I am a physician who retained Ms. Nilson for a breach of contract issue. Having sued 4 attorneys for legal malpractice years ago, I thought I would never be saying this. Ms. Nilson came prepared, was articulate, focused, and collected in her arguments, and even when I was down in the dumps, she persevered and gave me the correct advice not to settle until a fair and just compensation from my former employer was offered. Several offers had been made on which we passed. I just wish she had been around and practicing in another state to represent me 25 years ago.

I hired Nicole Milson to file my trademark application with the USPTO. I had looked into completing the process myself, but was overwhelmed by all of the different classes that I could file in. Nicole listened to me explain my business and thoughtfully explored with me which classes I should apply in, and which I should skip. By assessing the pros and cons of where I should file, Nicole not only saved me from the headache of trying to navigate a system that I am not familiar with, but she also saved me a ton of money as well. I highly recommend any solo entrepreneur hire her to take care of this part of their business! I have learned that even when there are things I can do without an attorney, it doesn't always mean I should do them myself.
Nicole filed the necessary paperwork on my behalf, and when the trademark office asked us to make a simple amendment, she kept me updated on the status of the application and handled it for me. I know that if I had received this request on my own I wouldn't have known what to do with it. By hiring Nicole to take care of this aspect of my business I had the freedom to focus on the things I do well.
Nicole helped me to see that there were other areas of my business that could use a risk management upgrade. I have since hired Nicole to review my contracts and service agreements as I seek to take steps to secure the business that I love. Before meeting with Nicole, I thought that only large scale businesses could benefit (and afford) to hire an attorney. I now see that any serious small business person can, and should, consult with an expert when it comes to protecting their business.

Mrs. Trogolo was my public defender in a case where my son and I had a major incident. Atty. Clancy's professionalism and work ethic convinced me that he was a better choice than another attorney I was considering in my car vs. bike accident. Originally, I had inquired about another matter and he answered my litigation questions succinctly and effectively and then networked to get the best solution for me. Evan handled our fall case caused by a raised sidewalk. Significant injuries were sustained and required 2 hip replacement operations. The entire case took about 15 months due to the severity of injuries. During that time, Evan communicated with us every two weeks to ask about the healing process and update us on the case. Since we were unfamiliar with the legal process of suing someone, his bedside manner was greatly appreciated. There were depositions, etc. and Evan clearly educated us on the process, so we felt more comfortable testifying. His expertise was apparent at every step of the way. Michael Rehr has represented most of the condominium associations managed by our management company for over three years and I am very happy with his services. He is very responsive and I cannot remember not having him return a call on the same day I contact him.
