Brandi N. Aguillon RESTORED my faith in the family court system. I had screened several attorneys looking for someone who could help me through a difficult family court issue. Other attorneys advised me to wait and see BUT Brandi was able to give me a practical solution AND deliver the result I need and more. While I pray I NEVER need a family attorney again if I do I will ONLY work with her. She had a fair retainer and fees, consistent communication, was knowledgeable, and set realistic expectations from the begging (under promise over deliver) If you need an attorney that will SOLVE your case (even when you feel like TX is a mother state and for women) she will make sure you are seen and heard and the relationship with your kids is unscathed.

I've been using this law firm For At least 11 years, they always respond fast, they're reliable and Honest; they always tell you if there's any issues or if you need any kind of paperwork to improve or move forward with your case. I personally never had any negative experiences. I would highly recommend them for any kind of Immigration case. This was my first lawsuit. We started the case in 11/04 and settled it on 06/10/06.
There were some frustrations and anger along the way and in particular, if we should settle the case or go to trial and also regarding the settlement amount. Furthermore, I had some frustrations with the on-going detailed account of my personal property removed and personal history.
As with many lawsuits, the defendant did not want to accept liablity and did not want to pay. When the defendant is a company and the plaintiff is an individual with limited funds, the defendant will delay the case as long as possible.
We decided to settle the case since we never know what the jury will award and the defendant could appeal and continue to delay the outcome and add more costs to the case.
I also had another attorney review my attorney during the highest level of my frustration in March/April 2006..
To conclude, my attorney did his job reasonable well and settling the case was the right thing to do. When both sides are not happy with the settlement amount, then it was probably the right amount.

Nos deben ayudar solamente buscan su propio beneficio y all final solo me terminaron diciendo q antes agradezca q nos quedó algo, nos engañaron dilatación en cada llamada q siempre están ocupado y prácticamente se enviaron los dineros a gastos médicos y a ellos y de 30 mil dólares solo nos dan 4200 y adicional debo pagar otras cuentas q por negligencia no las agregaron a la cuenta total y yo debo pagar mas. De 1500 dólares ya voy a cumplir 1. A while back I was in need of a lawyer to handle a tax issue I was having. I must admit that it literally kept me up at night, and seemed impossible to overcome. I can't say enough good things about everyone at Graham Family Law, I wish I had known about them and how good they are before I hired the firm across the street. I hired Rob Biggers with Graham Family Law after I had to fire the Attorney I went to first for her negligence and failure to actually work my case. Without Rob's help I would be homeless right now. NO JOKE. Rob is an outstanding Attorney that will always respond and not leave you hanging and wondering what's going on. He is also well versed with the obstacles and challenges with OPM and the facilitation of changes named in the Final Decree that are faced by Civilians working for or retired from the Federal Government.
Another great thing about Graham Family Law is their receptionist Courtney is awesome. When she says she'll get something done, it GETS done. She is on top of everything and is also one of the nicest persons you will ever meet.
In short, I don't believe you will find a better team to help you should you find yourself in the horrible thing called divorce.

Highly recommended this law firm to handle any and all of your family law matters. They will work tirelessly to achieve your goals. I personally retained this law firm on several occasions because I knew that they wanted to win just as much as I did. If you’re fortunate enough to retain Mr. Biggers you will more than likely win your case as he is by far what I would say a very knowledgeable attorney and will go to great lengths to achieve your goals! I hardly ever do these reviews so it goes to show how much I appreciate their dedication and results. Do yourself a favor and one, let them handle the stress and two, you won’t break the bank with this law firm. 10/10 would recommend!

Extremely rude. I made an appointment with anticipation, I took the day off of work to be there on time because it’d have had been about a 45 minute trip. One of the attorneys called me about an hour before my appointment, as we were driving towards their office. After we had already paid for a baby sitter. She told us that she was going to give us the appointment via phone. She asked if it was ok? I said well I took the day off. To which she replied” it’ll be more efficient over the phone “. Well she told us she was going to call us at 1pm after waiting for 24 minutes on her phone call I decided to call to check on my appointment. She answered like if nothing had happened. So I explained my case she told me “there’s nothing we can do for you just go outside the country for 10 years, do it the right way” then as I was saying “thank you for the consultation and your time” she hung up on me in the middle of the sentence. Wasn’t expecting such a rude person. Terrible experience

