Philip Hamilton is a great lawyer who genuinely cares about his clients. I had a family court case that was a custody battle between my deceased wife's brother and I. At the time my health was really bad. I was suffering from heart disease and some other acute health issues that resulted in getting surgery. I had been out of work and was on leave but my pay wasnt the same. Attorney Hamilton assured me that he could help and he did just that. He just charged me for court filings and told me to just concentrate on getting better. He worked out all the paperwork in court and diligently assisted me all the way to an agreement and now my children are in a great place to were I co parent with their uncle. I am so grateful to Connor Ferrick for her negotiation skills in my divorce, January, 2019. I am 80 years old with a small s.s. check and limited savings. After having a defamation anit-SLAPP motion already dismissed in Texas, I hired Enrico through his law firm, Traverse Legal. I consulted with Enrico on the phone, and was immediately impressed with his diverse legal team of experts, all reasonably priced. Enrico was key in driving his team, coordinating conversations, coordinating milestone appeal deadlines, and communicating everything to me in a very prompt and professional manner. His law firm uses a web based bulletin board system, which makes the tracking of my case, and communication with the legal team, incredibally efficient and productive. There was never a time that I didn't know what was going on. Extremely well organized communication system. Enrico, though his own legal expertise and that of his team, quickly determined that filing an anti-SLAPP Appeal was not the best approach for my case. The best approach was to gain leverage in order to negotiate a settlement with the Plantiff. Enrico strongly encouraged a mediation, which I declined due to the normal cost of mediation and the perceived stubborness of the Plantiff to drag it out. I opted for settlement discussions outside of mediation. These discussions were timely and always represented my interests. Progress was made with the settlement discussions, until a wall was hit where the Plantiff became increasingly unreasonable, where it was apparent to me that the Plantiff really wanted a trial. Since Enrico was not local to Texas, I opted to switch law firms to a local litigator to proceed to the trial phase. I would strongly reccomend Enrico and Traverse Legal to anyone. They were awesome.

We've been working with Enrico Schaefer for the last year and we are very happy with the work he's done for us. Traverse Legal is quite a bit different than other firms we've retained. They aren't in the same city and we don't meet face-to-face (which really doesn't matter to us). We are involved in internet sales - and Enrico is especially aware of the issues faced by our type of business. Simply put - there's a very nice fit between our unique business challenges and Enrico's skill set. The extranet application Traverse Legal offers allows us to keep track of various project easily and fosters a very collaborative environment. We are able to see all pertinent info on our projects with a click of a mouse - 24/7. His project-based billing model is nice as it allows us to fix a budget around something we need to accomplish instead of having to guess. Enrico and staff are also very accessible and answer our questions almost instantly. So far - our experiences have been very positive. We would recommend Traverse Legal.

I met with Mr. Berchiatti by way of reference of a shared acquaintance. Before our first meeting, my only perception of divorce and/or lawyers was from what I gleaned from television or movies. Due to my naive understanding of reality, I guess I expected a huge building with numerous secretaries and even a reporter or two. Divorce is an awful experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Instead, I entered the small building in Allendale, was approached at the door by a gentle golden lab, and then quickly greeted by Mr. Berchiatti who introduced himself as Dan. The first thing he asked when we went into his conference area was that I tell him "what's going on." He was patient, attentive, asked questions, and took notes. Since it was my wife that had filed, I was unfamiliar with the process (and always felt a step behind), but Dan examined my case (they are all different) and was able to succinctly outline several key components: 1. What to expect next 2. What to do to prepare for what happens next 3. What not to do! I did not feel rushed. I did not feel ashamed (maybe a little). I did not feel I should look for a different attorney. I was almost always able to reach him right away, and if not, he was certain to return my calls at his next convenience. He even went out of his way to explain to me how to fill out large portions of the paper work on my own, thus saving myself money by not paying him to do it. I never felt he had anything but my best interest in mind. As I said, every divorce case is different, and what works for one, may not work for another. However, I have no regrets having hired Mr. Berchiatti to represent my case, and I have no reservations about recommending him to others.

