Mr. Petersen is extremely knowledgable in consumer debt collection and consumer collection cases. Hired this attorney for an aggressive debt collector that had incorrectly reported to credit report and was calling continually, violating several laws. He was able to quickly resolve the issue and represent me in the court case. He thoroughly understands and defends consumer rights against these companies that will try to bully you while they knowingly violate laws, and I had utmost confidence in his handling he case. He is on your side as a consumer, and fee structure was very fair. I have hired numerous attorneys over the years for different needs, and for consumer collection and litigation he is the best I've hired, can't recommend enough.

I left a message for Mr. Banks and he called me back promptly. I explained to him my situation regarding my apartment lease and the fact that they would not let me sublet when it stated on my lease I could do so. He was extremely helpful and patient with me and gave me excellent advice. I contacted many other lawyers who did not call me back or did not want to hear my story. Jennifer placed me in the best job I’ve ever had. My worst day at my current job is 100 times better than the best day at my last job. I reached out to this office over a month ago, I filled out a form they wanted of my situation on 9/4/2024 and it was a back and forth with the assistant saying the attorney was going to reach out to me and this never happened.. I was patiently waiting and waiting weeks passed by and I still was not hearing from no one until she would see an email from me then she would reach out and tell me the attorney is going to call you (which never happened) and stated that she would reply to my email… last thing I heard 2 weeks ago from the assistant was that the attorney was already reviewing my situation and I should get a call from him soon, she was going to ask the attorney a question and call me back with an answer and that never happened, so I went back on the waiting game.. on 10/21 I finally receive an email from them stating they are unable to assist me.. I’m beyond upset because I’ve been waiting for over a month now just for them to tell me they can’t even assist me, I wish someone would of reached out sooner so that I could of just started looking for another attorney that can help.. this was such a waste of time and was very unprofessional..

I've never had a situation arise where I needed a lawyer, but, at the end of 2023 that changed. I reached out to Landers & Sternberg (by way of strong recommendations in the Orlando area from other friends), still a bit hesitant because again, I've never needed legal representation and I kept second guessing myself. But once I gave my statement to Parker & further explained the situation, he ensured me that I HAD been wronged and made me feel strong in both my self and my decision. There was no need for any escalation or court hearings, as Landers & Sternberg presented the facts and did not budge-at all. Things got down to, minutes before I was to sign an agreement or receive no settlement, AND STILL, we didn't waiver. I was so confident in my legal representation, that I was willing to get nothing for the sake of principal and not budging on our stated facts. And wouldn't you know....A MINUTE before the deadline for me to sign an agreement/settlement offer that was essentially a slap in the face, we were emailed another agreement offer & we got what was deserved!! I will never forget how empowering & strong in my voice this made me feel. THANK YOU Landers & Sternberg for fighting for others!!

I hired them cause they were all I could afford after my ex walked out with our savings account. They managed to get the job done but they're were condescending, barely communicated, canceled phone meetings if they just didn't feel like answering my questions, didn't keep me appraised of the progress and were rude and nasty and belligerent when I followed up. They seemed to care more about being buddies with my ex's lawyer than representing me fairly and fighting for me. It was a traumatic divorce already made worse by their attitude. If you can afford any other lawyer, do it. Don't use these guys unless you like being abused and are really desperate for your divorce to be finalized (I was).

Mr. Seagle handled condo HOA dispute in past on fees owed by me owner. His company had property in land trust. He had never received any meeting, bylaws, notices etc. from them as the trustee. I would not think twice about reccommending Daniel to anyone who has been in a car accident or is having any sort of issue with their insurance company. Daniel has represented both my wife and I in a car accident as well as a home insurance claim where our insurance company originally denied our claim where a water pipe bursted in our home!
