First, I would like to say that I am an attorney myself. A former colleague of mine recommended Mr. Baruch. From the first consultation up through the end of the case I could not have wished for better representation. Mr. Baruch is sharp, a creative thinker, and knows the law inside and out. He is a fighter, and was an excellent advocate for me. He was also compassionate and attuned to my specific needs and issues. He is a straight shooter. There are reasons that high profile attorneys get to where they are. Eric Dubin returned my email in less than 24 hours. After a short (free consultation), he was immediately honest in saying it wasn't his area of expertise. But he supported me, and even sent words of encouragement, such as "hang in there." PI attorneys get a bad rap from time to time, but there are people like Eric who could (given his well documented trial skills) win probably any case. But he didn't try to be everything to everybody. He was kind, honest, and most of all replied. In fact of all of the attorneys I consulted the one thing that sets these premier attorneys apart is that they actually do call you back. After finding out that a black mold case is not his strongest suit, he never the less was kind, encouraging, and took time to respond to me. By contrast one other supposedly preeminent black mold attorneys who was referred by another attorney (who even made a call on my behalf to get the specific name of the attorney to call, never returned a phone call, nor an email, nor did I ever get an email after filling out one of those utterly annoying "chat now" messages. I've followed Eric's career, and he doesn't talk the talk. He's brilliant, he cares about people, and he is responsive. I hope that I never need an attorney in the areas where he truly excels, but I would go back to him in a moment, and I'd refer him to anyone injured, or unjustly treated.

My journey to becoming a permanent resident has been a very stressful one, but after my wife and I hired Mrs. Vakili, she laid everything out for us and helped us every step of the way. We started from nothing, and Mrs. Vakili worked very hard with us, even though we had less than a month to prepare. She was available any time we needed her (even on holidays) and always made sure we were on top of what we needed to do. I am a psychotherapist, and was assigned Calkins by my insurance company to help with a case where a client's parent was harassingly subpoenaing me for irrelevant cases, for years. Calkins was friendly and professional on the phone, came to court with me, eased my and my client's day with her warm friendliness, and then walked into the courtroom and fixed the situation with the judge in about two minutes. She even charmed the plaintiff. My experience could not have been more pleasant or efficient. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

Kenneth Chung is an outstanding attorney and I would highly recommend him. The first time I spoke to Kenneth Chung was over the phone. I was greeted with the utmost courtesy, care, and attention. He was very patient as he listened to me, asking clarifying questions to really understand my problem. He showed interest in my case and spent almost an hour with me on the phone. I've spoken to a couple attorneys before him and they wouldn't give me the time of day. Kenneth is the opposite! I can tell right away he was not about money. He genuinely wanted to help me and guided me through how the case and process would go if we pursued litigation. He was extremely knowledgeable about the law and made me feel so comfortable within the first 15 minutes of talking to him. Because of this, I hired Kenneth to help me with my case.
I came into his office and sat with him for over an hour as we discussed my case in more detail. Kenneth actively took notes. Throughout the case, Kenneth was highly responsive, answering emails almost immediately. His attitude did not change from before and after I signed on with his services, which is a fear of many consumers (people being nice to sell their business and change after you commit). Kenneth continued to display professionalism, care, and attention throughout the case. He treated my case with urgency, much quicker response times than I expected. His email communication are so well written, descriptive at every step, and contained all the needed information (including attachments) for me to review. At a pivotal time in the case, Kenneth was very transparent with the challenges I would face if we kept going. He is the most HONEST attorney I've even seen. Often times, you hear stories about crooked or money hungry lawyers. I can assure you Kenneth is NOT one of them. He was there to help me and I had 100% trust in him. He never pushed or rushed me to make a decision and have always provided me pros and cons of each option I may take, giving me full understanding of the cost, benefits, and consequences of each path.
When the case was over, any unused portion of the retainer fee was refunded to me immediately. I can't say enough about genuine and friendly Kenneth is. Such a professional guy and a great person to work with. Again, Kenneth is not about money but helping people. He didn't charge me some of the time he spent helping me which was huge! I recommend Kenneth Chung to anyone seeking help. You can trust him. He is a good guy and will take care of you. You won't be disappointed. I'll use him again when I need legal advice and would recommend him to all my friends and family.

Mr. Chung is one of the finest attorneys you will find. I was in a position to lose hundreds of thousands of dollars. I had talked to three other attorneys before talking with Mr. Chung. One of the other attorneys told me I could win my case, however, I was in a defensive position. Mr. Chung and I had a very well paced conversation about my case. At one point during our talk he felt I needed a more elaborate explanation of a pertinent point he was explaining to me. He politely paused our progress in the talk, and explained in more detail his concern. As it turns I could pursue my case from a positive position rather than defensive. What a huge thing for me! He knows what the opposition will be using against you and can consult you as to the correct approach in your concern. Mike handled two cases for me over the past six years and both were resolved in an expeditious manor. One case was a Real Estate caseand the other was a Business Law (partnership disolution)case. Mike was fair, reasonable, and honest about the situation we were involved in and did not try to give me unreasonable expectations about our cases. Sara is a true professional and joy to work with. I called her about a commercial tenant/landlord dispute that I was pursuing legal action for. I needed advice on how to draft a demand letter stemming from substantial damages to my office. From the start of our conversation, even when I engaged in verbal diarrhea and spewed numbers and facts and negative emotions at her, Sara remained articulate, intuitive, and calm.

Do not waste your precious time. Changed cards and they stopped working on my case. they took 25 days to let me know my payment didn't go through, and that's why they didn't send a document they were supposed to.
