He handled a negotiation and contract review for me. I could always reach him on the phone, he met his deadlines, and he made me feel like my business was important to him. He ended up saving me tens of thousands of dollars in the deal. His fees were very reasonable compared to other attorneys with similar expertise.

I am the president of the Home Owners Association at Ridge Manor Co-Op and I had to contact Mr. Perry to help us with the rent increase that the Co-Op gave us for 2014. He came to our meeting two different time and helped us a lot. The first notice was for $ 33.00 rent increase, we just had the negotiation committee meeting on December 2, 2013 and was able to get it lowered to $ 10.00 for 2014, No increase for 2015 and a $ 5.00 increase for 2016. I do nor believe this could have been done without his help. I would recommend him to anyone that needs an attorney.

Vanessa is intelligent, hardworking, and knows the law very well. She was able to help me identify several corner cases in my communications and negotiate a civil contract matter with a lot of specific and unusual circumstances, and she was able to do it incredibly fast (because it was time sensitive). I contacted Mr. Cersine regarding my divorce. He gave great advice, listened to what I wanted (while giving me reality checks when needed), and was incredibly prompt with returning my calls and setting up meetings. Ed reviewed a contract that I had been using and found a number of areas that were deficient. He rewrote it for me quickly and it's now become the standard contract that I use in my business. Donna Chesteen is extremely analytical and deliberate in her approach. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the law. She is honest, compassionate, genuine and worked very hard for us. She made us feel comfortable throughout what was an extremely stressful process. She kept us informed as to what was happening at all times, and she made her self available by responding quickly to our emails. In running a business you have to have an attorney who understands and specializes in contracts. We trust her implicitly and will never sign another contract without her guidance. She saved us from over-paying twelve thousand dollars to just one vendor alone. I would highly recommend her. She is a very rare find.

I was referred to attorney Randesh Maharaj through a friend of mine. I have to admit, I was skeptical in the beginning. Attorney Maharaj turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. He helped me get through my case with ease, as it was a painful time of my life. I contacted Ms Freitas for a land contract, I have done several real estate transactions in the past, but this contract as so seller biased I had never seen anything like it. Ms Freitas reviewed the contract pointed out a lot of very detailed concerns. I was on a very tight deadline she reviewed and had it back in 48 hours on a holiday weekend no less. Will definitely use again.

I got into a bad work related car accident back in November 2023 and from the start Steve and Lynelle were on the ball and answered every question I had. In August I found out a lawsuit has been filed against me. It was in regards to a very emotional and sensitive matter, plus having never been sued before I was nervous. I got recommendations from lawyer and court employee friends, and looked up lawyers on Google. I contacted Mr. Turner about a possible civil law & defamation case. Mr. Turner was very prompt about returning correspondence. He was quite knowledgeable and informative in his response.
As a physician, i deal with many attorneys (typical personal injury lawyers), but i found Mr. Turner to be insightful, honest, kind and not pushy. He seems like a very caring individual to me.
If the need arises, i plan on using Mr. Turner again and if someone asks me for a referral in the civil law department, Mr. Turner would in fact get my referral as i do recommend him.
