The team let us know up front how much services would cost and honored the reasonable fee through completion of wills and other documents. We experienced no fee growth. They challenged us develop a line of succession beyond our nuclear family. They also took time to answer our many questions related to estates in Washington State. We would not hesitate to use them in the future. We would describe this firm as kind, caring, comfortable, professional, efficient and trustworthy.

Give us incorrect information told my husband he could get up to a 1/3 good time if he took the deal but it was only 10% good time which is a big difference And we asked to make sure he could see our girls when he was in and never told us that regardless of whether that’s put in the J and S DOC gets to do whatever they want and so now he has not got to see our girls at all… Should’ve went with a public defender

A partner in our LLC Company recently sold his shares to a company located in The Netherlands. The whole negotiating and legal process took over a year. Ron and his firm are not only an excellent law firm but also compassionate and caring. September 12th, 2022 police arrived at my door to tell me they were investigating sexual claims made against me, outlandish as they were I immediately panicked because as everyone knows, once these rise against you, you’re pretty much screwed. I immediately reached out to any attorney and was recommended Vindicate law, I spoke to the receptionist and explained the case and was assigned Carrie Fulton Brown. She accepted my case. The path to freedom was long and arduous. After the arraignment they told me I was facing 60 years in prison. Many continuations later, my anxiety and stress were at an all time high. Me and Carrie never really talked to each other about the case itself except a few times as my case was entirely hearsay, but because of the fact that it was from a minor the case was stacked against me 10 fold. Communication with Carrie was very rough, as most people sitting in the hot seat just want a shred or a glimmer of positivity but Carrie did NOT deliver on that front in the slightest. But that was okay, because she was dedicated to working against the state in a screwed up system. Most of the beginning of my case I knew most people and even Carrie didn’t believe me when I say I didn’t do it. Later on I passed 3 polygraph tests trying to prove I didn’t do it, and only after the 3rd one when I passed it with the actual prosecutor / State did Carrie tell me she strongly believes I didn’t do it. She gave me the best options to follow forward and going to trial with a minors words against mine was bleak, Carrie fought for the best outcome, I served 0 days in jail, no fees or Fines, Didn’t have to sign a sexual registry, all 4 counts were dropped to a Class C Abuse of a child. And 1 year of DOC Probation in which I spent 3 weeks on before the DOC discharged me from probation saying my crime didn’t fit criteria of having probation as I was a zero risk person and this was the only thing I’ve ever gotten on my record.
All said and done, I’m glad Carrie pulled through for me and allowed me to stay out of prison and remain with my family and to continue working she’s a tough person to understand and rough around the edges when talking to her but she’s nothing but business which is what you want in an attorney. Thanks Carrie for giving me my life back! 60 years was a long time to be away.

I am absolutely appalled by the complete lack of professionalism and utter disregard for my situation shown by Carrie Fulton Brown from this Law Group. I entrusted her with my case, believing her promises of dedicated representation, and instead, I received nothing but empty words and an empty bank account. She happily accepted my retainer, and then proceeded to do absolutely nothing. During the 6 months period she was my attorney, before her withdrawal, phone calls went unanswered, meetings/appointments were canceled for no apparent reasons. No investigations were done on my case, she did not interview no witnesses, and the so called ”victim“. Furthermore, Carrie had the audacity to tell me I was borderline harassing her by calling her and her incompetent paralegal Lisa too much. She literally took my money and vanished into thin air. Carrie Fulton Brown is a trash of attorney. I suffered significantly due to her inaction, and I was left feeling completely abandoned and betrayed. I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring her to look elsewhere. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the immense frustration and disappointment. She is a disgrace to the legal profession.

