A competent, confident and compassionate, yet no-nonsence practitioner is what I see in Atty Carter. He listened, questioned, and suggested a course of action to collect funds from a real estate seller that failed to disclose a problem that led to a significant expense for the buyer. He wrote a demand letter that cut to the chase and convinced the seller it was better to pay-up.

I was refered to Mr. Ehlinger by my attorney when I was in need of representation by a litigation lawyer. In my first meeting with Mr. Ehlinger he was of great assistance in making me feel very comfortable with all the legal information. I first contacted Ralph at the advice of my attorney. I was trying to sell my half of a business so that I could retire. My partner in the business and the corporation that owned the property the business was in had twice caused the failure of the sale of the business. He had last minute changes to the agreements that would be beneficial to him and adversely affect the seller and buyer. Ralph was creative and gave my partner the ultimatum of either buy me out the way the sale was lined up, or we will take over the sale and will put the whole business up for sale with no limitations as to how his position would be handled. My portion of the partnership was sold as soon as the financing was arranged.
A few months later Ralph advised my partner that I no longer wanted to remain a partner with him in the property. A similar ultimatum was given, and my partner purchased my half of the property in a manner that was in our partnership agreement. I was officially retired.
About a year later, I was having an addition and some other work done on our house. When it came time for the signing of the contract, I had Ralph go through it and address any areas that he had concerns about. He was looking at it from the perspective that were potential legal problems. The builders agreed to the changes and were impressed at the detail to prevent a potential problem.
I was also impressed enough to recommend Ralph to a friend having a neighbor dispute.
During my various encounters with Ralph, he also showed concern for my personal feelings and managed my legal expense leaving me feeling that I was not overcharged, and I felt the outcomes were well worth the expense.

When corrupt Walworth Deputies wanted to beat me up and charge me criminally for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting an Officer, Attorney Flitcroft was ready for a fight! He dotted his i’s and crossed his t’s then went back to make sure it was done to his liking. In other words, when other attorneys wanted me to “plead out” like a coward, I would not, and Attorney Flitcroft made sure the truth would be heard in court. He subpoenaed all five deputies involved, a courthouse worker, a witness and even the Clerk of Court Sheila Reiff. He got all the video footage I acquired into evidence and even filed a motion to dismiss before the trial in an attempt to create a pre-trial deposition of witnesses (unfortunately the judge saw right through this strategy and stayed the motion until trial). But this shows you anecdotal evidence of this experienced attorney’s “outside the box” thinking when preparing a criminal defense. He ground away at District Attorney Matthew Leusink (the guy who looks like he’s afraid of his own shadow) and in a legal game of chicken the criminal charges were dismissed at the prosecutor’s motion. He opted to charge me with civil ordinance violations instead, but at least I am 100% guaranteed not to do any jail time. If it had not been for the experience and relentlessness of Attorney Flitcroft giving the prosecutor no respite, the outcome may have been different. If you are charged in Walworth, know that most attorneys are afraid of a trial in Walworth, they would rather plead out. So if you want aggressive defense, give Attorney Flitcroft a call, his initial consultation is free and after talking to him yourself you’d probably want to retain him.

I was in criminal trouble when the cops entered my house with no warrant and used lame excuses to justify it. Anthony told me not to worry and he got the case dismissed with some motion. We argued in front of the judge and he agreed with Anthony. He did an awesome job and I highly reccomend his services.

I have worked with a many lawyers and would recommend Chelsey Dahm, I used a collection agency to recover on a judgement for me... that did not work and wasted time and money. I contacted Alderman Law Firm to enforcing a judgment I had in another state.Although I was in Arizona and she was in Wisconsin the entire thing went smoothly.. I had a business in Illinois and sold it. The contract was a pay back over 15 years. The buyer filled Bankruptcy with an outstanding balance due to me. I retired after the sale and moved to Northwestern Wisconsin. I tried to find a lawyer to help me with no luck in Illinois or were not interested.

I was charged with disorderly conduct on a government installation ,I was not charged at first ,I hired a lawyer to get the charges dropped ,this case went uncharged for a year and when I received notice that I was being charged the lawyer I hired wanted more money to show up in court ...to make a long story short I had already paid this lawyer too much for doing nothing so I fired her and hired William Richard Jones. he was on the spot he came in and argued my case got the charges dropped and was done in less than an hour although we had agreed to a much higher price he only charged me for the time he spent on the case which was about 10% of my previous lawyer . He was professional and courteous at all times and showed a great concern for my case and the outcome that I wanted one of the best lawyers I have dealt with in a long time

Joshua represented me for a small claims case involving an individual who claimed to be a professional auto body repair, but in actuality, literally destroyed my BMW due to his negligence/inexperience. The 3 auto body repair shops I took it to for estimates totalled the car (it would cost more to repair his mistakes then the car was worth ~ upwards of $10K).
When other lawyers did not seem interested in taking the case, Joshua took it to heart and made sure I would get some sort of justice. In fact, he did, and I was granted the judgement we had asked for. I would hire Joshua again in a heartbeat.
