When our mom passed, we contacted Bill. He had set up a trust for our parents. But they went to another attorney after that who revised the trust and left it in a real mess. Bill helped us navigate that and other legal tasks that needed to be addressed. He was kind and straightforward, guiding us to do what we could on our own and stepping in as we needed or wanted. Atty. James Frederick answered a question for me on Avvo and after several phone consultations, I hired him to assist with my father's small estate proceeding in Michigan. I don't live in Michigan, so my case needed special attention and constant contact at points. Over the course of 4 years (due to the nature of the case), Atty. Frederick was always available to me by phone, email, and also at one point readily agreed to travel 2 hours away to a hearing for the estate with minimal fuss. I was wary of handling the process remotely when my case started, but I can tell you that it was handled honestly, professionally, and for what I thought was a reasonable rate. If you are in the Livonia area (or anywhere in Michigan), and need any service that Atty. Frederick provides, you can not go wrong in at least speaking to him about it.

Estate planning can feel overwhelming when you are unsure of the process. Katrina came highly recommended as an Estate Planning attorney. She is very knowledgeable about the legalities of Estate Planning and spent time educating my husband and myself on different options for creating a Trust. Mike was incredibly prompt and attentive when he did my consult; I felt definitely heard out when explaining my situation and having to make some hard choices for my family, however Mike gave amazing advice to help guide me to a solution. Bert was very knowledgeable and help me thru this and appreciate his professional service to me.
I like the on the line system- modern technology is so amazing. I never had to drive to his office (like my ex-wife did- traveled 45 minutes each way to talk with her lawyer) to get access to him but did everything thru on line and telephone. Set up an appointment time slot on his schedule that he has available and then he calls you back at that time. Be organized and write down your content you want to cover as the time flies by quickly.
He was 4 times cheaper than the first lawyer I had a consultation with to see if I was going to hired her her

Without boring you with the specifics.. I was looking at a mandatory minimum of 2 years in prison. It all stemmed from a road rage incident FROM THE OTHER GUY. I defended myself from harm and even called 911. However, the man was most likely connected with the law enforcement community as there were 3 Michigan State Police cars outside my house when I arrived home. Needless to say, I was a little concerned. I needed a reputable criminal attorney that knew their stuff. I maintain my innocence, but try convincing the State Police and Prosecutor’s Office of that when they KNEW THE GUY (in my humble opinion.) I instantly hired Derrick George. I think I visited his office twice with information and statements about the incident. Now, I don’t know HOW he did it but Derrick George, Magic Man, stopped everything BEFORE the Prosecutor’s Office even looked at the incident. No trial. No pre-prosecution diversion, NOTHING! I even got a phone call from the State Police saying everything was fine. Mind you, that was after the original meeting when 3 state troopers were sweating me hard and searching my house, etc. I believe to this day that the phone call from them was a form of an apology for being overzealous. Without Derrick George on my side, who knows what might’ve happened. He is friendly, knowledgeable and most all CARING. His connections are undeniable. If you find yourself in a jam, don’t make a terrible mistake and hire a subpar attorney, hire somebody that has your back. Thank you Derrick. You are a life saver. Footnote: I fully support the Michigan State Police and all law enforcement in general.

From the moment I told Susan about my traffic ticket, I knew she was the one. She understood that I was embarrassed and she told me what the process would look like, the likely timetable, and whether I would have to be involved. A St. Patty's day slip up led me searching for a legal representative. Based on a friend's experience with this man in particular i contacted him. He was on time to our consultation. He then informed me his rates with the intention of not going to trial. Couple court appearances down the road he then decided it would be best to go to trial. His rate stayed the same therefore hes an honest and serious representative. In the end the case was totally dismissed. On the way out he then said, "A win for you is a win for me". Even though it was a insignificant case he handled it with total proessionalism and confidence. Made me feel alot more comfortable knowing he was there. 12/10 would recommend to anyone seeking legal advice/ representation.

I had to file a fraud /seller non-disclosure lawsuit last summer. After speaking with five attorneys and listened to their individual assessment, I knew Dominic was the right guy to take on the case. Judge Deborah Ford is an amazing person who really cares about her job and clients. She went above and beyond to help me with my case. She’s very nice, thoughtful, and one of the most beautiful people that you could ever meet from the outside and inside. I am a very skeptical person who has a difficult time placing trust in the hands of another, especially when the consequences of it is tied to a result in which I may have no control. My main goal in seeking the right attorney was to find one whose outlook demonstrated a strong moral and ethical compass, and was passionate in their career choice to both uphold and defend the law. I had interviewed several attorneys, who in my opinion, provided nothing more than typical sales pitches, and I became deeply discouraged.
That all changed when I came across Andrew Mayoras's bio, and then reached out to him. What I found in Andy was an attorney who honestly cared about his clients, who was determined to seek the truths, was not intimidated to challenge opposing counsel, weeded through the garbage of opposing counsels arguments, and applied the law appropriately and in accordance to my particular case. What I learned, is no matter what court situation you may find yourself involved in, it is never a pleasant experience. However, when you have confidence in your lawyer, such as I found with Andy Mayoras and other members within his law firm, I fully trusted that my position was going to be zealously represented in an upstanding and professional way. Andy did NOT disappoint!!