When I retired in 2014 for health reasons, I had an implant patient with chronic maxillary sinusitis, but unrated to her implants. She found an attorney that thought he could make this my problem and this is when I met Mr. deMaine, Through four years (4 years is not unusual, in fact it takes over a year to schedule the trial), Mr. deMaine was part intellectual, part psychologist--being sued is traumatic emotionally and inter-personally for your entire family. Mr. deMaine took every opportunity to make sure I was healthy and not abused by the legal process. Mr. deMaine worked tirelessly to get me the best--even famous--expert witness testimony which supported my professional decisions and treatments. Mr. deMaine explained the 'system' to me in great detail and took much time to prepare me for deposition and trial. At no time did Mr. deMaine give me false hope or hyperbole, but reasonable expectations. What I appreciated most about Mr. deMaine, was his explanation that being sued in court by a jury of my peers, has nothing to do with facts and my reliance on being 'right,' has nothing to do with the court process and 'guilt' is more of a subjective process. Two months before my scheduled trial, Mr. deMaine visited the enemy's expert specialist across state and through his most professional preparation, basically demonstrated every point this expert had put to paper, was wrong. The case was dismissed and no trial was required. Needless to say, Mr. deMaine is one of few hero's I have met in my life.

In the courtroom, in large part due to his preparation and thorough understanding of the case at hand, he was completely at ease and unflappable. We had the misfortune of hiring an inexperienced contractor to remodel our bathroom. He was very unprofessional and didn't quite know how to do a remodel. We paid him a lot of money but got shoddy workmanship in return. He sued us in Small Claims Court for a final payment of $1280.00 but we were fortunate to have found Jean Bouffard to defend us. Jean had the lawsuit transferred to Superior Court and we sued the contractor for breach of contract. The case was a mess of facts and figures but Jean was able to sort it out and win a judgement of $21,030 for us including attorney fees. We are very happy with her professionalism, knowledge and demeanor.

I hired Russell in the Fall of 2013 to represent me in a multi million dollar securities fraud lawsuit. The lawsuit came to an end in the Fall of 2015 after a three week trial by jury in which we prevailed on all counts.
I cannot say enough good things about Russell Knight! He is very through and organized. He took well over 5000 pages of documents and testimony, wove it into a story that the jury could understand and lead them day by day to the final outcome. Russell is as steady as they come. Do not let his boyish face and soft demeanor fool you. I guarantee that he will not let anyone take advantage of him or the situation.
Most importantly, the jury really liked Russell. After the verdict, both sides sat down with a couple of the jurors to get their feedback. They stated that Russell had presented a full, concise, believable story, which they appreciated.
If you have a large case, which this was, and need an attorney that will spend whatever time is necessary and keep you informed every step of the way, you cannot do better than Russell Knight.
Obviously, I highly recommend Russell and the entire Smith Alling firm!

Dallas said this is how it would happen! We always paid our bills on
time but the writing was on the wall with this economy. He filed `-got rid of our debt..kept our cars and house and reasonable lifestyle.
Too many people wait to file after they fail......if you see the writing on
the wall do it now and file with Dallas. AT that point he can protect your assets. He covers all bases very well. He really knows bankruptcy law!!
You will need to be on top of your paperwork and assignments. He does not hold your hand.

In one case, Steve negotiated and drafted all legal documents related to a transaction with Netherlands-based multi-national company and involved another nine individual share holders. Involved property transfer, leases, and a myriad of other complex issues. We've handled plenty of contracts before and managed to keep from getting ourselves screwed but Neal was able to take a lot of tangled, convoluted copyright issues and streamline our agreement into something coherent and mutual. Most importantly for us, he was able to keep pace with the awkward and unpredictable timing that characterized our negotiations. He exposed the sort of risky nuances that allow you to appreciate the difference a law degree makes. Thomas was referred to my wife and I regarding an insurance claim problem we were haveing. We had complied to all of the Insurance requests for the past 10 months, but we were not haveing any luck in settling the claims.
Once we talked to Thomas, and the time we were offered a settlement was two weeks.

Ms. Johnson helped me when I had a dispute with my literary agent. I felt I could no longer effectively communicate with her so she stepped in and helped out. Ms. Johnson reviewed my contract, clearly pointed out its inconsistencies and what we could do to come to a resolution.

Mark is an exceptional attorney. I had a business lawsuit that 2 different lawyers turned down because they said it was not winnable. I had a very complicated case involving a non-compete and was in a bad place with an ex-employer who set me up to fail. I had started my business and was in dire straits until I met with Mark.
