Angela and everyone at her office was amazing! I was in a bad car accident and they made such a terrible situation so much easier! My name is David W. Klasing, I’m an attorney and a CPA and consider myself a scary judge of talent. Roy Comer is a very talented attorney and even more importantly he is ethical, honest, trustworthy and has adhered to the strictest confidentiality in an issue that I referred my own mother to him over. My mother was injured by her best friend when she lost control of her car while in the act of taking my mother to the emergency ward with symptoms of an impending heart attack. My mother was seriously injured and this placed her deeper into an existing financial crisis. She did not want to sue her best friend but her circumstances left her no choice. Noah helped us to recover from a previous attorney who badly botched a case and resulted in a substantial lien being placed upon my elderly mother's home. He was patient, honest, and informative. We just finished the Jury Trial yesterday 02/08/2024. We won a $20.71M judgement. The jury found in favor of us the plaintiffs in EVERY count of allegations plus we got 100% of what we ask for in punitive damages. It was a fraud case our company got defrauded. Mr. Brown took over the case on fifth month after the first complaint was filed. The first thing he did was write up an new complaint which made everything SUPER CLEAR. This is the MOST important thing you want to keep up in a lawsuit - KEEP EVERYTHING CLEAR & COMPREHENSIVE or NEVER CAUSE ANY CONFUSIONS for the Judge or the Jurors. Mr. Brown was crushing the defendant’s attorneys. He kept our allegations/story CLEAR & SIMPLE. Why this happened, how did it happened, who was involved and ALL evidence to support your claims. That’s really all you need to win a trial. You will never understand how important it is to keep things CLEAR before you actually attend a jury trial. Because at the trial, the defendant will do everything they could to cause confusions to the jurors, these “confusions” could potentially turn into your disadvantages which also could create challenges to the authenticity of your story factual background. Mr. Brown has done an incredible and amazing job keeping our lawsuit CLEAR. I want to say even a young kid could understand what happen listening to his opening statement and closing arguments. And the truth is the jurors didn’t even bother spending the time going back and forth, because everything is so clear they understand what happened, they have all the evidence they want to see lined up clear and logical to support the facts. If it wasn’t Mr. Brown, we would have a lot more challenges in our case. The other side is a fraudster, and fraudster often “lie” try to cause confusions to the jurors. Mr. Brown proved CLEARLY that the other side is a liar and 100% NOT credible. He proved it by pinning the defendant to his lie and use evidence to prove he lied. If any of you are victims of fraud, in harm of any breach of contract, or suffered damages from any business or personal wrongful conduct. You want to consult and hire Mr. Brown as your attorney. It was a large case for our company and we browsed at minimum 30+ firms before hiring Mr. Brown. The result of this trial proved we made the right choice. He’s so logical and he doesn’t waste a second on “arguing”. He knows the game he knows what is the RIGHT approach to win. Because every lawsuit is different. You need Mr. Brown who is able to identify the merit of the case, and understand the insights. Again, the worst thing you want to do or the stupidest thing you could do is to cause confusions at the court. The other side will always want to bring up nonsense arguments. You don’t need to jump into their “trap” arguing back and forth. Because the more you argue about nonsense, the weaker you are at trial even you have a strong case. All you need to do is have Mr. Brown prove to the jury this is nonsense and everyone inside the court room will understand what kind of game the other side is trying to play.

