David Urban helped me with a marital agreement, as my wife and I pursue our Estate Plan. It was necessary for my wife and me to each have our own representation creating the agreement. David worked with me and developed a solid agreement that my wife approved and passed it to her attorney for review. David was extremely reasonable in his pricing. He was very easy to work with and we had to go back and forth on a few issues. But overall, my experience with Urban Law was excellent. I would highly recommend his firm. While my wife and I have a different estate attorney, I would contact Urban Law in a heartbeat for any other legal needs.

Our financial advisor recommended that we work with David Urban as our estate attorney and we are SO glad that we took her advice. David was terrific to work with and did exactly what we asked him to do in a timely manner. He has strong expertise in estate planning and gave great advice regarding our specific financial and personal goals. He answered all of our questions, spoke in lay-person’s terms, and helped us to think through some of the details about current and future plans. Casandra has helped me with a case about a woman who has slandered, harassed and stalked me. Mr. Okunade helped me with a contract dispute I had with an interior designer I hired to assist in a house remodel. Her promise to reimburse me the unused portion of my deposit went unfulfilled and after repeated attempts to contact her for a quick resolution, I decided to hire Mr. Okunade.
He reviewed my case, the contract, all emails involved and felt confident my complaints had merit. He handled everything in a timely manner, kept me informed of every step in the process and resolved the dispute much more quickly than I could have ever hoped.

A few years back I was confronted with a legal problem not of my doing. I received several referrals one of which was Steve Feder. Having never been in this situation before I was frightened, bewildered and angry. Steve helped me to better understand the situation, the court system and prepared me for the hearing. While this was my first time in court I had worked with many attorneys in the past primarily through my work as a compliance officer in financial services and as a business owner. The one thing that really stood out to me was that Steve listened and offered suggestions. Unfortunately, many prior dealings with attorneys I was too often told what I could not do, rather than what I could do. I found Steve to be fair, ethical and knowledgable. He went out of his way to make certain my wife and I knew what we were facing. The hearing was quickly dismissed by the judge.

Mike is a true professional! I hired him to oversee all my personal and business legal matters. He is thorough, knowledgable, reliable and easy to work with. I was getting extremely confused and frustrated. Mike was able to calm me down and help see the negotiation process through to final contract. I had been going it alone for about six months and although I felt I had a good case, there is always the "what if" Many factors regarding my case brought me to Zach. I had relocated to another state, had a new job, paperwork to locate and file, many things had to be addressed and considered. It was overwhelming.
From the moment I made the decision to get help, I knew that Zach was the attorney to represent me. The initial conversations we had by phone were comfortable and productive. The fact that I was 1400 miles away and that I was placing my children's future and well being in someone's hands was scary at first but Zach, I felt, was the one that could get it done for me.

Suzanne helped me with my divorce last year. She is professional, sharp, and extremely effective. I was able to keep my retirement accounts because she pointed out that my ex and I had always kept our accounts separate from day 1 of the marriage, and that I should be able to retain my own accounts. The judge accepted this and signed off on it, and I feel safe and financially secure as a result.
As contentious as divorce can be, she helped keep everything fair and civil. She is a wonderful person who wants to help.

It is a pleasure to compliment the legal work that Susanne Ewy has done for me.
At 92 years of age my ability to deal with Boulder (Colorado) County authorities is quite limited. When I received notice this year that my home valuation had just risen by 50% I was shocked. This meant my home real estate taxes would also rise by this same 50% amount!
Boulder (Colorado) County displayed “comparable” nearby home properties that had recently sold as justification despite the significant differences in comparisons. I engaged Suzanne Ewy to help me deal with Boulder County over this gross exaggeration.
She developed a plan, gathered materials, both statistical and visual, and, within the County-stated strict limitations, delivered my request for re-evaluation. She prepared, I think, about forty-five pages of information for the County.
The County Assessor rejected her request for re-evaluation completely, requiring her to file an appeal and appear before the Board of Equalization. She prepared me for that virtual hearing, making sure that I could hear and understand the proceedings.
Long story shortened, the BOE granted me the totality of my evaluation amount – the entire reduction of 50%. Virtually unheard of in this county. This will result in a reasonable tax amount that will have an immediate and a long-term effect on this aging citizen who has paid Boulder real estate taxes since about 1970.
My many thanks and admiration for her reasoned and effective work is unbounded.

Yev is very diligent, responsive, knows what she's doing, and genuinely cares about doing the best thing for her clients. I hired her for a founder dispute and straight-away, she was able to identify the areas of importance and how best to approach the situation.
