Attorney Jean M. Ansay was referred to me by another attorney friend of mine in the Milwaukee area. My only request was." I wanted the Best" and boy did I get it for my Child Support fight. Her team and I became friends, family, enemies, partners and my psychiatrist.
Jean was passionate about being fair in the battle and protective of me and all my personal and business affairs. She informed me prior to agreeing to hire her that the process was going to be somewhat unpredictable but they were going to do everything in their power to take all the pressure off me and allow me to go about my day to day life. One thing I was advised of was that 'You hired me to be your attorney and I take pride in doing so....so let me do my job and represent you in the utmost professional manner you deserve.

I was a party to an employment agreement. Nick advised me in a wrongful discharge dispute related to that agreement, and represented me during negotiations and settlement. He is a great teacher, and helped me to understand the issues so that we could work as partners to set a reasonable settlement objective and chart a strategy for getting there. I quickly developed great confidence in him and was absolutely delighted with the outcome. Perhaps one of the best things about working with Nick is his demeanor. There were significant financial ramifications involved in this case and I was riding an emotional roller coaster. Nick's style is very calm and matter-of-fact, which helped me to stay in a head-space that was conducive to good decision-making.

Lucy was so helpful and kind with our immigration case. We went through Lucy because we wanted to make sure we were submitting the correct documents in the way that is most appropriate.
Lucy walked through the entire process with us. She also explained things very well. She gave us a timeline, and we got our documents to her very quickly, and she completed her side of the work very quickly as well. We completed our entire immigration case in about two weeks, which is a very quick turnaround. We got the green card approval within four months as compared to a year and a half which is the current processing time. From the moment I met TJ, I was confident justice would be served. He is calming, professional, confident and knowledgeable about OWI / BAC testing procedures and police conduct. There was sufficient evidence in my case that TJ was able to present a very easy to understand explanation of the facts to a jury of 6 in Waukesha that unanimously voted; not guilty of OWI/PAC and OWI. His courtroom demeanor, presentation of facts and overall case preparation / strategy is exceptional. I would highly recommend TJ. He is fair, honest and incredibly skilled.

I can't say enough good things about T.J. I consulted with many lawyers and once I talked to T.J. I knew he was the one. He was compassionate and was very prompt in getting back to me. He took my unfortunate DUI incident and helped keep me calm and informed of what was going on and what was going to happen. I had a ton of anxiety over the course of my case and T.J. was kind enough to be understanding of my situation and went above and beyond to help me. He was able to get a Judge transfer and I ended up with a very light sentence. He was able to file a Post-Judgement Motion to get me the Good Time Credit that was not granted at the time of the sentencing. I was able to shorten my already light sentence even more and was released 3 days earlier than I expected. I was extremely pleased with this Lawyer and absolutely 100% would recommend him to anyone. If you are unfortunate enough to experience an OWI, CALL T.J.! You will be amazed at his results! I will forever be grateful to T.J.... The decision to get a divorce was the most difficult decision I have ever had to make. There is a roller coaster of emotions that go along with making the decision. Most notably is the fear of not knowing how it will affect your time with your children or how it will impact you financially. Another important factor was the fear of being judged for your decision. Once the decision was made I was referred to the law offices of Hostak, Henzl & Bichler by a friend. I set my first appointment up with Jen and immediately knew that I was in a safe place. My best interest and the interest of my kids was going to be her priority. Once the process was started she kept me informed every step of the way. If I had a question about something she was quick to get back to me with an answer. All important court dates were set up immediately, and I was able to see a light at the end of the tunnel very early on in the process. The same level of support continued after everything was finalized. Jen continued to help me through the allocation of property process until everything was complete. Professional, hardworking, and compassionate are words that I would use to describe Jennifer Hemmer. I strongly recommend giving her a call if you find yourself with a difficult situation and all that is stopping you is fear of the process.

From the initial first phone call to the very end I was treated professionally, honestly, compassionately, and felt like I really mattered. Attorney Parsons listened to my original case details and determined that they could help me with my work comp injury case. Attorney Parsons represented me in a case against a former employer who tried to get out of paying short-term disability benefits even though I met all of their policy's criteria. He has deep experience in representing employees in HR-related claims against employers, and is very, very good. He knows the law, he knows the system, and knows how the "game" is played. I would NOT recommend Ken Pletcher for anything! I followed all his recommendations and paid him $5,000 yet I went to all 3 of my court dates alone! Before my case was resolved he Quit! Seriously? How can you take my money and do NOTHING and then QUIT!???
My case has been dragging for over a year and is still not over because I had to hire another lawyer.

Mr. Graham handled the sale of my rental property to my tenants. As no realtors were involved, this involved extra work on his part to complete tasks ordinarily done by realtors. Since I live out of state, this added further complications. Mr. Graham handled the sale in an extremely professional manner, solved every problem that came up, and charged a very reasonable fee. I had an 'old' issue' with a bank that I thought was over and done with a few years back. I recieved a phone call from them regarding monies I supposedly owed them. They offered me a settlement that I wasn't comfortable with and I was not comfortable contacting and negotiating with them myself. I knew I needed the advice of an attorney and started looking. I read reviews, ratings, and inquired about attorneys in my area. This led me to calling Mr. Rolsma. I explained my situation, and he said up front that this was not necessarily his area of law, but agreed to talk with me and, if he couldn't help he may be able to recommend someone who could. That was important to me!
I met with him, showed him my papers, explained my side of this situation, and sat and talked. When I asked what he thought I should do he said to my surprise, 'Lets call them'. He did, and after about 20 minutes on the phone with the bank, the bank dropped the debt, and I left thinking 'what just happened'?
I believe I would not have gotten this result without Mr. Rolsma's guidance and expertise, as we sat there on the phone with the bank representative.
This was a big turning point in my financial life, and I will be forever grateful for his patience, and guidance through this.

I was lucky enough to get Attorney Elizabeth Rich twice using the Avvo Legal Services Portal for consultations regarding a very complicated issue involving a small church in Wisconsin. Elizabeth was the first attorney I spoke to using Avvo, and I walked away from that phone call telling myself that was the best thing I ever did. She armed me with concrete next steps as well as a handful of different resources to help me find more information. I really had no idea where to turn at that point and Elizabeth pointed me in a direction which catapulted me forward. Almost a month later, using the Avvo Legal Services portal again, I was assigned Attorney Elizabeth. When I realized it was her I was absolutely delighted. Sure enough, she listened to how things had progressed and even told me she had reached out to lawyers in the area about my case to see if anyone was willing to help. It was just what I needed to feel hopeful again and feel a sense of direction. My job was eliminated after 18 yrs. I was 1 of 3 over age 60 eliminated. Since there were new employees and less seniority employees , i felt i was let go unfairly with age discrimination.
