Had a case that was long 2013 case settled in june13 2017 here we are in january5 2018 and they have not paid me ive been calling ever since lady tells me its becuase of a lein which i have confirmed has been paid since july then she wouldnt take my calls and put me in touch with book keeper which told me it was cause doctor hasnt responded then i called him next day to question charges and from one day to next he tells me ok doctor has been paid how is that possible if he has to make check and he would need time to cash it on my charges was a 8000 depo charge which someone who works for law has suggested noone pays that much even if there was a doctor present which there wasnt. Went to see them right before Christmas cause i had been calling for my money the guy said the bank was holding check cause of the doctors 5000 bill then he said as a favor to me he would give me a 10000 check which i took cause i took out a loan which im paying intrest for i let him know this he said he would get them to pay intrest although i dont know who is them that are paying intrest all this time it was me calling and staying in touch trying to get paid from my position i csn honestly say these guys are taking advantage becuase i am a immigrant and my lack of knowledge of how this works is obvious to them i have 3 people that work for law firms and tell me this should not be anyone looking for a lawyer should concider my experience if they do this to me it could be anyone else my next step to take is to file a grievance and see if they can help me collect my own money that i suffered and still do

My family engaged Jacqueline in January to represent us in a CPS investigation after a young relative was placed under a 30-day safety plan. This was our first interaction with CPS. We wanted to use employer-provided services for evaluations and therapy rather than the more onerous services demanded by CPS. CPS threatened numerous times to move the child into foster care. They also threatened a legal motion to participate in their services. They even claimed that they didn't have to talk to a legal representative. We would never have been able to navigate this process without Jacqueline, who is an expert not only in the law, but in the ways that CPS will try to manipulate and threaten. Jacqueline made the case that CPS services and involvement were not needed beyond the 30 days. This was successful, and as of 3 months later, CPS has taken no further action. Jacqueline will fight for you and execute a plan with the highest probability of success. She will navigate the maze of CPS that you can’t see. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend Jacqueline.

So far so good! In a way I feel like I had ptsd coming into this custody case for my children. I was scared at every turn and worried about every detail. Carolina Cano has been such a tremendous help. She answered every email and text and so did Mr Ruiz when he felt the need to step in. This has been a rough case on my children, and I seem to have a new question every day, and they both have been able to guide me and tell me exactly what to do and not to do. Please know that despite Mr McKinney's present overwhelming situation, he took the time to respond to me on Google and with an email. I’m not even sure where to begin here. I’ve never received better service except at an Olive Garden. lol Rosenblatt law firm is the Olive Garden of law firms. I initially reached out to Thomas J Henry they referred me to Rosennlatt as an affiliate. At first I was worried, (one would even say, I was petrified) usually when your referred, not to play on words you feel like you were deferred or offloaded even. I worked with Counsilor Ms. Chinonso Osonma. From the get go, Ms. Osonma and the staff she worked with offered their best course of action, were professional, even when it came to delivering bad news in my case, I ran into that. “Case” pun intended. Even without able to accomplish what I portrayed to her of what my goals were, she offered to assist in ways I didn’t even consider for my situation. She was resourceful and was even kind enough to do a bit of pro bono work on my case. I would gladly give this firm my funds if I needed help in the future and then some if I could. I nerd out for law firms since watching Suits on USA lol and it wasn’t yelling in a court room, but their firm did offer the best that they could and I feel should have a very high standing in the legal community. Thank you very much Counsilor Chi and the staff your worked with, Ms. Sandra Rodriguez, Ms. Maria, and unfortunately the former to the firm Ms. Monica, I can’t thank you enough for the support in my probate matter(:!!!! I had an appointment today 8/12/2024 with Ailena Serna @10am I called in to inform them I was running 10 minutes late. The receptionist said it was okay to go ahead and come in. I Drove 35 minutes one way to the location only to be told that Ailena had a “ligation emergency” and could not see us. Receptionist claimed that they did not have my number to call me back to cancel due to their phone system messing up and waited for me to make the drive into their office, although this appointment was scheduled a week and half ago, having my contact information.
Nevertheless they offered to reschedule an appointment in another 5 days.
In my opinion Rosenblatt law firm is unorganized, has poor communication, and lacks professionalism. I do not recommend wasting your time as they do not take their clients and their time seriously.

The first lawyer who sat down on a Saturday night on his own time to dissect our case and get full knowledge of what has happened over 6 years. I got sole custody as a father and since mom wanted to play games he got the court to award attorney fees. The case was so solid she did not even show up for fear of incarceration.
If you want a lawyer who will trim the fat and present your case with everything a Judge will want, your hearing could last all of 10 minutes and finally your nightmare could be over. Mr. Jass really knows his way around the Texas court system.

Just spoke to this law firm, I would not reconnect this law firm. Stay far away. Their first duty is to the court, if a judge tells any one of their lawyers not to wear a certain suit again they will bend over backwards. Their duty is not in the best interest of the child but to the court first! Do not hire this firm, they will not argue your case in court. They will let the judge violate your rights and help them do it. When I heard this from their attorney during the consultation I immediately asked where is the duty to your client and the best interest of the child? She hung up. When a lawyers says their first duty is to the court that means you should run! Don’t be to quick to hire an attorney, look around ask questions because lawyers like these will backstab their clients!

Hi Debra Rodriguez and Sandra Sanchez I'm going thru the same stuff I haven't seen my son since last year on Christmas. So my child's father got bac wit his girl ive been going through hell and back and shes very controlling and manipulative she controls my child's father and his mom she gots my Iphone number blocked since last year in November. And so the girlfriend told me she told my babydaddy to only update me by sending 1 pick of my son once every Monday. So I'm so fed up and need her out my sons life for good. And she's a mother her own self but helping them keep my son away so ive been having emotional distress for months and no peace I cries here and there wondering and my son non verbal and gots special needs so he can't defend himself if something happens to him while he's with them So I've called so many professional people over months and still nothing because of the retainer fee I can't pay. So I desperately need help to have a family law lawyer to help me win and loose.
