I have had two cases for Phillip. The first was a business transaction gone bad and required extensive discovery, finding details and analysis of documents. Phillip never stopped looking for the last bit of strength. In the final days he was able to get a favorable settlement from a tough Chapter 11 case.
The 2nd was on behalf of my grandson. He had an opportunity to become a 1/3 partner in a business where he was the acting manager. My Grandson knew my business and knew II was required to use competent legal advise. He asked me to look at the deal proposed by his, then, employer. I referred it to Phillip and , on my grandsons request, guided my grandson on the special points of future protection required to make the deal good for all parties.
The deal was done according to Phillips suggestions and my grandson has thanked me many times for getting him the right help to give him a "LIFE CHANGING" head start as a businessman.

My case involved a business matter. One of my customers filed bankruptcy and my corporation had a sizable liability on a Preference Claim. Mr Ashman settled the case for me for 12.5 cents on the dollar. I considered that outcome to be extremely positive. Mr Ashman and his team of legal experts were able to research some very specific and detailed areas of the law which contributed to my side of the matter. They were also able to utilize their capable negotiating skills to my benefit as well. I would highly recommend this lawyer! Ours was a very difficult case not only for the amount of factual detail, but the problems of putting the documents together for trial. Aaron was detailed and focused on nailing down all of the evidence.
Even though Aaron was headed to trial from the beginning, he gave the other parties plenty of opportunity to settle during the process. They should have listened better.

I hired a different lawyer previously and because - like many new clients - I relied on big firm advertisement, every time I called the office for questions, instead of talking to my lawyer, I was mostly talking to his assistants/paralegals. And when I finally get a hold of my lawyer, he was clueless of my case.
I had a totally opposite experience with Sean Yuan. At first glance, you'll most probably felt hesitance to hire Sean Yuan as your lawyer because he doesn't own a big law office or has a big poster advertisement on newspapers. But from my experience, it meant every time I picked up the phone with questions, I spoke directly to Sean instead of his assistant.
He helped me through H-1B application and eventually LPR's application.
He is very knowledgeable in his area expertise and maintained a good line of communication with his clients. He prepared each application and procedure properly. He patiently explained each procedure and all possible outcomes with the case . He is not one who only promised all positive outcomes in a case (as we all know US immigration can be so complicated these days), but he also laid out the risks/possible negative outcomes, so his clients fully understand both sides of possible outcomes.
I would recommend Sean Yuan's service to anyone who need help with immigration's law. As the matter of fact, I also hired Sean for my mother's LPR application.

Hired Roger to sell my beverage mfg business in Orange County, CA. He is hard charging, gets to the point, does not waste anyone's time, is extremely knowledgeable and the price was reasonable. I found his advice in other disciplines solid such as negotiating the RE lease. Whereas in a large firm I would have had to use whoever was on staff for RE, employee law etc Roger brought to the table his time tested experts who gave quick solid answers. What is even better is he brings the common sense solutions that only a seasoned professional can do. My wife and I hired Mr. Smits to sue a contractor who negligently remodeled our home. Mr. Smits was thorough and aggressive in his representation of us. He investigated the contractor and learned the contractor was unlicensed, and based on his investigation, Mr. Smits pursued the contractor for fraud. Mr. Smits obtained a judgement against the contractor for every penny we sought and punitive damages as well.
