In my matter, I contacted Cooper when a new neighbor intentionally placed their fence onto my dad's property. Even after calling the police, this neighbor persisted in trespassing. Attorney Cooper and I had a thorough consult call that explore the facts, law, and strategy of the matter. A demand letter was issued, and a reasonable response was received from the owner regarding their wrongful placement of the fence. Now we our monitoring their efforts to get the fence moved back to its correct location. Great attorney -- reach out to him!

I have been fighting with HOA (Managed by one bulk owner, multi billion dollar company) for 3 years now, just to make them do the right thing, and they ignored me, filing a complaint to the state of Florida did not work.
I finally decided to spend some money and hire an attorney, I live in Gainesville 2 hours away and just spoke to David over the phone.
He studied my case and wrote such a letter to HOA that I received a phone call from them begging to negotiate, They ended up paying my legal fees plus a $5000 damages just for me to drop the case, and made promise to fix the issue for future, Out of goodness for the community I accepted the offer and we are watching them now, Otherwise David was willing to go ahead and educate them on our rights,

I was referred to Attorney Anthony from (Legal Shield DSK-Law). After 3 Lawyers referred by Legal Shield. A consultation was done. He listened to my concerns and excepted my case in reference a "Warranty Deed & Sale of my property". Once I provided the documentation the ball was rolling...! Mr. Petersen is extremely knowledgable in consumer debt collection and consumer collection cases. Hired this attorney for an aggressive debt collector that had incorrectly reported to credit report and was calling continually, violating several laws. He was able to quickly resolve the issue and represent me in the court case. He thoroughly understands and defends consumer rights against these companies that will try to bully you while they knowingly violate laws, and I had utmost confidence in his handling he case. He is on your side as a consumer, and fee structure was very fair. I have hired numerous attorneys over the years for different needs, and for consumer collection and litigation he is the best I've hired, can't recommend enough.

I'm glad I hired Phil because he just what I needed during a very challenging and tough divorce case and after using a previous attorney to no avail. He was attentive to my situation, was very patient, and understood that there is an extremely important emotional, personal component which surrounds the client and in which he was able to deeply and competently empathize with. Mr. Seagle handled condo HOA dispute in past on fees owed by me owner. His company had property in land trust. He had never received any meeting, bylaws, notices etc. from them as the trustee. Larry was referred to me by another Orlando Lawyer who told me Larry had soundly beat him in a collections case. I have found Larry to be an excellent litigator with a sound understanding of the law and good writing skills. Larry is very personable and will tell you up front if he is the right lawyer for your particular problem. I call Larry often for his opinion and advice on all kinds of matters. Over the years I have referred my friends to Larry because I know he is honest and will do a good job.
Most recently, I told Larry about a problem I had with a lender on a commercial property. Larry suggested a chapter 11 bankruptcy (reorganization) for the property in order to force the lender to negotiate the loan and stop a foreclosure. He jumped right on it, stopped the foreclosure, negotiated down the lenders legal fees (from $10,000 to $3,000) and got my plan approved. Today I still own the building, the loan is reinstated and I have equity in the property.

I would not think twice about reccommending Daniel to anyone who has been in a car accident or is having any sort of issue with their insurance company. Mr. Fong helped us with an issue with our builder/hoa penalizing us with legal fees unjustly. He was very knowledgeable and assured us we would be in the clear. He kept us in the loop and always followed up with us and the builder/hoa when they dropped the ball. In the end we received a 3-round apology and fees were dropped.
