We went with this firm because of the rating and reviews - DONT make the same mistake we did…… I live out of state and my parents were based in Florida. We were looking for a group that would make this as seamless and easy as possible. Instead, we got confrontational rude and unprofessional. We dealt with Fernando twice and then he passed us off to his cronie Maribel. Maribel has no business dealing with people in general, especially people that are grieving the loss of their parents and trying to handle an estate from out of state.
Every time my brother or I spoke with this individual, it seemed as if we were a complete bother to her - she was hands down the rudest “ professional “ I have ever had the displeasure of paying to work for us.
Our estate was VERY small $237k - split between 3 youths ( as one share ) and 2 adults and yet we paid them 37k !!!!!!!!! An utterly ridiculous amount !~
Sadly and unfortunate for us , this was a process we knew nothing about and did not interview or research other firms so please do your research before going with these people.

Just wanna start off by saying if you got Nadia on your case, you already won. She legit is the most professional and nicest person I've met. We got on this house insurance claim journey and I didn't know at first how awesome Nadia was gonna be. Then we got to know one another and instantly I could tell she was focused and diligent but also compassionate and super friendly. She's a great teacher and has much patience. I feel like I've definitely learned a lot from my time with Nadia. I always had direct access to her via text or email and she would always respond immediately or first thing the next morning. I unfortunately hired this lawyer back in 2022 to assist me with my case. The communication from the start was great. It wasn’t until I paid the initial $2500 fee of the total $5000 that the communication started to become really poor. I would persistently reach out to him for info regarding my case and would hardly hear back from him. My biggest issue was that he advised me that I was being sued for $7000 when in actuality it was close to $14k! Talk about false information. But it doesn’t stop there! He OFFERED to assist me with getting my record expunged after my case closed and did absolutely nothing! I contacted his office and spoke with Jimmi, his assistant only to find out that after 2 months of receiving my application, it was not filed with the SA office. So I took matters into my own hands and did the entire process myself. My record was expunged 2 months after I filed it. Mr. Shwarz told me it would take 6 months! Ha! What a joke.
09/16/24: Interesting that you can respond here but my last several emails and text messages were never responded to. Point proven....

Alicia Paulino-Grisham clearly outlined what to expect through the appeal and possible litigation process and aggressively pursued an overturn of the insurance company's unwarranted denial. Based on the information and arguments in the appeal she submitted, the denial was overturned and benefits were reinstated. My wife and I hired Jamie Tarich to do the closing for a house we were selling in Margate. The paralegal who did all the actual work was both friendly and professional. However, there were both errors and omissions on the closing statement. Initially, we discovered a $5600 error which the paralegal corrected and blamed the new computer program they just started using. Several days after the closing we received a letter stating we owed almost $2500 more and if we didn’t pay it soon they would start collection proceedings against us. Even after paying the total amount deposited in my account was less than the final amount from the revised closing statement. I called and spoke to Jamie Tarich but his only explanation was to, once again, blame the computer program. I learned at the last minute, just before we had the closing, that the buyer of our house worked as an attorney at this firm. Conflict of interest? I wouldn't consider using this firm ever again and would not recommend it to anyone else..

Working with this lawyer initially was standard nothing outstanding, as we all know, some cases take a significant amount of time to be settled and as time gets longer the responsiveness and updates from this lawyer become nonexistent despite reaching out via phone and email as well as leaving messages. I do believe he knows what he’s doing but not very sociable and the basis of having/keeping clients is big on this.

Never once called to give an update on my case nor ever notified me of the status of my case. Paid her money then NEVER heard back from her regarding my case even after multiple calls, texts, voicemails and even showing up to her office. Multiple months later (more than four months after the fact) her assistant calls that she is now too sick to take on my case. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Not out to help but rather out to get money and run with it.

I worked for a company and while I was there, engaged with Marci for legal work for the company. I also engaged with Marci, separately for a personal matter which I paid out of my own pocket.
After I left the company, Marci sued me for the company's attorney fees. I was just an employee of the company and the company is still in business.
She didn't want to go after the company because the company could afford to defend itself. In my opinion it was unethical to come after me for the companies legal fees, especially while the company is still in business.
