I had an issue with my landlord; my apartment flooded, and despite my repeated attempts at contact, the landlord did nothing about it, so I was forced to hire a company to come deal with my flooded apartment. The landlord then falsely claimed it was my responsibility to pay the bill, despite clear language in the lease that it was their responsibilty because I hired this company without their permission, even though I only had to do this because they weren't doing anything themselves!
After months of not being able to resolve this, I finally sought out Mr. Wolbers. He took my case immediately, on a totally reasonable contingency. The entire duration of the case he was prompt, polite, personable, and professional. He did everything I wanted, and more, and I just now received my settlement for the dispute, for the entire amount I was asking for, including all the legal fees I had paid!
I would recommend Mr. Wolbers to anyone who asked, I can't think of any way he could have handled my case better.

Any attorney with Ashby Davis' track record who will answer his cell phine 90% of the time is truly a "rare find" these days. I cannot praise Ashby's assistance to the heights to which he deserves! My vocabulary doesn't have enough superlative words to adequately portray how wonderful he was in handling my legal "woes". He was wonderful in every aspect of this awful "experience with a terrible moving company" concerning the moving company's destruction/"loss"(think THEFT) of my property which had supposedly been in air-conditioned storage for over two (2) years --( I was moving from my home on Marco Island, Fl to Gulf, County,Fl and required storage as I was building a new home). The moving company was AWFUL, but with Ashby's skillful work and handling of my case, I was able to receive a much higher settlement from the moving company than I ever would have without his representation. I have had occasion to deal with lawyers throughout my life--in fact, my daddy had an LLB from Cumberland Law School ( class of 1934) and received a J.D. (as you know- a Doctor of Jurisprudence) at a later time--although daddy only did Pro Bono work since he was primarily a businessman and farmer in Florida and Alabama. Anyway, Because I have been around "legal stuff" my whole life, I really appreciate when I encounter someone like Ashby who is knowledgeable , skillful, hardworking, and compassionate in dealing with my very stressful situation. He was always extremely attentive to me and my situation and even though I may have been overly upset at times, he always made me feel like I could contact him at any time for any reason. I only wish he were closer to where I live now--but I still would not hesitate to request his help in the future--distance is no hindrance in the way in which he handles legal matters. His law firm should put him on the "fast track" to being a Partner--people/lawyers like Ashby are diamonds in a too often pile of legal coal chunks, as I'm sure you know. His honor/honesty is impeccable--I'm sure Martingale-Hubbel will have an AV rating by his name--he IS an "A" lawyer--and he has the "Virtute" (virtue) to boot!! He deserves a huge raise in salary--and if your law firm is smart, you will hang on to him with "everything you've got"!!! Footnote: Because of Ashby Davis' wonderful handling of my case/situation, I gave him my deceased husband's iconic and official US Navy leather pilot's jacket from the Vietnam war era. I hope you can infer how highly I think of Ashby because I gave him the jacket my husband wore as a Navy pilot.

Erin Hardister is without a doubt, the brightest attorney out there. Because of her, My Boys will now have the opportunity to go to college. A simple "Thank you" to her in no way would suffice. She is VERY bright, and I Thank God that she's not like other attorneys out there who're just out to get a big lump sum of money and put no effort into it. She is not a 9 to 5'er like most that have represented me in this case that's dragged on for more than 7 years, and I've had some with more than 20 years under their belt, but that means nothing if you're scared to rebut the state and stand up and actually talk to the judge, versus being a scared puppet. I mean, what attorney would send you an email at 10:00pm, OR be willing to take your phone call? This case started in May of 2012. I've had several attorneys. I hired her mid April of 2019, and YESTERDAY, May 1st, she did what all those other attorneys didn't and couldn't do. My Boys are My Absolute EVERYTHING, and because of her, they now will have the Opportunity to go to college. I have no doubt that regardless of whether it was Family Law or Criminal Law, Erin would be on her game......I can truly see her one day being a judge, and a fair one at that, but I'd hope that she'd stay as an attorney so the smart ones that hire her can actually get the help and JUSTICE that they (and their kids if they are in a Family Law Case) deserve!!! In just a couple weeks she did what 3 others couldn't do in 7 years!!! God Blessed My Boys and I with finding and hiring her!! I mean He truly BLESSED My Boys and I cause as previously stated, she's not a 9 to 5'er........she's all in looking to and hitting home runs!!! John reviewed all my landlord tenant dispute document (lease, county inspection, email and text correspondence, my narrative of the sequence of event) and gave me honest opinion that I'm at fault, advised me to settle with the tenants. It was a very emotional, frightening experience that really clouded my judgement. His honest opinion forced me to face the reality and make the right concession. I was decided to hire him for the settlement offer letter, but the tenants couldn't wait. I had to hurry up and draft the agreement myself and sign with the tenants. Mr. Rothburd is highly knowledgeable in his field. I would consider him to be not only a subject matter expert but he's also well respected in his field. This is important because he had a relationship with the other party's attorney. This allowed them to unemotionally negotiate my case and come to an equitable agreement that worked for all parties.
He's extremely direct and factual about the circumstances. He doesn't create unrealistic expectations and works to get the best results for the clients, and not his own personal gain. I'd not only recommend him but I'd use him again if ever in the same situation, which of course I hope never happens again in my lifetime.
I'm also very knowledgeable about contracts and labor law and a tough judge of character and performance. I've had to use several attorney's for various occasions throughout my career as a CEO just in my daily general business practices and Craig falls into the top 1% of the attorney's I've known and or worked with. He and his assistant, Maria are very responsive and have great follow up. They got it done in the time frame they committed to and continued to follow up through out the entire case which was just finalized on the exact date Craig requested it to be by the way. I contacted Mike (and Sean) to assist me on a business lawsuit for which I was being deposed in 6 days. We spent over an hour discussing my case. Drew is the best. He and his team are very courteous and professional and helped me handle inheritance after my mother passed without a will or much of a plan. Lauren was co-counsel on my ADA discrination case. At first, I thought there is no way I want her respresenting me,... She's too nice. Ohhh was I wrong. Well, Lauren is nice, very nice, but don't let that fool you. Lauren is the kind of soft spoken attorney with a big stick.
I only wish I would have come to trust her sooner. She did not need me micromanaging her, she needed me to get out of her way and let her do her job.

My wife and I hired Brian Battaglia to represent us in a terrible law suit against a contractor who ruined our home and cause major flooding issues, during a major remodeling effort. We ended up, based on contractual agreement, going through mediation with the contractor and their insurance company. My partner and I were in a precarious position with a third partner who tried to steal our largest client. I am pleased to write this review about my experience with Mr. Rodriguez. He took on my civil court case a few years ago and he handle it with the utmost professionalism and knowledge.
He thoroughly examined my case and explained to me the strengths and weaknesses about it. He also explained all the possible outcomes and he made no unrealistic promises to me. I never felt like I was being deceived by him into spending unnecessary money on my civil court case against me. It is a pleasure for me to say that I won in court 100% of the case. I own a technical company that bids on a contracts. After winning the bid, my client asked me to sign a Vendor agreement. There was so much complicated legal language in the document that I did not know what I was signing.