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely THE problem when it comes to attorneys this day and age.(maybe it’s just with men). If you want a game where you're being strung along and billed forever playing the rollercoaster game with you and your children's life instead of evidence being presented in a costly/timely and empathetic manner THIS IS YOUR GUY. Mr. Bancroft, i just got off the phone with you where you hung up on me stating that I’m threatening you. Get over your ego and realize that your business as a practicing attourney needs realignment. I wrote you about a standing invoice you provided totaling to less than the amount that Ive paid to you months prior with no response. After speaking to your paralegal, then being transferred to your “billing dept.” and speaking to them I was provided with a newer invoice…..with newer charges, where whomever was working before had originally just simply “forgot to send me the invoice”….what a convenient coincidence. After speaking with her, I was transferred to you where I had a conversation with your ego. Well, from the little guy(s) down here Mr. Bancroft, do whats right and fabricating invoices to skip out on paying balances owed on any moneys paid to you for the services that you DID NOT PROVIDE are just not that. Client paid $1750 in retainer fees(half of your 3500 to get the case started) and had to chase said attourney down for enquiries with little to no communications outside of ones that were initiated by me/client, INCLUDING in person conversation with YOU where I unexpectedly paid a visit to your office in August after I could not successfully contact anyone and asked about a status of my case. You did not recall my case by name until we went to your office and you searched my name.(keep in mind, this is three months after contracting). Attourney invoicing per attourney-client portals all state work for balance of $753, with latest payment from client being $631 in October.(this never happened, only payment made was the initial one and didn't make another due to subpar and in my opinion MALPRACTICAL, I'm aware that isn't an official word, service). After a few months of calling and majorly being placed on hold, back and forth’s with promises of returned calls or motions with paralegals, multiples of them and finally being frustrated with the reality of paying an attourney and not being fought for……while fighting a vindictive situation with my children as a GREAT DAD I asked for an explanation stating that if I did not hear anything as ai had been I wanted to discontinue services and be refunded via message inside of the client portal, I THEN was given a response…..but not with accountability, not with a plan of action, not to communicate any valuable evidence or structured plan of action, but to speak downward of me on the “dismal” months of non-payment……….ultimately this attourney demanded I paid him his past due amount, in addition to totals for mediations that hadn't even been had yet to avoid him WITHDRAWING. Needless to say I attended the mediation PRO SE, paid the mediator directly. I’m now on maximum state mandated child support and standard visitation for the children I equally raised because the relationship did not work out with their mother…finally divorced none the less. All of the evidence in the world to fight that good fight never presented, never saw a represented court setting, money just wasted and thank GOD I demanded a standard or it could have been MUCH MUCH worse financially. Contracted with this attourney on 5/24/2024….attourney withdrew as of 11/5/2024, yet they have still attempted to withdraw payment from my bank as of latest, 12/19/2024…….this was my SECOND attourney over a course of what I recall as a 3 year nightmare……I can confidently say, this is whats wrong with the family law system! Will edit with photo documentation when I have time.

As a retired veteran , I would give Alex Salazar 10 stars if I could. The staff at Law Office of Steven C Benkelaw offices are the absolute best. I had made a call for a quick consult before the office almost closed. The reception was great in having Alex call me after hours. I had felt really threatened that my kids would leave on a trip and not come back. After the phone call I went to go see him for an initial consult and we discussed my case further. I had consulted other law offices for about a month and felt I needed to Go with Mr Salazar after being repeatedly harassed my spouse.
I feel he went above & beyond in the separation agreement proceedings with a mentally abusive narcissistic. Between Mr Salazar and Stacy Hernandez they made the situation the best it could possibly be. I would NOT recommend Enrique Alex Salazar, he charged me a $200 consultation fee to go over an issue. At the end of the consultation meeting, I told him I would like to hire him so therefore he asks me for documents he would like to see and will remove the $200 consultation fee if hired.
I’ve called him and texted him and has yet to replied. I called his office and his secretary told me that he is too busy to take my case, but I guess he wasn’t too busy to take my $200 consultation money. Even the receipt reads that it’s a refundable consultation fee
