I contacted Mr Hoffman on behalf of company over a contractual dispute. The opposing party had developed a majority of their financial basis for indemnification on matters not relevant to actual contract law. Additionally, the opposing attorney had made numerous errors in their filing. What I’ve highlighted is just a small portion of what Mr Hoffman was able to point out quickly and change the direction of this discussion toward a mediation and a “reasonable” level to negotiate. I felt Mr Hoffman did what was in my companies best interest to make matters practical and not emotional. As a small business owner trying to get by, the last thing I want is to deal with nuisances of a frivolous lawsuit… having Mr Hoffman on my side certainly brought clarity and confidence how we could handle this matter without creating an unnecessary and complex trial out of this.
Another item to highlight is that Mr Hoffman was quick to return calls/emails. When I originally reached out, he answered his phone. Can’t say that about any of the other attorneys I inquired with and I reached to a handful.

Called him late one evening to inquire about how to obtain my business license. He didn't get annoyed that it was after working hours. Instead, he promised to look it up first thing the next morning and get back to me which he did. He provided me with all the information I needed to get my business license. 5 stars is all this website offers but he gets 20 stars from me.

Of course one only needs an employment attorney when something bad has happened. I went home and googled employment attorneys. I have known Andrew Dansicker for several years and while I knew he was an attorney, I did not know his specialty. When Andrew’s name came up in my google search, I pulled up his web site. The kindness and warm feeling at a very dark time for me was all I needed to send in a request for a free consultation. Andrew was wonderful to work with, he was kind, caring, and responsive, he followed up, and he tried his best for me. In the end he was able to negotiate improved terms with my former employer. Julius was very informative, so helpful in getting me divorced. It was quick and easy. If you have limited childcare he does consultations over video chat, and his office is right in town for meetings, to discuss the simplest way to get your needs taken care of. I was recently charged with a DUI in Maryland.
My questions and concerns were heightened even more, as I am an out of state resident (WV), and did not know what to do.
Mr. Phillips is excellent. I was able to pay a $300 fine and complete online courses, thus, not serving anytime in jail. I would recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.

After being charged with a boating under the influence charge with a .07 breathalyzer reading, I was told by the magistrate I could face potential jail time. Hiring Arnie was the best thing I could have ever done! He worked tirelessly to find issues with the DNR's statement, the sobriety test results and the overall charges. Ultimately all charges were dropped! He truly works hard for his clients. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

Don is a fantastic lawyer, ethical, hardworking, and will provide a great service. I needed a lawyer for an employment issue that not only involved needing resolving but I was filed against eventually as well. I was harassed by Stillman Collection Agency for an erroneous Barclay’s debt in excess of $5,000.00. They had no justification for harassing me other than I had a similar name and birthdate. I hired Ms. Royal who took on these two large Companies and immediately issued a Cease-and-Desist Order and forced them to prove the debt. Ms. Royal determined that the debt belonged to another individual with a different SS number and lived in a State I never had residency.
These companies are unethical and ruthless and you need someone like Ms. Royal who knows their obligations under the law, as well as your rights and will take companies to task regardless how big they are and how they will try to bully you.
Ms. Royal forced them to correct their records and my credit was never in jeopardy. Every time I emailed for an update, her response was immediate and substantiative.
