To say that my case was unique might be an understatement. When I hired Logan, I had been to court several times already without representation in a civil claims trial. What made it different was the claims of the case brought against me by an ex boyfriend. With no knowledge of law and being pitted against someone who was more well-versed, I felt like I'd already lost. I reached out to Logan first for legal advice, and he went so much farther than I ever expected him to. He calmed my fears all the time, and helped me build a case. Logan was extremely professional during our conversations and remained even more so in the court room. Because he represented me, I was able to put the situation I was in in the past. I no longer feel anxious or nervous all the time about having to go to court or having to see that person. Logan helped me in my court case, but he also helped my personal life and state of mind more than he will ever know. I would recommend him as a lawyer to literally everyone I know who needed representation. He is knowledgeable in not only his field, but almost every one. Recently, actually about three years ago I had a lawsuit brought against me. I didn't know who to turn to. Know one I actually knew, even attorney friends from my church could give me any clear direction. At this point, I prayed that God would help me. This was a potential life-changing event in my life. I then received a letter in the mail from Jimerson & Cobb Law Firm. I felt this letter was a gateway to the answer I was seeking. I then retained Jimerson & Cobb to represent me in this matter. Knowing my time to responding to this lawsuit was nearing its deadline to respond, they went right to work. They responded right away. Throughout my case, I felt the assurance of a seasoned, professional, family atmosphere from the entire firm. I was represented by Hans Wahl who is a very knowledgable professional attorney. He felt my burden and carried it throughout the case. Finally our day came, he as always he was well prepared to take my case to trial. But, before our trial, is mediation (court ordered in all cases), and much to my dismay, while in mediation, he mediated my case with the opposing party who reluctantly gave in to Mr. Hans demands after not giving in to the pressure from their demands. It was a classic case of David vs. Goliath. I was very pleased with the results that Mr. Hans Wahl produced for me. Richard made the entire chapter 13 bankruptcy smooth and easy. He explained every step of the process and all the paperwork we needed to have ready for court. Jesse Berryman is representing me through a very long drawn out battle. He’s very efficient! He takes the time to listen to you and really cares about your case and what you’re going through. And this man will fight for you and for what you’re entitled for.
My ex and I have history of domestic violence. Jesse is not my first attorney in this case. My ex, I believe is a narcissist and will continue to take me to court forever. While we were in court and we got breaks to use the bathroom Jesse made sure he came out with me every time and kept me within sight!!! I didn’t ask him to do this nor did I ever tell him I was uncomfortable to possibly run into my ex outside the courtroom. He took it upon himself to make sure that he was with me anytime I left the court room!!! Like I said he’s not my first attorney in this case but he is the first attorney that has ever done that!
Jesse is so good that my ex’s attorney made a joke that if we didn’t get out of court before it was too late he was going to have to hire my attorney to represent him.
I can’t speak highly enough about Jesse. He’s a shark and he will not just fight for you but he will give you the strength if needed to continue to fight when you have to.
He’s very fair on his billing, i’ve learned you get what you pay for. He’s not the cheapest attorney around but you 100% get what you pay for! He does not run through your money unnecessarily and in my opinion does not bill for everything that he probably should!
