We met 3 years ago. He has been a great advisor for real estate deals and corporate structures. He really commits to his clients, and is always prompt for a phone call or a late email response. He is truly meticulous at finding the right solution for any issues. I know he is also very experienced in Inmigration, but I haven't hired him for that (yet). By the way, he is fluent in english, french and spanish, which is a plus for international clients like myself. You can't go wrong with him counseling you!

Absolutely hands down an amazing TEAM! From the person who answers the phone to the Legal Secretaries and the Lawyers. We had such a difficult case that even the Jusge mentioned he doesn't do Writ of Posession that often. I was impressed with the extensive knowledge and professionalism that Mr. Wagner and Mrs. Melich have as well as their staff. Very efficient and responsiveness was nothing more than excellent. My finance' and I hired Daniel to handle the closing of our first home purchase, and we were more than ecstatic with our choice to retain his services. I was put in contact with Ms. Angulo thru a friend. To tell you the truth, I was quite startled when I met her due to her age I suppose. Dont let her youthfulness sway your decision to hire her. I was facing the wrath of a Local Politician & Landowner in the Florida Keys, who was about to take my home and all that I owned due to no fault of my own. Everyone knows it is a Bubba system down here when it comes to the Courts. This did not even phase Ms. Angulo, which impressed me even more. I had talked to some local Attorneys and they would not take my case because of "The System" here. She took my case and against a Keys Lawyer and a Local Politician, within just over a month she had the case dismissed! I never even had to show up for court! She literally saved my life when even the local lawyers would not. I would recommend her highly to anyone.
I dont think this bruised Politician is finished with this yet and I expect for him to take another run at this. But I would again hire Ms Angulo to take the case instantly. With her at the helm I do not think I would be looking at this miscarriage of justice toward me with any apprehension again. She is by far a Complete Professional. Even City Hall cant fight against that.

Mi caso fue un caso Civil, tenía un gran litigio con el socio de negocio de una compañía, de la cual era accionista del 50 % , no nos estábamos entendiendo en cuanto al trabajo y no lográbamos llegar a ningún acuerdo, incluso pensé que tendría que llegar a una disolución de la compañía de forma forzada en corte ante un juez, también tenía muchas inquietudes porque no contaba con referencias de este tipo de casos; que fueran resueltos por la firma Gallardos, y aun así decidí contratarlos después de la consulta inicial y realmente no me equivoque, la abogada Yelinia Angulo, me dio la tranquilidad inicial que necesitaba, el apoyo legal y la sabiduría para manejar el caso en todo momento y convertirlo con firmeza, sin necesidad de llegar a corte ,en un resultado final y muy cómodo para mí. Muy a pesar de la fama del Abogado que represento a mi antiguo socio de negocio, a mi entender ella manejo mucho mejor y con mucho mejores resultados la negociación. Y en adición una excelente educación, buen carácter , paciencia , constancia y conocimientos. En sentido general mi experiencia fue Excelente tanto con la abogada como el resto de todo el personal de la firma.

I did not think that I needed an attorney, until I was sued . Raul was referred to me by a friend . When I contacted him , he was able to schedule an appointment with me the very next day. After I hired Raul he did not waste any time , just jumped into action. He took a case that seem like a sure loss for me, and turned it into me feeling that I actually had a chance to win. We had an issue with the DBPR and contacted Mrs. Fuhrman for her assistance. We may have been in jeopardy of losing our license on a technicality. Ms. Fuhrman did an amazing job of combing through years of our licensing details, contacting all the right people and constantly following up with us and with the DBPR. Florida Department of State and all the other entities that were required to have the issues dismissed. We would definitely use her again and would highly recommend her. I have had several occasions to call on his legal expertise. Even though there have been times when what I needed was somewhat outside of what he would consider his legal specialty, he has risen to the occasion so thoroughly. I have found that he deals with my concerns compassionately, and with sincerity as if they were his own. Legal issues are so much more often than not a time of difficulty in a person's life, and the need for someone that you feel is identifying with your problem to the point that they will represent you like it is THEIR own caseto win or lose is ultimatly what is key in being successful.