Called and did most over the phone with John Frazier. He understood the unusual circumstances of having limited ability to come into the office as I care for my disabled son. He took my minor sons misdemeanor careless driving case. He sent all forms to retain via email. Things got done quickly. He kept me informed of all dealings with the court or prosecutors at all times. We conversed mainly via email and he was very confident for the outcome of my case each step of the way. When I worried or waiverd he was professional in the manner in which to ease my concerns. I gave my complete trust and faith in him and he prevailed. I strongly recommend this firm and its team. Best part he was less than a “friend” was going to charge. Glad I made the call. Thank You John Frazier you will be my to go guy from here in our should I need a lawyer.

Mr. Fraser represented me in a child custody case in Ingram county. I had not previously been represented in family court and the results were devastating. My sons father was granted full physical custody and I was only allowed weekend and holiday visits. For eight years this went on. I had told everybody about the situation at my son’s father‘s house and how bad it was a nobody would listen, except for Mr. Fraser. They’re finally came a time when evidence of alcohol abuse and domestic violence from an outside source became available. And Mr. Fraser utilized that evidence to change my family’s life! After eight years of fighting, tears, lost time, and trying to tell my story, the truth was being told. We took this evidence to friend of the Court in Ingham County and Mr. Fraser was effective in presenting the evidence in a manner in which the judge was able to make a decision that was very positive for me, my son and our family. I have recommended Mr. Fraser to many of my coworkers and friends struggling to navigate family court and FOC. I consider Mr. Fraser a part of our extended family and we will forever be grateful.

I am a MMMP card holder with medical marijuana patient status and am licensed to grow my own medicinal marijuana plants at home. Thinking I was doing everything according to the rules, didn't prevent law enforcement from coming to the house to pay a visit. And in the process found things that they we're going to challenge....... period. Long story short, I wound up with Felony Manufacturing charges. Which if prosecuted to the full extent of the law would bring 4 years in prison with it. I knew immediately that I would need good, rather great, representation. That's when I contacted attorney John Fraser at Grewal Law in Okemos, and asked him to come on board. And thank God I did. First of all, as far as anyone in the Greater Lansing area that is an expert on Michigan Medical Marijuana Law, it's attorney Fraser for sure. So if you have a case pertaining to anything drug related, I would highly recommend your contacting him. But his expertise travels well beyond that of drug related law. And the team he works with at Grewal are also people of integrity, with a diverse array of special qualifications for really any legal need. My case looked as though it would be bound over to the circuit Court. But when he was able to present a few of our arguments to the prosecutor, she was faced with the reality that her case wasn't worth pursuing. And yes, without ever needing to even be present for my preliminary exam, the decision was made to throw out my case entirely! Judge signed the papers the following morning. And now all of this is behind me now...... for good. And for that I sincerely thank and commend Mr. Fraser.

I hired Kyle J Dupuy as my attorney because I had heard through the grapevine how incredibly talented he is and how successful he is in lowering charges and beating cases. I was arrested last year for delivery/manufacturing marijuana. I've gotten in a little trouble a few times in the past, but by no means would I consider myself a criminal...and this was biggest trouble (and first felony) I had ever gotten into. At the time of my arrest I had recently, finally acquired a good job with one of the major car manufacturing companies. I knew that going to jail would cost me my job and take away my ability to support myself and my child in a secure and comfortable manner. When I finally went to my first court date and met Matt, he immediately made me feel comfortable by letting me know exactly what was going to happen that day and that it wasn't anything to worry about. I had a number of court dates over the next few months most of which were just formalities. Not only was Matt very knowledgeable about the legal process and explaining everything that was going on so that I could understand, but (and maybe more importantly) he also made me feel at ease by talking to me about normal life situations and topics. It was a very lonely feeling when I got in trouble, bc aside from worrying about the outcome and what my future would look like had things gone bad, I had to distance myself from my whole life style and most of my friends bc a lot of them were involved in the very thing I got in trouble for. Although most were doing it on a legal medical level, I didn't want any more trouble coming my way or theirs. Matt made himself available to me day or night with phone calls or texting whether it was a question about my case or just to chat about life or whatever. He showed true care and concern about the outcome of my case and was a friend when I needed one. And not just because he wanted a victory on his record, but because he took the time to get to know me, and my family, and my life situation, and really cared about what happened to me...and I truly believe that. I've had other attornies in the past for other instances of trouble I've gotten in. Some were hired privately, and some were public defenders, but none were there for me both professionally and on a personal level the way Matt was. I was convicted of the crime I was charged with, but I planned on plead,u guilty from day 1 anyway...but my case was truly a victory in the sense that on a 4 year maximum sentence I didn't have to go to jail for even 1 day. I would recommend Matt to anyone who was in need of an attorney, and I would definitely consider him a friend and someone I'm glad I met. The bright spot in a super stressful situation over this last year. I truly feel like he save my life. Thanks Matt, George.

