It was most interesting to see the opposition reduced to foolish rhetoric and admonished by the judge. I should have countersued but I find all of this unpleasant and non productive to a healthy society.
I would trust Mike to defend my children if need be. He means business without the hyperbole.

I had hired Raja to handle my civil suit regarding overtime pay with my ex-employer. He was prompt with his followup, answered all my questions and listened patiently while I at times "vented". Diane clearly understood the world of construction and showed the capability to apply employment law principles to the realities of construction work.
