We recently entered a purchase agreement to buy a home. However, after the home inspection revealed several serious issues, we wanted to withdraw from the agreement . Although our concerns were very legitimate, the seller did not want to release us from the agreement and return our earnest money. We consulted Mr. Sweeney about the situation , and he provided us with clear, honest advice as to how to proceed. Due to his recommendations, the seller acquiesced without us having to resort to litigation. And we got back all of the earnest money. We highly recommend using Mr. Sweeney's services when buying or selling real estate. His advice and guidance are invaluable.

Trust doesn’t come easy, but I totally trust Nicole’s insight and opinions. Over the years, she has been very helpful in numerous $MM RE transactions we have conducted. Lawyers can sometimes seem intimidating, however that was never the case with Nicole... She takes the time to go through every detail and doesn’t try to speak over you. She is a great communicator! Although she can get extremely busy, she always takes time to respond even if it is to let you know that she needs more time, which is awesome especially in this day and age when it is easier to just ignore someone. I have been a client of Larry Bishins for years and he has always been friendly, professional, and competent. We went toe to toe with the IRS and following Larry's counsel and direction, we won. I had a difficult case. A true not me case. Because there was no arrest or fingerprints it was very hard to prove it wasn't me. I discovered I had a warrant for my arrest when I applied for an apartment and they did a background check. I talked to him after researching for a couple weeks. He gave me more information in a 20 minute conversation than I could find in 2 weeks of research, before I even hired him. He did way more than originally thought necessary. His diligence, wisdom, knowledge, years of experience & research that left no stone unturned, eventually cleared my name. He also insisted the warrant be lifted while clearing up this huge mess. I could go through the process feeling safe w/o fear of going to jail. He actually did way more than what I originally hired him for. He didn't charge me more even with me asking about it. Scott Levine is amazing! All that experience, wisdom, knowledge, connections, diligence and tenacity, yet still generous at heart. I would hire him for ANY & ALL legal matters! Our first consultation consisted of getting acquainted with Cam Rogers. Our second meeting was a consultation and presentation of what such an estate plan would consist of according to our needs, wants and desires. Mike assisted my husband and I with the documents on the sale of our house; as well as our wills. He was very knowledgeable and professional with all proceedings. When it came to our wills, he was able to provide guidance on questions as to how to direct assets such that the process would be easy for our executors. While simplified, it accomplished what both my husband and I had in mind from a beneficiary standpoint.
Mike is extremely trustworthy. We left power of attorney with Mike when we closed on our home, as we would not be present at the time of closing. He was also able to counsel us during the sale process, as counter-offers were not the most straight forward.
I would highly recommend Mike to a friend or a colleague; and, would not hesitant to use Mike again for my own personal legal counsel.

When other lawyers were unable to decipher the legal complexities in the matter that I sought representation for Mark and his team invested countless hours to come up with the appropriate answers needed in order to represent my side and ultimately prevail in a supremely complex matter that absorbed hundreds of man hours researching a legal question that had very little explanation nor understanding.