I already knew about WCTL through a Facebook group that educates Uber and Lyft drivers of LA about what coverages we have, rights, & more. I have to say I was clueless before, but if I ever needed someone to represent me I knew that I would call them. Just recently I got into an accident with a PAX and called them onsite & they brought me in and got started immediately. I'm currently in treatment & my car (which is my livlihood) is being repaired as we speak and i'm amazed by the service from all parts. I have first come across to know her when i need to apply for E1 visa from reference of a good mutual friend. Addition to that, i had few visa rejections in the past which later i have learned that was due to inadmissibility issue which was determined by her. That was first strong signal which Ms. Aycan has built confidence in me that she is the one can get this job done straight. She is like a perfect surgeon whom diagnoses correctly so that in order to know how to cure. Later, through dense and complicated stages of E1 visa application which interrupted and delayed for almost 2 years due to pandemic, Ms. Aycan was determined, dedicated, fully cooperative and supporting through all these times until finally interview date given at early of this year in early February 2022. After long time waiting and hectic preparations, at interview unfortunately i was denied due to interviewing officer misinterpretation and misunderstanding of E1 visa qualifications. Ms. Aycan has done fast assessment of this denial. She disputed to it by sending emails twice to the consulate asking reconsideration of their decision. This hasn’t worked unfortunately. The consulate asked us to reapply. So did as advised. The second interview has been settled for four months later in early June of 2022. This time fortunately i was interviewed by a visa officer whom did right assessment of the case. And, finally i was approved for 5 years E1 visa status. The interview was long and sweaty one. However, i was prepared well like a student studied well to pass final exam. Behind all these efforts and success story, there was definite team work of my attorney Ms. Aycan, my employer whose put many hours of workload submitting sponsor company documents and joining zoom meetings, and myself whom prepared well and fought to the end. And Ms. Aycan was mastermind and architect of this success. She has set exceptional role model how an attorney can be and should be. She hasn’t only worked for this case, also she has fought until to the end as she said after first interview denial “I am there and will fight to win as long as you tell me stop”. Truly, she has delivered his words to most extent by heart and all meanings she has done. Ms Iskent has demonstrated exceptional knowledge in immigration law, superior communication , and a very close follow up. Again, thank to her being my attorney. She is not attorney alone, she is a fighter of law if it is righteous cause. She is an attorney ,whom you can reach directly when she is needed. As a budding entrepreneur I've had the fortunate problem that young growing companies face where there are too many responsibilities for a small staff to do leading to not having all the necessary policies in place to safely protect our company against unethical players. An action taken towards our company forced me to quickly need a lawyer to help represent us in a legal matter. Josh was recommended to me by my best friend who has worked with him before and was very satisfied. I had reached out to Josh a year ago regarding a review of a 1099 contract (which in the end fell through and so I did not contract him then). I got a very good feeling then as his responses were clear, quick, informative, personable and very helpful. When I reached out to him this second time there was a lot I needed to learn and decide in a very short time-frame. Due to our goodwill approach to doing business we had a lot more legal exposure in this matter than I ever would have considered possible for a small company wishing to do well by others. On the first call Josh was helpful in putting all the facts forward and explaining the various scenarios that could possibly play out and recommended a plan to follow to help resolve this as quickly and cost effectively as possible. Throughout 3 weeks of calls, emails, fact searching and finally a negotiation he was able to guide us through a very complex landscape of tricky regulatory legislature to reach a resolution that was much less expensive emotionally, time-wise and financially than anticipated (by a significant amount). This situation could have ended up costing our company a sum that could easily put a small team like ours out of business. As I expressed to Josh, I can now look back and feel gratitude that this unpleasant situation happened as it has allowed us to learn and put in place the necessary policies to make our company compliant with local and federal law to ensure similar problems don't occur to us in the future. Consulting a good lawyer ahead of time is like investing in a good insurance policy. Once problems arise having an excellent lawyer at hand to help and guide you is worth its weight in gold. I am thankful to Josh not only for the legal support he gave, but his humanity and the emotional support extended in dealing with this delicate and potentially harmful situation. First, I would like to say that I am an attorney myself. A former colleague of mine recommended Mr. Baruch. From the first consultation up through the end of the case I could not have wished for better representation. Mr. Baruch is sharp, a creative thinker, and knows the law inside and out. He is a fighter, and was an excellent advocate for me. He was also compassionate and attuned to my specific needs and issues. He is a straight shooter. I did not think it was possible to find all of these characteristics rolled into one attorney. I hope I am never embroiled in litigation again but if I am I would retain Mr. Baruch every time. There are reasons that high profile attorneys get to where they are. Eric Dubin returned my email in less than 24 hours. After a short (free consultation), he was immediately honest in saying it wasn't his area of expertise. But he supported me, and even sent words of encouragement, such as "hang in there." PI attorneys get a bad rap from time to time, but there are people like Eric who could (given his well documented trial skills) win probably any case. But he didn't try to be everything to everybody. He was kind, honest, and most of all replied. In fact of all of the attorneys I consulted the one thing that sets these premier attorneys apart is that they actually do call you back. After finding out that a black mold case is not his strongest suit, he never the less was kind, encouraging, and took time to respond to me. By contrast one other supposedly preeminent black mold attorneys who was referred by another attorney (who even made a call on my behalf to get the specific name of the attorney to call, never returned a phone call, nor an email, nor did I ever get an email after filling out one of those utterly annoying "chat now" messages. I've followed Eric's career, and he doesn't talk the talk. He's brilliant, he cares about people, and he is responsive. I hope that I never need an attorney in the areas where he truly excels, but I would go back to him in a moment, and I'd refer him to anyone injured, or unjustly treated.

I received a sizable award from a personal injury lawsuit against my neighbors. These people were extremely dishonest and tried everything to avoid paying the judgment including and a sham divorce and fraudulent home ownership transfer. Tim Krantz was able to obtain a reasonable settlement and more importantly force these horrible people to move. I’m very appreciative of Tim’s diligence and extremely pleased that we can finally once again enjoy our property.

I am a psychotherapist, and was assigned Calkins by my insurance company to help with a case where a client's parent was harassingly subpoenaing me for irrelevant cases, for years. Calkins was friendly and professional on the phone, came to court with me, eased my and my client's day with her warm friendliness, and then walked into the courtroom and fixed the situation with the judge in about two minutes.
