Mr. Wolfson, has been my attorney on multiple healthcare-associated legal matters. I was impressed by his wealth of knowledge and tenacity in pursuing these difficult cases. No matter how complex the case was, Mr. Wolfson strived arduously to resolve the matter in my favor.
Although there were multiple lawyers involved with one particular case, Mr. Wolfson graciously took a lead position and successfully managed these lawyers resulting in an expeditious as well as a successful conclusion to the case.
Despite being a solo practitioner, Mr. Wolfson has demonstrated an uncanny ability to gather and analyze the legal facts of the case so as to effectively and efficaciously manage the healthcare matter and to minimize his billings.
To date, I have not been able to find any attorney, notwithstanding the specialty of law practiced, as capable as Jay Wolfson in assessing a case as quickly and as thoroughly in order to complete the matter at hand so that his client will be spared the usual and inordinate cost of litigation. I hired Christopher to help me make changes with My LLC. I was splitting with my business partner and was afraid and unsure of how things would pan out. Not only did he take care of things quickly, he was so kind and forthcoming with answers to questions that I had. He is very up to date with the business laws and when they have been updated. He is very quick to respond back giving you lots of options on how to proceed with things. I really felt like he had my best interest at heart. He is priced fairly, and is up front about making the best choices financially and getting things done quickly without dragging out the charges. I would highly recommend him if your are needing someone you can count on. Its scary hiring an attorney, but he made me feel comfortable and taken care of, and was very reasonable.

Laina is a quick learner; very bright young lady. Her ability to listen carefully to what her clients have to is just insanely outstanding. She is intelligent and shows a very high interest in what she does. Laina might have a lot more knowledge and experience to grasp, but I would still give her all my trust and confidence. Elizabeth Scarola successfully guided our organization in incorporating and in filing for 501(c)3 status. She assessed our organization's purpose, objectives, assets, past practices, and options, then walked us through the paperwork to become incorporated. As clients we were both ill-informed and equally ill-interested in the nuances of the application for 501(c)3, but Scarola made the process painless. She streamlined clunky language in our extant Bylaws and proposed additional wording for the new working documents, which we adopted. Throughout the process she made it clear what was required and what language and structure were optional. Scarola held our organization's hand, keeping us informed of likely timelines and interim options. She always invited us to ask questions of her if we had any, which made us feel at ease during the application process. It was a chaotic time in my life dealing with school and work, and on top of that I started to run into problems with my insurance company. Brent provided me with a wealth of information relative to my charge (DUI) and the options that I had as we began the process together. He investigated the minutia of the arrest which assisted in final result of a reduced conviction. Along with the details of the arrest, he represented my character to the judge, including my previous and current accomplishments as a young professional and lack of criminal history. Brent's knowledge and effort lead to a reduced conviction, which I believe is the best possible outcome of my charge and situation.

As one who personally finds it painful to speak well of any attorney I must make an exception and speak of my great satisfaction with John Rains. I first dealt with John about twenty years ago as a young businessman. Since that first meeting until today I have been more than satisfied with John's ability as an attorney and character as a person. He is exceptionally well prepared for any meeting or hearing, he exudes professionalism and competence, and reduces stress by simply being in the same room. Our 8 year old child was coached by their counselor to be Baker Acted just a week after same counselor had his twin Baker Acted. Children with normal life and mental health patterns before beginning with this school counselor at the start of the year.
Adam was by our side within 4 hours of contact, working with his partner to get our Writ of Habeas Corpus together on a Friday afternoon and document gathering from others as well as our family's doctor and put in play a judge at the ready. He even handled the cops when they were called on us as the administrator couldn't get her story straight. Our child was released within the next 4 through Friday night to our and our doctor's care thanks to the quick thinking and firm hand Adam used to bring our Baker Acted son home to us.
I'm deeply grateful to his quick actions and quick thinking to prevent our son from being held against his (and our) will creating traumatizing memories.
