From the very beginning Matthew Clark made me comfortable with the unfortunate situation I was in and I knew I was in good hands. I have never been through a legal situation before and didn't know what to expect but Matt explained everything to me every step of the way. He was so kind and honest and respectful during a difficult time. He put in a lot of work into my case and paid attention to every detail and often times he would email me back after hours or take phone calls late and that shows that he cared about my peace of mind. The whole team was professional and thorough as well. I would recommend this law firm to everyone because we would not have had the outcome we did if it weren't for them. My dad passed away march 20 four days before my birthday and than my mother suddenly passed away on July 25 on my dads birthday from a heart attack and underlying heart diseases, she had life insurance and I was the beneficiary, she worked hard and they denied her and failed on so many levels , I hired Troy and he was exceptional and fought so hard for my mom and we finally are going to get it and now my momma and dad will both have a headstone I am forever grateful ! Pete was extremely helpful in preparing all the paperwork we needed. We asked him to create a trust in the event that my husband and I died at the same time as we have an infant daughter. He guided us through the whole process, taking his time to ensure that we understood everything and were comfortable. I did not know much about trusts when we started, and Pete was excellent at presenting all the information clearly and providing examples for me. He asked us questions that I did not know to ask, or had not considered, to ensure that we had a thorough document that would cover many contingencies.

Mr. Greg Hamilton is an excellant and exceptional Trust Law Attorney. He is professional, knowlegeable, talented, compassionate and has the ability to communicate on a layman's level. He never rushed us or avoided topics. He has the ability to take complicated legal verbage and explain them so that the average person can fully understand what is written.
My wife and I hired Mr. Hamilton to put together 2 Living Trusts, one for my wife and I, back in 2014. They were completed as promised and he and staff took the time to walk us through each section and answer all of our questions while including all of our discussion items from our initial meeting.
Since that time he has revised and updated the Living Trusts, has converted two into one when my wife passed away earlier this year in 2018. Help set up new trustees and put me in a position that I do not need to worry about anything regarding our estate.

A couple of years ago, I found myself in a difficult employment-related situation, and needed legal advice. Knowing how important it was to have someone very competent, responsive, and personable, I started doing my homework. I researched the Internet, called and talked with tens of law firms and attorneys, read hundreds of reviews, and asked my network of friends and colleagues for referrals. At the end of this thorough search, I selected Mr. Robert L. Levi. During the approximately 18 months of collaboration that followed, I never regretted my choice.
In my opinion, Robert has the experience (over 30 years of work in the legal field), legal knowledge, and skills to help you with your case related to employment, labor relations, civil rights, or employee benefits. He also provides the personal attention to set your mind at ease and relieve (at the extent possible), the emotional, intellectual, and financial stress of legal work placed on your personal and professional life.
Deciding to sue someone is a scary thing. Mr. Levi helped me determine if taking legal action was appropriate for me; evaluated (and re-evaluated) the possible length and implications of the case; was very fair in the payment arrangement up front (no “surprises”); kept me informed right away of new developments; consulted with me on a regular basis; and answered my questions fully, every time I asked. He was realistic, truthful, diligent and ethical throughout the process.
During our collaboration on my case, he would send me regular updates, along with legal briefs of similar cases and respective rulings – in the eventuality I was interested to read (which I was, because it gave me context for my situation). When it was time to settle, we worked closely together to develop a strategy and accurately assess the compensation to which I was entitled.