Mr. Soueidan dealt with a commercial insurance claim for me. After the adjuster decide he would take advantage of me, and try to pay me little to nothing I contacted Mr. Soueidan and discussed the situation. He was very understanding and reassuring. I was in the market to buy a house and because 2021 was a buyer's market, many were at the mercy of the sellers and agent. I was all set to purchase a home (at an inflated price of course ) when I noticed that my ageant slipped in a substantial undisclosed fee on my final loan estimate. I discovered the fee and asked that it be removed. The ageant refused so I backed out of the deal. I subsequently contacted Attorney Peter J Mancini and for a very small incremental fee, he gave me some excellent advise as to how I could possibly recover my EMD. He patiently listened as I explained all of the details. He then took a substantial amount of time to explain all of the PRO'S and CON'S of my case and he did this in a very kind and empathetic way. He was also extremely articulate so I left the conversation with no doubt as to how to proceed. Needless to say, I followed his advise, took the case to small claims court and won the case. My family was in need of a tax attorney to help us in regards to foreign account disclosure. After coming off a terrible experience with an attorney who was non-transparent and compensated based on the rather arbitrary process of hourly billing - we decided we needed to find a tax attorney who prioritized transparency in billing in addition to competency, and we found that with Peter Mancini and PureTax Resolution. My wife and I had an estate plan drawn up by another lawyer about 8 years ago. When it was time to update it, our original lawyer had retired so we need to find a new lawyer. This site was actually one of several source we used to select David. It has turned out to be a wise decision as David has proved to be very proficient in the area of estate planning with a wealth of experience to draw on. I attribute this in large part because he has a sincere passion for this area of law and interest in providing his client the highest levels of satisfaction. He certainly made the process as easy as possible. Although our original plan was sufficient, there were items that David addressed in our updated version that will definitely add value. Andrew Merriman hands down is the best lawyer I've ever dealt with. After my brother died in Jan. of 2001 without a will I contacted several lawyers regarding his estate and decided to hire Andrew. He is prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had a lot going on at this time (I had another brother pass a few months later and parents in their 90's to take care of. Not to mention I live out of state) and I found Andrew to be patient and understanding during this difficult time. I also, found him to be fair, balanced, very professional in addition to being reasonably priced. I recommend Andrew without hesitation and am very happy with the services he provided.

In my opinion Andrew Merriman was the perfect representation I could have had during a time of crisis. Not only did he handle my custody case with great detail and care he was also able to guide and help me emotionally as a very young man going through one of the most difficult times in my life. Without his advice and counsel I do not know if my case would have turned out as favorable as it did and if I would have been able to be the father figure for my son I am today. Andrew Merriman saved my house from being foreclosed on. I didn't pay the mortgage for 17 months. Don't ask me how he did it. Spectacular job. In fact, I have used him for multiple legal issues and he always does a spectacular job, evictions, divorce, all handled, all wins from him for me. He is an honest lawyer and still a high-quality lawyer (impossible to find). Very alert in the courtroom. I still use him whenever something comes up.

Jeff Bloom is a whip smart, kind, compassionate attorney who is highly ethical and laser-focused on results for his clients and who understands the intricate nature of probate. I hired Jeffrey for a complicated probate case. My only regret is not finding him at the beginning of the case, which would have avoided the financial and emotional pitfalls of my case.

Mr. Slot handled a land contract default for me and did an excellent job. The very few things he had to research no doubt would have filled in the last dot. I would have no problem in having Mr. Slot handle any further legal problems that I may have arise.

Over the past several years Phillip has helped my company out in a few different capacities. He has been extremely helpful to us negotiating disputes and advising on contracts with both customers and suppliers. I have needed Phil's services to develop trial agreements for products and terms of service with our suppliers. I have occasionally needed his services again if they fail to deliver.
