Ian Schatzman accepted our case regarding an insurance claim with our insurer when other firms wouldn’t take it. After our claims were denied, we needed to reroof to prevent further damage. Ian worked out an expedited plan to document the damage in a manner that would support his case, while adhering to our reroofing timing.
He communicated clearly, responded promptly and thoroughly, and shepherded us through the lawsuit process. His fees were very fair for a job very well done. Without his efforts, we would have received almost nothing for the damages we incurred. He was able to negotiate an acceptable outcome.
I recommend Ian and his firm most highly and would certainly seek his input for any future legal matters.

Hi all, I just wanted to take a moment to send my appreciation to the team and importantly JB Harris. Almost a year into my case we have had little to no movement due to a stalling opposition trying to drain all resource's and provide some impossible tasks. JB has been nothing short of a light at the end of the tunnel which has been very hard for me to see these past few months. Yasir has an uncanny ability to spot the most crucial advantages in a case. But that's just the beginning. As the litigation goes on, I have seen him go from strength to strength, gaining one advantage after another. There is nobody I would rather want on my side in a deposition. I had only heard about his strength in a deposition until he represented my business in a case...and I can tell you, you do not want to be on the opposite side of Yasir in a depo. I haven't seen him in action in a court room on my behalf (and even though I hope it never ever comes to that, I would trust his expertise in it as well), but when it comes to litigation, there is nobody I know who can deliver what Yasir delivers.
By the way, it is not just when it comes to litigation. He has helped me with contracts, agreements, nondisclosures, you name it. His expertise in business law is unsurpassed.

I almost skipped hiring an attorney when I bought my foreclosure home in Broward. I have bought and sold over 20 properties in 3 countries and 3 states, often without a lawyer, sometimes even writing my own contracts. But that wasn't Florida! Luckily, I decided to pay Attorney Feinberg's very reasonable fee. He hung in patiently through a short sale that blew up, a string of accepted offers that went nowhere, and finally a foreclosure that dragged on for 4 months. I was consistently surprised by how quickly he answered my questions - and he was clear about the tradeoffs as they unfolded. In the final days of my purchase, the title company (which I will mercifully not name) made a string of silly errors. Feinberg's associate Lissette Yanes caught them all and firmly got them solved. There was an unjustified $350 fee that the title co tried to sneak past us; when I questioned it, the title co. threatened to tell the Seller that I had defaulted. Feinberg jumped in immediately and swung a legal bat just hard enough; the title co. backed down. Without F & M, I couldn't have faced down the title co or even been sure of the contract obligations or the validity of the fee. No matter what your experience as a real estate investor, don't try to buy in the treacherous, take no prisoners Florida market without a good attorney. Feinberg (& Yanes) insisted on revisions to the title insurance -- I had no idea that title companies do their utmost to weaken the policies they give a homeowner -- I would never have thought of. Bottom line - although I never met them face to face, I wouldn't go near a real estate transaction in Florida without Feinberg & Maidenbaum. I know the difference between a law firm that just pushes paper and one that is determined to let nothing slide and hurt their client. F&M is definitely the latter. My case isn't resolved yet, but I feel I can rate Mr. Steve Jessup based on his performance as my attorney thus far. He is an intelligent, competent attorney in the area of disability and benefits laws. I like that he's honest and aggressive in managing my case. I will begin by saying that in a time of need of a lawyer Sharif came highly recommended through a friend of mine who is also a lawyer, they had been in law school together and he said Sharif was by far the most brilliant and kind of all his peers,which speaks volumes. I contacted him and he was easy to talk to and approachable. He went above and beyond and even went out of his way to meet me at the time and place of my convenience. I felt at ease immediately and he was empathetic to my situation and needs . I had to leave the country during the process but he still was handling things for me and easy to contact and replied promptly. He is truly a great lawyer but if you’re the Client he is not a shark with you he is your Allie and you never feel cheated or lied to, how often can you say that about a lawyer! He also was fair in pricing/fee , again a simply good man and great lawyer ! It took me 15 years to finally achieve my freedom (divorce that never was finished) true godsend for me. Mr. Bergman handled my divorce and I feel he was G-d sent. Not only did he make my ex-husband's attorney look like an novice (which he is not) in every hearing but he truly placed my child's best interest in mind the whole time. This man is the true definition of "old school" law, where people respect each other, treat other with kindness and place ethics above all.
He is a bulldog none or less, someone you want to have by your side in any litigation or mediation process and but he is always thinking 10 moves ahead.

I hired Gordon Daniels as my disability attorney, and it was the best decision I could have ever made. First of all he always answers your call, and if he is busy he will return your call right away. I never had any issues, everything was prepared, and accomplished easily. He explains the process to you in a way that can be easily understood. Hi all, I just wanted to take a moment to send my appreciation to the team and importantly JB Harris. Almost a year into my case we have had little to no movement due to a stalling opposition trying to drain all resource's and provide some impossible tasks. JB has been nothing short of a light at the end of the tunnel which has been very hard for me to see these past few months. After seeing JB in action today I now see why I hired your firm and felt a slight relief for the first time in a long time. We defeated their motion to dismiss which is a large victory in terms of going forward. I believe and I believe JB does as well, that the wheels of justice all though slow will prevail.
