Lauren was co-counsel on my ADA discrination case. At first, I thought there is no way I want her respresenting me,... She's too nice. Ohhh was I wrong. Well, Lauren is nice, very nice, but don't let that fool you. Lauren is the kind of soft spoken attorney with a big stick.
I only wish I would have come to trust her sooner. She did not need me micromanaging her, she needed me to get out of her way and let her do her job.
Tell it like it is, but in a nice way.
Patience and understanding.
Thorough and organized.
Which attorney you hire is important. Choose wisely. I did.

My wife and I hired Brian Battaglia to represent us in a terrible law suit against a contractor who ruined our home and cause major flooding issues, during a major remodeling effort. We ended up, based on contractual agreement, going through mediation with the contractor and their insurance company. Brian was great, extremely professional but truly cared about us, did not miss any details in presenting the truth and the facts, and managed the opposition in a professional, calm manor. Outcome: We were fully compensated for our legal fees and the insurance company agreed to have the problem, caused by the contractors, fully repaired. Brian was outstanding in his representation of our problem, I would definitely use him again if we ever needed an attorney again.

My partner and I were in a precarious position with a third partner who tried to steal our largest client. Although other transaction attorneys were involved, it was not until James Tanner, a true litigator, got involved that we received an injunction blocking the partner from breaking our bylaws. Mr. Tanner was not only professional, but got the defendant to blatantly admit to the judge that he was in breach of the by-laws through his superior skills in cross examination and in getting the truth revealed. I am pleased to write this review about my experience with Mr. Rodriguez. He took on my civil court case a few years ago and he handle it with the utmost professionalism and knowledge.
He thoroughly examined my case and explained to me the strengths and weaknesses about it. He also explained all the possible outcomes and he made no unrealistic promises to me. I never felt like I was being deceived by him into spending unnecessary money on my civil court case against me. It is a pleasure for me to say that I won in court 100% of the case. It was largely due to his capability, competence, knowledge, intelligence and professionalism. Mr. Rodriguez was worth every penny I spent on his wages. Even if I had partially win/lost my case in court, I would still had felt positive about his performance overall. I always trusted Mr. Rodriguez and there is no doubt in my mind that he tried his very best regardless of the outcome.
Needless to say, he is still my attorney for any future legal needs and I strongly recommend him as a lawyer to others. His bilingual background also made him extremely helpful to me, and he is an asset to the Hispanic community.

I own a technical company that bids on a contracts. After winning the bid, my client asked me to sign a Vendor agreement. There was so much complicated legal language in the document that I did not know what I was signing. Brian walked me through every part of the document explaining to me in plain English what I would be signing. He also flagged potential terms that were very important for me to be aware of, but was a standard practice for this kind of contract. I will be a returning customer and would recommend him to anyone one else who requires this level of detail.

Mr. Wolfson, has been my attorney on multiple healthcare-associated legal matters. I was impressed by his wealth of knowledge and tenacity in pursuing these difficult cases. No matter how complex the case was, Mr. Wolfson strived arduously to resolve the matter in my favor.
Although there were multiple lawyers involved with one particular case, Mr. Wolfson graciously took a lead position and successfully managed these lawyers resulting in an expeditious as well as a successful conclusion to the case.
Despite being a solo practitioner, Mr. Wolfson has demonstrated an uncanny ability to gather and analyze the legal facts of the case so as to effectively and efficaciously manage the healthcare matter and to minimize his billings.

I hired Christopher to help me make changes with My LLC. I was splitting with my business partner and was afraid and unsure of how things would pan out. Not only did he take care of things quickly, he was so kind and forthcoming with answers to questions that I had. He is very up to date with the business laws and when they have been updated. He is very quick to respond back giving you lots of options on how to proceed with things. I really felt like he had my best interest at heart. He is priced fairly, and is up front about making the best choices financially and getting things done quickly without dragging out the charges. Elizabeth Scarola successfully guided our organization in incorporating and in filing for 501(c)3 status. She assessed our organization's purpose, objectives, assets, past practices, and options, then walked us through the paperwork to become incorporated. As clients we were both ill-informed and equally ill-interested in the nuances of the application for 501(c)3, but Scarola made the process painless.