My mom highly recommends the legal services of Jason Negri. (She does not have a computer for posting this review.) Recently Jason completed several amendments to my mom's living trust. She was quite particular about just what she wanted and what her concerns were. Jason was so very patient, listening carefully, meeting with her several times both in person and on the phone, drafting and redrafting until she was satisfied. The wording had to be finely honed, and Jason had the sensitivity, insight, flexibility, and expertise to formulate just what was needed. Mom feels confident these amendments will stand up to any legal challenge, should one arise, and this assurance gives her (and me!) great peace of mind. An IRS Criminal Investigator came snooping around my house and began asking me a lot of alarming questions. The investigator had a badge and a gun! Basically he was not welcomed into my house. The Tax Attorneys at 1-800-LAW-FIRM calmed me down. The tax attorneys told me that an IRS criminal investigator investigates tax crimes and helps prosecute tax crimes. I was very disturbed by the IRS coming to my house. I thought I might be able to talk myself out of the problem but the tax attorneys told me this was a bad idea. The Attorneys talked to the Investigator and after some negotiation the problem went away. That’s all I can really say about this but the Attorneys did a good job and I did not go to jail.

IRS sent me letters saying I had to pay them back for a big tax refund I got. I was shocked because I did not get any type of refund. I could not figure out what was going on and I was scared. So I started calling some people to figure out what to do. My CPA referred me to Federal Tax Defense at 1-800-LAW-FIRM – I had about a 20 minute conversation with one of the Tax guru’s over there who totally knew what I was going thru. I completed the paperwork and they called the IRS for me and explained what was going on. It seemed fairly easy to them but very complicated to me. The Tax Defense team got the IRS to begin an investigation on my case and all the crazy letters stopped. Now I am able to move forward because the identity theft defense was granted by the IRS – my Lawyers won. I’m glad I retained a Tax Defense team who knew what they were doing. I made a good decision and their customer service was very good. Thank you.

I had tried myself, and it was turned down. Over fairly small things I didn't realize would be an issue or I would have done things differently. So it was recommended to me to talk to him. SO glad I did. He is VERY focused on details. Which is needed or you can get rejected for simple things. So he made sure everything was together, and any detail that could be potentially questioned was backed up with info on it so the secretary of state could have a full and accurate picture of everything. He was amazing from start to finish. He also is very to the point on what may be looked at as an issue and to let you know ahead of time so if you do get questioned on certain things you know what to expect. Also, very easy to reach and stays in contact throughout the process and gets back to any call or email quickly. He is very invested in presenting the best case possible for his clients and does care about his clients- rare from my experience with lawyers. He is amazing and very good at what he does.

Mr. Langscheid is truly the best there is out there, for what he does. He has been doing this for a long, long time... And is so good in fact, that he does it all by himself and isn't part of a group. He doesn't need to be, that's how successful he is at winning cases. His attention to detail when it comes to catching errors in paperwork and cross examining a story so all the pieces fit correctly in the case before being put before a hearing officer or judge, is astounding. He caught details that even my husband and I didn't catch, and it was our own case and paperwork, our hopes and dreams at stake. Most lawyers just leave it up to you to not make any errors, take your money and word for it, file whatever you give them and don't check anything... Putting you at risk to lose your case. Not to mention they are very hard to get ahold of, don't respond for weeks or follow up, and are likely to allow their personal opinons get in the way of their client's chances of success, because they develop certain attitudes when it comes to places or events surrounding your case. Not Mr. Langscheid. He is very attentive, responds quickly within a few days at most, answers his phone if for some reason you have a question or concern, and is dead serious when it comes to winning your case. When you are serious and ready to find the one who will help you get your DL back, call him. Be prepared to be completely honest about your story on the intake call with him. He will not take your first payment if he doesn't feel like the case can be won, and if anybody can win your case, it's him only. Don't omit any nasty details or try to smooth things over on the intake call, because if you do that you'll only be fooling yourself and he needs to realistically know the absolute truth before any money is taken. At some point all the dirty details will need to come out anyway and nobody needs to put themselves or others in that position for failure.
After 13 years of being without a DL, a few days ago my husband went to the DMV and got his license back thanks to Mr. Langscheid. All I can say is be prepared to be sober and honest, do EXACTLY what he tells you to do without argument, and remember that he has your best interest in mind. If you do that, you will get your license back.
