I contacted Julie not sure as to whether I needed to set up a will or a trust. I had many questions. Julie was very patient and answered all of my questions. She explained that setting up a trust would be much more expensive and would not be necessary for my situation. She drew up the will, an advanced directive and a financial power of attorney for me, and I could not be more pleased. I found her to be knowledgeable, efficient and very down to earth. Attorney Chester has been referred to me by the online Montgomery Bar Association Referral Service. NO THE PHONE REFERRAL SERVICE, I have to underline that because they are incredible and do they best to assist. Back to Mr.Chester! I contacted him for a Condo Association dispute. first thing on the phone, He asked me what is the management company, I told him and he answered: " the company is owned by a good friend of his". Without being an attorney I spotted a conflict of interest right at the beginning of the conversation and the end of the conversation attests it and the lack of objectivity of this attorney. He found normal for a management company to hold a storage key of an owner for 2 years, He found normal a management company don't have and hold accurate and update paperwork. That management provide a 1989 ( 35 YEARS OLD) contract to be applied on a newly owned property of 2020. and so on.
I definitely DO NOT recommend this attorney.
He doesn't go to court to represent you or the law he studied!!

I spent quite a bit of time looking for a good lawyer with his specialties and once I learned about his experience and capabilities, I knew that I would not be satisfied if any other lawyer were to take on my case. I am pleased to say that he accepted my case after our initial consultation phone call.
Morris knew exactly what was needed to win my case. Shortly after we submitted a specific statement that Morris told me to get, the agency signed a settlement agreement with me, in my favor. I would also add that Morris exceeded the amount of legal work performed compared to the fees for my case.
I highly recommend Morris and will be returning to him if I need legal assistance.

I nearly lost hope but, lawyer Bangudi was very helpful . Talking to Franklin who I directly consult him with any questions and other issues concerning my immigration case lord I nearly tried another lawyer . After suffering an unfortunate car accident in January 2021, I ended up having to need a lawyer to help my case. On September 16, 2017, I was involved in a serious accident when I was knocked off of my bicycle by a tram which then ran over my leg. I was flown to Shock Trauma where I remained for one and a half months. In talking with other lawyers who did not want to take the case, I was referred to Mr. Larry Greenburg. He was very honest and from the beginning he told me it was going to be a difficult case to win because of Maryland’s Contributory Negligence Law. However, he and his team worked tirelessly from the beginning and guided me step by step to get the best outcome. His legal skill was impressive, but just as important was that he was supportive and truly cared about me. Mr. Greenburg was a calming and confident presence throughout the entire process, which lasted five years due to COVID. His firm is family oriented, and they were all involved in the case. Everyone involved was equally competent and professional and I always felt they would do everything they could to get to get the best result for me. Where do I start? We were lucky to be referred to Mr. Darrow when we thought our case had little hope of being favorably resolved. Being from out of state (Illinois), we were worried that our case would be taken with a grain of salt. Not Mr. Darrow. He was detailed, fierce, intense and honest with us from the beginning. When we finally were able to meet with him in person, he was courteous, respectful and really good at breaking things down into Lamen's Terms for us. When I was served with a temporary restraining orders from my wife, kids and residence on a Sunday morning, my world flipped upside down. I never had domestic issues before so I was scared beyond belief. Thank the moon and stars for Natasha! She got back to me on a Sunday, calmed me down and said she would be at court the following day at 8a. OMG the relief! The next morning the hearing was heard. Natasha's task was very very hard. The evidentiary standard for me to be removed from my home was very low. The judge made this clear to us all. The judge then asked if I would just consent. The amount of stress I felt was crazy. Low bar did not sound good at all. We proceed to trial and it was exactly what you never want to see and hear. A so called loved one spewing lies under oath and "fishing" for anything they can find to meet a "low bar". The expedition went back 10 years in time, things me and Natasha never had a chance to discuss as it was never mentioned in this complaint. Natasha did not fret at all during the hearing. Natasha tore my ex up pretty badly on cross. To the point of reminding her about perjury. My ex's lawyer was forced into speaking mostly after that point and Natasha shut that down. The judge had seen enough of the act. The order was struck down and I was able to return to my home where I have lived since Natasha's win for me that day in court July 2019.
Most guys don't get past this point. Once your out the house, the narrative changes, especially with kids involved.
Along with this restraining order, my ex charged me with criminal charges as well. After a quick discussion with the prosecutor, Natasha had the state drop these frivolous charges before the judge even took the bench. Our defense was based on the previous testimony. Natasha's cross examination was that strong.
Natasha takes abuse of the system very seriously. She knows her criminal law and she knows how it is abused. She is a blessing for me and my family. I recommend her very highly and cannot thank her enough for what she has done for me and my family.

I was very impressed that although this was a fixed price Mr. Galkin provided numerous edits back and forth until I was completely satisfied with how the contracts read. He did this in a very short period of time so that I could meet my website launch deadline. After my most recent spinal surgery in December 2018, I was unable to return to work full-time. My company provided Short- and Long-Term Disability (LTD) benefits through an insurer. Based on their proximity and the user reviews I found, I contacted Andalman & Flynn (A&F) in February 2019, and subsequently chose to have them (Elliott Andalman, primarily) represent me and handle my claim for LTD benefits. My claim was denied in August 2019. Based on their recommendation, we chose to have them file an appeal with the insurer, which was done in January 2020. In April 2020, the insurer granted the appeal and provided LTD benefits retroactive to April 2019.
Throughout the process/ordeal, A&F was responsive, supportive, professional, and thorough. Without these qualities, we would have never successfully persevered or prevailed. I highly recommend their services for anyone in a similar situation.
