Mr. Maynard was very helpful and informative in helping me understand the applicable facts involved in my case. I hired Attny Follett to help guide me and prepare the necessary paperwork associated with Estate Planning. Having lost my mother abruptly earlier in the year, I was overcome with what would happen should I fall ill, or pass. Who would have access to help me? Who would control, distribute, manage my estate. There were several sensitive issues to consider, and Attny Follett managed them with compassion and sensitivity. She was sure to 'dumb things down' (my term) for me, when it felt over my head. In 2015 I was dealing with a very difficult business situation. I made a phone call to Mark's firm and within 24 hours he was immediately helpful and began walking me through the short-term steps that I needed to take. Over the next few weeks he helped me understand my options in a professional and respectful manner. I appreciated that Mark helped me evaluate the options and ultimately the decision was mine to make. I could be right (more expensive) or I could take care of things in the most cost efficient way. I appreciated that Mark was practical, responsive and respectful especially knowing that in comparison to other cases/clients mine was not as lucrative, however, I always felt like I was given a high level of respect and service. I think Mark treats everyone fairly, no matter how big or small your need, challenge or case. I was grateful that he had my back. I hired Attorney Arellano after being sued by another person who claimed that I owed her money. This allegation was not true and there was absolutely no paperwork to show I borrowed any money. I found Attorney Arellano knowledgeable, professional, and able to navigate through the production of documents. The other side eventually backed down when faced with a professional litigator. Do not believe the false information in the newspapers and on this website; these were people should have been prosecuted after trying to ruin his reputation. Thorough, sharp and empathetic were the first qualities I observed when I retained Will Springer to represent me with restructuring my corporate structure. Mr. Mayer is a very good lawyer. He worked with me as co-counsel when I represented a client in a commercial real estate lawsuit in Sheboygan County. Although initially hired as local counsel, to assist in preparation and filing of documents with the court, he assumed a much larger and more important role as the case proceeded. He soon demonstrated his knowledge of real estate law and of foreclosure proceedings, along with a sharp eye for spotting issues, and a shrewd grasp of litigation strategy. His contribution was tremendous at every stage of the proceeding, from writing motions and briefs, to active participation in the trial. Peter is smart man, and a dependable lawyer. Peter read a land contract for me. He accepted me as a client even though I was in another state (my mom used his services in the past). He was always very prompt to return my email. Peter was very thorough and went into great detail on the property that I purchased. He reviewed numerous documents (easements, county parcel descriptions, etc.) that I would not have thought to review. I am happy that Peter read the land contract for me and looked over the property. It was a big relief that the property and contract were free of problems. I would hire Peter again if I needed similar legal services, and I would give him a favorable recommendation.

Mike has done legal work for me both personally and for each of my past three businesses over the last 15 years. He has helped me with employment related issues, purchasing and selling my companies, disputes, as well as general corporate legal work. He has always been there for me through both good times and bad. He is extremely responsive and thorough. He knows not only Wisconsin employment law almost better than anyone, but is also a great litigator/negotiator. His firm has also attracted several like minded individuals with legal skills and experience that compliment Mike's own expertise. Since I have worked with almost every Tier-1 law firm in Wisconsin over the years (in addition to some big firms in Chicago, New York, and Boston), I would say Mike is just as good (if not better) than any of those firms (or the best attorneys at those firms), and obviously his bill rates are much more reasonable! In late 2014 I decided, along with two partners, to start a small business developing smartphone applications for Android and Apple devices. My partners and I decided to move from brainstorm to business after we realized we could be making money on our fun side coding projects. We quickly found out that having an idea for a business is much different than actually forming a business.
We approached Mike with questions on what it takes to form an LLC in Wisconsin. Mike was generous with his time, knowledge and advice. We found out we needed much more than the simple LLC documents. Over the course of a number of meetings, Mike and his knowledgeable and qualified attorneys walked us through all of the legal considerations involved in starting a business with partners.
Mike’s firm drafted our Operating Agreement, LLC paperwork and anything else that was involved with making our business official. Mike was available to answer any questions we had during the process and continues to be there for counsel during our opening months.
In our first year of business, we have found ourselves coming back to Mike again and again for advice on matters we would have never thought we would’ve needed an attorney for. Anything from contract drafting and negotiation to advice on how to handle our competition; Mike and the lawyers at his firm have been available and indispensable.
I would recommend Mike Erhard to anyone looking to start a small business. He and the attorneys who work for his firm have helped to make our first year smooth and successful.

Mr Kloth helped out my in-laws with a lawsuit that was filed against them by the people they sold their house to. There was a water issue that popped up due to a lack of maintenance by the new owner of the property. My in-laws were being sued for $200,000. Mr Kloth was able to get them the information they needed to mount a successful defense. He laid out the costs of moving to a jury trial vs a settlement. My life was up-ended by a husband that wanted a divorce after 33 years of marriage. After the initial shock wore off, friends suggested Chuck as he was a pit bull in the court room. Had a very challenging trust with differing levels of gifting. Other attorneys in this area seemed in over their heads with our complex trust. This guy knows trust issues and workarounds. He is a business guy (mostly deals with banks and other corps) but does private stuff as well.
