Mr. Stein was able to navigate me through a very contentious custody battle. At times the custody battle got extremely acrimonious with outrageous allegations being hurled about, but Mr. Stein was able to manage the process, and my expectations effectively, in highly professional manner. Mr. Stein was the second attorney I retained to represent my son in his very tumultuous divorce. The first attorney was on the case for five months and did absolutely nothing for my son. After retaining Mr. Stein, the divorce was finalized in less than three months. He was very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. I needed to retain his services again and was saddened to hear he had moved to Colorado. I would definitely refer Mr. Stein to anyone looking for a very competent attorney.

I am so grateful that I left Clear Creek and went with Attorney Velvis wish I had left Clear Creek long before I did but the saying is "in for a penny in for a pound" he has not been able to accomplish everything I had hoped but believe this is more do to the years with Clear Creek then his efforts. Mike represented me in an insurance matter that was brought on by a presumed multiple PHd attorney. Mike was so well prepared the litigation once presented in court was hopeless. It was most interesting to see the opposition reduced to foolish rhetoric and admonished by the judge. I should have countersued but I find all of this unpleasant and non productive to a healthy society.
I would trust Mike to defend my children if need be. He means business without the hyperbole.

I had hired Raja to handle my civil suit regarding overtime pay with my ex-employer. He was prompt with his followup, answered all my questions and listened patiently while I at times "vented". In 2007 and 2008 the construction firm for whom I worked as HR Manager had an employment claim filed by a former employee who felt he was wrongly classified as a non-exempt employee. In our relationship with the law firm, Diane started in a supporting role but saw her role in the case expand when the lead attorney left to join another firm. Diane clearly understood the world of construction and showed the capability to apply employment law principles to the realities of construction work. Diane was always well-prepared and had examined every possible detail of the case prior to a meeting or hearing. As my company's representative for this case, I had complete confidence in Diane's work, which then provided good reason to have confidence in her legal opinions.
I found Diane to be very professional and personable while also showing consideration toward our running legal costs. This combination is sometimes rare among attorneys. I recommend Diane completely.
